Overall, the check-in service is very fast and the breakfast is OK. The temperature on the day I went was the best temperature in nearly 20 days, so I was at ease when I drove out to visit.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good, plenty of food was available for everyone. Everything was very clean and pleasant! The room was clean, spacious and I couldn't hear showers or people around except in the immediate hallway and doors closing. I will stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the most famous arch in St. Louis. You can directly see the arch and the Mississippi River from the room. The scenery is amazing. Outside the hotel is the Arch Square, where a group of teenagers dance at night...

Very satisfied hotel, overall very good, clean, shower room instead of bathtub, comfortable mattress. The air conditioner is very quiet after falling. Next to the hotel is a paid parking lot, parking is convenient, 30 dollars a day.

First of all, Colombia is a small town. The main Missouri University, this hotel is the best condition! Service is warm, no order with breakfast! Room facilities have been a long time, it is still clean! It takes more than 30 dollars to take a taxi from the airport. Importantly, to the airport, the hotel can arrange a free shuttle bus to deliver, you can talk to the baggage department in advance!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared lounge and games area if wanted for a group. Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park.

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

This is the 3rd time I've booked our family to stay here. Obviously they're doing something right... Well lots of things. I didn't get any pics this time, but believe me that the room was clean and ready when we arrived. We needed the bedding to be feather/down free due to allergies. Breakfast was standard and easy to eat; prepackaged waffle, biscuit and gravy, turkey and pork sausages, eggs, cereals, breads, etc.

We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

Ggmartin212This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

This is a very nice hotel with a good location. It was very clean although in the bathroom the painters left splashes of paint on the floor and in the shower. Plus all of us said there was a coffee machine in the rooms with coffee but no cups so you had to go downstairs and purchase coffee. It’s a pricey hotel but we would stay again. The museum upstairs is very nice.

GGuest UserLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

Directly next to the airport. Beautiful lobby with a bar and restaurant. Plentiful lounge seating. I definitely felt very fancy walking in here! I enjoyed the heated indoor pool. It was only $50 more expensive than a Quality Inn in the same area, which I felt was well worth the money for the amenities and quality of service. The shower is awesome, good water pressure and HOT!! Even a little bar to rest your foot on so you can wash/shave your legs!! The downside was that maybe the housekeeping team is understaffed because I noticed the carpets in the hallway didn't seem to have been vacuumed recently, there was a wad of hair on the floor in my room, and the bed skirt was stained, ripped, and hanging off. I brought this to the attention of the front desk upon checkout. The small sign on the back of the door said that a single room can go for $399. If I had paid that price and received a room with hair and torn bedding, I would have been ticked. But as I got a good deal, it ultimately didn't bother me. I would stay here again.

MMacDouggalCan’t say it’s run down per se, but dated. Great check-in guy, and a huge room, but that’s it. The place is dark and dank. I’m attaching photos which will be more descriptive. The worst was noise in the room starting at about 1 AM lasting over two hours. The first hour and a half we experienced basically sonic booms in the room. The whole room shook, particularly the ceiling, making it impossible to sleep, in fact, waking us up. This noise repeated Every 15 to 60 seconds for the next hour and a half. Crazy loud BOOM. We were on the top floor so someone jumping above us was not an option. Maybe the noise was coming from a room next-door where someone was body slamming. The last 45 minutes we spent listening to a kid cry in the room next-door from about 2:45 to 3:30 AM.
