We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Şanlıurfa with my mom, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, the service was great, and the hotel was super clean. Both breakfast and lunch were absolutely bombastic 🤩 Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

The new hotel is very clean, the attention is good, there is a lot of noise from people walking in the corridor, the door to the room is open more than normal, I would stay there again.

The location is very convenient, only when you arrive by car will not be able to get to - it is in the pedestrian area, it is necessary to take into account. But you can leave near the protected parking. I would like to especially note the design of the rooms and the style of the entire hotel - it really is like a boutique. Breakfasts are a little late but very diverse. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality!

IΣίγουρα δεν ήταν value for money. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και εξυπηρετεί. Το μπάνιο πάρα πολύ μικρό όπως επίσης και η μικρή τουαλέτα. Το δωμάτιο που νοικιάσαμε ήταν για 20 τ μ. Αλλά δεν μας έδωσαν ήταν μόνο 14 τ μ παρά πολύ μικρός χώρος. Και το πιο άσχημο το καζανάκι δεν λειτουργούσε.

The room was so clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay so much, so I had to put review on here. The service they supplied was great and met all our expectations. Thank you for a pleasant stay and hopefully we will be back on our next trip to Şanlıurfa.

The location is brilliant but its an outdated hotel which needs modernising. I thought I walked in on one of Agatha Christies novel. What I noticed it seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in rooms each room had an ashtray which was really odd. I did change my room because my first room had a strong smoking odour. The staff were brilliant and provided an alternative room.

Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich 5Min. von der Altstadt und dem ”BALIKLIGÖL” entfernt. Zudem gibt es viele Kaffees und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Fahrt zur Ausgrabungstätte ”GÖBEKLITEPE” ist mit einer 30min. Autofahrt zu erreichen... Sauberkeit: Nichts zu beanstanden! Service: Hierfür spreche ich gerne extra Sterne aus... freundlich, hilfsbereit und behutsam.... fast schon familier!.... kaum zu toppen ! Ausstattung: Traumhaft! Das Hotel war wohl in der Vergangenheit von verschiedenen Kulturen benutzt, zuletzt ein Monastir (Typisch für URFA, die Stadt der Kulturen)... Wenn demnächst wieder URFA, dann ganz bestimmt ”Palmyra Boutique Hotel”

Otelin konumu, karşılaması, hizmeti ***et güzeldi. Uygulamadan farklı odaya rezervasyon yaptığımız halde uygulamada bu konudan muzdarip olduklarını söyleyerek aslında başka bir odaya rezervasyon yaptırdığımızı söyleyip mağduriyetimizi gidermeye çalıştılar. Bu yüzden odaya ek yatak attılar, yatak pek rahat değildi fakat sorun çözme konusunda gerçekten çok ilgililer. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Temizlik güzeldi. Küçük Ömer bizimle çok ilgilendi, çok güler yüzlüydü. Fiyat performans olarak ***et tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

The hotel was stylish and the staff was friendly. I made a mistake and double-booked my reservation, and it was not possible to cancel on the Trip.com site, but thanks to the kindness of the hotel, I was able to cancel.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Herşey çok güzeldi tercih etmek isteyenlere de öneririm biz bayramda konakladık kalabalık olmasına rağmen ilgi alaka çok iyiydi her şey için tekrardan teşekkürler.
