The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and Greyhound Station. The windows are not big, which makes the room very dark. The hotel has a usable area of ​​33 square meters and a floor height of 2.4 meters. The hotel service is very good, and the check-in and check-out are fast. A deposit of US$50 per day is required by credit card when checking in, and cash is not accepted. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the room is clean.

The hotel was not bad, but the service was horrible. My wife left a jacket in the room with some money in the pocket. We returned the next day and they did not return the jacket. The location is great. The hotel is brand new. The staff was efficient and ready to assist. However, I found it a bit basic. The food choices were limited and the room lacked a safe, drawers, slippers, basic silverware and a few amenities. Parking was great.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Short walk to the theater boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. I like how this property did not have a minimum stay requirement. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip down to Rehoboth Beach.
