Before check-in, customer service called to communicate, which left a good impression, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast. After checking in, the lobby had a pleasant fragrance, the environment was quite nice, and the cleanliness was also very good. The location is also in the city center, in Jiuzhou City, not too far from City Balcony. The breakfast taste and variety were both satisfactory. Now for some downsides: perhaps the hotel's positioning leans towards business travelers, as it feels very unfriendly for families with children. In summer, with more sweating and frequent clothing changes, the entire hotel lacks a self-service laundry room, offering only a pay-per-item laundry service. There aren't many parking spaces in the hotel, and during holidays, there might not be enough room. Additionally, other than the pool and gym, there are no other facilities, and the pool is cold, not temperature-controlled. There's no children's play area. Parking requires scanning a code every 24 hours, so for multi-night stays, you have to scan it daily.

While there might be brief crowd control measures during peak holiday periods, it doesn't affect the overall experience. The gym is fully equipped and spotlessly clean, perfect for daily workouts. The water quality in the indoor heated pool is excellent, and the temperature is just right, making it wonderful for both swimming and playing in the water. The Hengqin Bay Water Park is extremely fun with a rich variety of water attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. The guest rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout; the bedding is soft, comfortable, and ensures a great night's sleep. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, fully stocked with toiletries, and boast excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night's rest. The hotel offers diverse dining options, and the buffet features a bountiful and delicious selection that caters to various dietary needs. The complimentary shuttle bus runs between the hotel and all major Chimelong parks, making getting around completely hassle-free. Service across all departments is attentive, housekeeping is thorough, and any requests are addressed promptly. With top-notch hardware and software, this hotel delivers a fantastic resort experience. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, it is an absolute top choice when visiting Chimelong in Zhuhai.

Took advantage of the holiday for a short family getaway, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The resort grounds are lush with vegetation, offering charming views at every turn during a leisurely stroll—it’s a delight to explore. The guest room was spacious, meticulously cleaned, and all facilities were well-maintained, making for a very reassuring stay. The photographer from Xiaowan Photography was great at setting a lively mood and excelled at capturing natural, heartwarming moments between family members; even the unedited raw photos turned out wonderful. Our butler, Sini, was exceptionally thoughtful, responding promptly to all our requests. We left in a rush at check-out, and she even helped arrange to have our left-behind clothes shipped to us—thank you so much! The whole family had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable time. It was a truly delightful short vacation, and I sincerely recommend it.

First of all, a huge thank you to the hotel for upgrading me to a Macao sea-view room. The space is very spacious with a distinct, well-designed layout that makes it extremely functional. The bedding is exceptionally soft and comfortable for sleeping. Since I planned to spend the last day of the National Day holiday just resting at the hotel before heading back to work, I was truly able to recharge my batteries. The traditional saber champagne opening added a wonderful sense of ritual, and the staff were all incredibly attentive. True to their word, 24-hour service was responsive to every request, creating a very warm, thoughtful, and considerate experience. The gym equipment is very clean, and there are electronically monitored training devices to help track and optimize workouts, making exercise twice as effective with half the effort. When I went out for late-night snacks and missed the bubble bath service, the butler thoughtfully brought up shower gel and patiently taught me how to set it up myself, which was also a lovely touch. There were still a few minor areas for improvement regarding the room facilities: mainly the hairdryer is a bit outdated, and secondly, there is no electronic/bidet toilet. Of course, these are all minor issues. Since I slept in, I didn't get to try the breakfast. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Despite a few hiccups along the way, I could still feel the tireless dedication of the hotel staff. Thank you all!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making dining, living, and transportation a breeze. There's a large shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away, and a variety of food stalls right downstairs. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Gongbei Port, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Macau. The room facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic, providing a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Zhuhai. We booked this one‑night trip to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. We didn’t notify the hotel about our special occasion in advance. During check‑in, I casually mentioned to Manager Kiki that we were heading out for dinner later, and that it was our 18th anniversary. To our surprise, she took note of it. Later that evening, the staff delivered a lovely anniversary cake to our room. It may not be an expensive gift, but this thoughtful gesture warmed our hearts so much. It’s these little touches that make the service exceptional. Thank you so much, Kiki and the whole team! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

This is already my second time staying here, and I want to give a super, super big thank you to Lydia for hosting us this time! We ended up leaving Macao earlier than planned and arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule. She helped arrange an early check-in for us, which was so thoughtful! Not only did she proactively help us bring our luggage up to the room, but when we accidentally left something behind upon checkout, she even helped mail it back to our home 🥹🥹🥹 Truly amazing service! The room was very clean, and they even provided welcome fruits! I'll definitely be back next time!

I was a bit worried when I saw how few people were in the lobby during check-in. However, I later found the room to be very clean. I'm particularly concerned about bed sheets; if they're not washed properly, I can get very itchy. But I stayed for a whole night without any issues (I have sensitive skin). The room's amenities were quite good. The kettle had no limescale and was well-maintained. The duvet cover was 80% cotton, which made it very comfortable. Ms. Lin at the front desk handled my check-in very quickly, thumbs up! The handsome gentleman from engineering and the housekeeping auntie (didn't catch her name) were very responsive. I didn't notice it was carpeted when I booked, but the carpet in the room was okay. The main thing is there were no fleas, and surprisingly, my rhinitis didn't act up. My suggestion is that it would be even better if the carpet could be replaced with tiles or wooden flooring (as I'm afraid of dust mites and fleas).

The view from the hallway and the room is fantastic, with a great field of vision. Being on a high floor, you can catch a glimpse of Macau right outside the corridor. The room was spotlessly clean and filled with natural light. The front desk handled the check-in efficiently, and any requests were addressed promptly. It was a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep, the public areas had a fantastic ambiance, and the restaurant boasted amazing ocean views! It's a great fit for both business trips and leisure travel.
