Super convenient and great value, located right by the airport. It's perfect for travelers arriving late at night. There's a convenience store right outside, which is handy for grabbing snacks or meals. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to the Falls.
I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation.
The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career.
Many Thanks.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.
We had a great stay at Hilton, staff was just amazing. We reached early and Shanya at desk was super helpful and got room ready for us earlier than check in time. The ladies at bar area were super friendly. We used pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. The views of river from the room were amazing.
The hotel is very convenient for traveling in the scenic area. It is a budget hotel and the front desk staff is very nice. There are many tourists staying in the hotel. The room was booked for cleaning, but it was not cleaned.

The room itself is actually great value for money, but the facilities are basic. There's no paid drinking water in the room, and you have to go to the second floor to buy it, which is really inconvenient. Downstairs, there's a place to store luggage, but not overnight. The location is convenient; it's a 5-6 minute walk to the Charging Bull, and you can easily walk to the New York Stock Exchange and other financial areas. There's a subway entrance directly across from the hotel, with at least four platforms nearby, which is very handy. It's also close to the South Ferry. If you buy a New York City unlimited weekly subway pass, getting around is super easy from here.
Fingers Lake By the lake, the scenery is beautiful, that is, the windows of the room are not large, which is a pity. The room was clean and tidy, quite satisfactory, the two beds were big and comfortable, enough to sleep four people. Dinner on the balcony of the hotel restaurant, each dish and dessert are delicious, the price is reasonable, that is, there are many guests but the waiter has one, and you need to be patient. In short, the hotel rooms and restaurants are very satisfied, I hope to go on vacation again in the future.
I've stayed at this hotel before during covid and it was amazing. I did stay this past weekend and the only downfall is my room was the first room off the elevator on my floor so there was alot of noise all night. The pool was also packed with kids..both things completely out of the hotels control. The room was nice and we had a beautiful view of buffalo and the mall! Breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better with lots of restaurants, mall and other attractions not far (Niagara falls). I'll be back again as my son and I always have a blast staying here!
Great value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, about a ten-minute walk from Times Square. The area feels relatively safe during the day, and the surrounding streets are lined with various restaurants, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are quite basic, perhaps a notch below what you'd expect from a similar-class hotel in China. The breakfast, consisting mainly of bread and pastries, isn't particularly elaborate. This hotel is probably best suited for business travelers or tourists.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

NNatalia Valenzuela ubinaThe best thing about the hotel is the location.
The rooms aren't in the best condition.
Torn carpets and peeling paint on the walls.
I had a terrible time at night. Our room overlooked some transistor radios, and the noise was unbearable. It was constant. I had to sleep with my AirPods in...
Also, the woman who checked us in at reception, although she spoke Spanish, was very unpleasant.
I would choose a different hotel if I return to New York.
GGuest UserThe price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.
SShuozoujiuzoudekaiwenThis hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThe staff were amazingly pleasant, the hotel was so cool and clean, the room was so modern… I loved the whole thing! My only negative was that the conditioner in the bathroom was empty but if I was staying for more than one night and if I asked for it to be filled, I guarantee they would with no hesitation. Such a great hotel and a quick walk to Barclays Center!
GGuest UserI booked a room with a view of the Empire State Building, but I could only see it in a line, which was a bit disappointing.
The room was a bit small, but the decoration was quite fashionable. The air conditioner was too noisy. Fortunately, it was not hot at night, so I just didn't turn it on.
The location is great, it's close to everything.
The hotel has its own restaurant, which tastes good. It's quite convenient for solo travelers
GGuest UserThis is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in New York.
- The soundproofing is excellent.
- There's enough space to open two 30-inch suitcases (I had a twin bed room).
- It's very close to Times Square.
- A microwave is available for use.
- They offer a welcome drink.
- I was told the deposit would take up to 30 days to be refunded, but it came back very quickly.
