The room was very clean, and the environment was pleasant. The blackout curtains worked really well. The breakfast tasted good, and the lady serving breakfast was very nice. The hotel manager was also very helpful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's also plum blossom season right now~

Staying at the Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel during the May Day holiday was an absolutely amazing experience! Our standalone cabin was nestled in a bamboo forest, and opening the window revealed lush greenery and the fresh scent of plants filling the air. The most unforgettable part was the giraffe breakfast – seeing their adorable long necks poke into the dining area for a close-up interaction was incredibly therapeutic. The travel photography service was excellent; the photographer was professional and patient, perfectly capturing heartwarming moments with the giraffes, along with the bamboo forest and other cute animals. Every photo looked like a fairytale come to life. The park also offered a variety of animal interactions, with cute raccoons and capybaras, and the butler service was thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely the place to go for a May Day family trip, offering both natural wilderness and excellent service. Highly recommend returning!

Advantages: 1. Famous landmark, symbol of Huzhou, light show 2. Lake view from the room 3. Stunning service, butler Lucy is great! And everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful, doing their best job! The staff is real luxury in this place. 4. Hot springs (many choices, clean) 5. Decent breakfast (a real honeycomb, cheese selection , grilled chicken, they even prepared egg Benedict for us) Disadvantages: 1. It’s really old and you can feel it-outdated “tired” furniture, decorations, dirty carpets 2. Odour in the room (“aged” smoke) 3. Ridiculous prices for 7-eleven quality food (ordered room service), the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tried (although I was reimbursed easily) 4. Some facilities are out of order, like a steam room 5. Dirty pool (the water was not clear, the staff told us that’s because there were too many people) I’d like to thank Lucy and other employees for doing everything they could to make us happy. I still recommend this place for a short stay and experiencing the hot springs.

Big thanks to the hotel for the free shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station! The 12:30 PM departure was super convenient. Also, a special shout-out to Anna Dai – communication was smooth, and her service was prompt! The hotel's location is excellent, really gives off a resort vibe. The ecosystem here is fantastic too; I even saw an eagle flying while having breakfast! The rooms are plentiful, so they're quite spacious. Building 1 is close to the lobby, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. Building 7, on the other hand, is a bit further away, just for your reference. P.S. Hilton has its own yacht dock. It's a bit pricey, but you can book a 30-minute yacht ride directly to Huangshan Mountain at 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM.

When you visit Mount Putuo, don't just focus on offering incense. Remember to set aside half a day for some photos. Pray beneath the Nanhai Guanyin statue, listen to the waves at Qianbu Beach, and let the red walls and yellow tiles frame your shots against the sea breeze. Whether you're in plain clothes or a monk's robe, you'll get great pictures. There's no need for elaborate poses; the curve of your fingers as you hold incense or the serene look in your eyes when you glance back, these are the most authentic expressions of Zen. This trip allows you to not only make wishes but also to capture a piece of yourself amidst the mountains and sea.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

I really loved this hotel! It was so comfortable and had a wonderful, serene ambiance. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. There were also great spots for Instagram-worthy photos. I even attended a morning class, which was fantastic! Dining was very convenient, perfect for a trip with my parents. They were very satisfied and happy, and we even got a room upgrade, which was a nice bonus!

1. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Puji Temple. They offer breakfast and have their own restaurant, which is great if you don't feel like queuing up elsewhere; you can just eat at the hotel. 2. The hotel grounds are lovely, but it's a bit of a maze. I stayed one night and walked around for two days, and still didn't quite figure out the layout. 3. The room was quite small. With luggage, it was a tight squeeze for two people to move around. Our room came with one chair, so the other person had to sit on the bed. 4. A design flaw: the room door and window faced each other, both made of wood, with a central garden just outside the door. When it's windy on the island, there's a serious draft, essentially a strong cross-breeze. Even with curtains, the effect was minimal, and it could still get cold inside even with the AC on. 5. The Jiya Hall offers great services like scripture copying and incense making. 6. The best part is that the hotel finally offers pier transfers!
