GGuest UserIt’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.

GGuest UserThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

GGuest UserAfter arriving at the airport, take the shuttle bus to the domestic terminal, then hop on the hotel's bus, which takes you directly to the hotel. The room was decent and very quiet. Just a heads-up, there are no slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. Breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it was an alright stay.

JJohnny B GoodI didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay.
The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

GGuest UserOur stay at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis was an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel's location was excellent, providing convenient access to many of Atlanta's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible views from both our guest room and the rooftop restaurant. The city skyline created a beautiful backdrop, especially during the evening hours, and added a memorable touch to our experience. The only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations was the on-site restaurant, Sear. While the atmosphere and service were pleasant, the food quality and overall dining experience fell short of what we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Despite this concern, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for its outstanding location, exceptional staff, and stunning views.
