I had a room with a jacuzzi overlooking the mountains and the sea. It was an absolutely stunning experience! I couldn't get enough of the view. Simply incredible! The bathroom was spacious, the room had plenty of space, a huge bed, and lots of storage for clothes (both a wardrobe and horizontal shelving), plus a fridge. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. The room wasn't meticulously maintained, a little untidy, but for the price, it was completely worth it for the amazing experience!
Хороший отель с видом на море. Красивый интерьер в холле, ресторане и номерах. Недалеко от ресторанов города и магазинов, но на небольшом отдалении от суеты.
Из того, что не понравилось: слышно соседей.
Peaceful in the night. You can catch mini bus right beside the hotel so you can get to the beach easily. Center center is in walking distance. But there’s no crossroads which was seemed bit dangerous to walk around.
We loved this hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town centre so it’s nice and quiet but there’s a grocery store and 2 good restaurants very near. We had a deluxe room and it was more of an apartment. Just the 2 of us but would easily accommodate a family of 4 as it had 2 bedrooms. The pool menu and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The hotel has beautiful scenery and the gardens are lovely. The pool area was excellent with plenty of beds but they don’t provide beach towels so take your own or buy when you get there. We will hopefully go again next year.
I must praise The pearl hotel without reservation, thank you very much for being very lucky. 1. The environment is beautiful and the green plants in the hotel are very nice. Our room is on the first floor, the balcony is connected to the hotel's swimming pool, and the pool water is clear and cool. There are two lounge chairs on the balcony, where you can enjoy a cool drink at night. 2. We had a dinner at the hotel, unexpectedly suiting our appetite and the amount was very good. The cocktails are also great, nice and delicious. 3. The young man at the front desk of the hotel, Feyzo, was very nice. When I was worried about the safety of paragliding, he patiently helped to ask the tourists who had experienced it before, which made me feel at ease [laughing]. Finally, I like Fetsiye too much. The scenery is beautiful and the beach water is green, which is rare to see. People here are very warm and friendly.
Fethiye is a wonderful city, and this is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Without exception, all the staff are focused on making guests as comfortable as possible. There's a regular bus stop just a four-minute walk away, which takes you to the city center for a stroll through the clean and well-maintained streets. From that same bus stop, you can also get to the Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, the cable car up Babadağ mountain, and the former Greek town of Kayaköy. This town was abandoned by its local population during a forced exchange with the Turks to avoid another genocide. This 'ghost town' has stood for over 100 years, and they kindly charge 160 Lira for entry. To catch the 7:30 AM bus to Antalya from Fethiye station, I walked 20 minutes to the first morning bus at 6:54 AM, which runs on a parallel street to the nearest bus stop.
Location of the hotel was perfect also very quiet employees very friendly and helpful everything within walking distance in the area there are plenty of restaurants and cafes for variety price quality ratio was great definitely recommended
I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel run a by lovely young couple who made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was very clean and well appointed, nice pool area, amazing views over Gumbet Bay and a lovely poolside bar. If I come back to Gumbet I will certainly book here again.
Very convenient location - just a couple of minutes to the sea!
There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so there will definitely be no problems with food.
Although the street is noisy, you can hardly hear it in the room - the windows isolate the sound well.
But what surprised me most was the food - incredibly delicious! 😍
I have never eaten so deliciously in a hotel. It was a real surprise.
If you are in Oludeniz - I recommend it!

Very Good
SS.AkdamThe hotel, the pool, food and drink are enough and beautiful. Every hour there is something to eat. The workers are always gentle and laughing. The pool head starts long before breakfast, I think in such hotels is always the same. The sea is very wave and the base is stone. I don't think it's suitable for children. They have better places to jump from the ship for good swimming pools. Generally, it was a very nice holiday according to its price, thank you.
GGuest User## ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5: Beautiful property with great food, but let down by poor service
**Pros:** Gorgeous grounds, excellent food
**Cons:** Unprofessional service, lacks a true luxury feel for the price
I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating.
### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining
On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing.
### The Bad: Service and Value for Money
Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service.
> **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**
BBoriykhon🌿 A Tranquil & Luxurious Escape at Liberty Lykia Adults Only 🌿
I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.
SShawnThis hotel is amazing! In terms of transportation, it is next to the bus station, and there is also a supermarket and ice cream shop, which is very convenient. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, including washing machines, kitchens, and swimming pools. You can really relax in the hotel for the whole day. The boss was also very friendly and helped us solve many problems. This hotel is worth staying in again next time!
AAlkostenkovThe hotel is in excellent condition, the room is new, nothing is falling apart.
All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet.
The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water.
Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside.
Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you.
The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm.
