Located just 5min walk to the beach, this hotel is great and beautiful. I arrived before checkin time but my room was ready, so I was really happy to unpack and get ready for the beach. The staff was very friendly. Thanks Ioanna :) The room was huge (superior room) and had a little kitchenette and a/c. The bathroom was pretty and a good size. I particularly liked the breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruits, pastry… and the staff was so kind. Thanks George :) The cocktail bar also has a huge list of drinks by the pool, perfect. Thanks Mano :) The pool was very nice and clean. You can use the bed loungers all around. And also, you can rent beach/pool towel at the reception. I recommend this hotel if you wanna be relaxing and having a great time in Kamari. Only drawback: the people knocking hard their door when coming or leaving. I needed some ear plugs.

Beautiful, quaint hotel, spotlessly clean. staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful . Pool area excellent. Fresh towels every day. Food at the pool and restaurant superb and very well priced. Location could not have been better right at the beginning of the promenade and 25 minutes from airport. I had an accident on the promenade and when I got back to the hotel Janus called the ambulance and took care of everything. When I returned to hotel staff could not do enough for me and brought breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions. Will definitely be back.

I personally have very few comments, but I am really satisfied with this hotel, the hotel is very beautiful, the sea view room is super beautiful, it is perfect, each service staff is full of hospitality, are handsome guys and beautiful waiters hahaha, Trip.com's price is also cheaper than the external network, Convenient location, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes to the city bus or taxi

The hotel is in an excellent location Within 100 meters from Old Port Pier and North Bus Station There are lounge chairs around the pool for sunbathing The room is large in size and has an independent balcony to enjoy the sunset on Mi Island.

While listed as a two star hotel, I would more accurately rate it as a five star cave hotel. What a beautiful view, comfortable room, and attentive staff. We spent 5 nights here (on our last as I type). We received an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was WONDERFUL, and a very pleasant surprise. Costas and Faye, along with the rest of the staff strive to please, and have great recommendations for both dining, and activities. The highlight of our trip was the catamaran cruise. While not inexpensive, worth every penny. Every morning when I walked out on our balcony, we continued to be amazed with the view . Breakfast each day on our balcony was fabulous. So glad my wife chose this hotel after reading previous recommendations. You will be pleased to stay here.

Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.

Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday a fantastic relaxing break 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel is so nice lovely and modern and clean me and my husband really enjoyed our stay Staff all very friendly too Pool area lovely and clean Snack bar does really nice food at a reasonable price and drinks are good and a decent price Really don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel its location is great too it’s near to all the great things in kos town and the amazing beach bars. Hello all, my husband and I are currently staying at the esperia city hotel Rhodes. We have no complaint at all about this hotel. Rooms are clean, all areas are clean staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely breakfast that caters for various dietary requirements. I am from the uk and do not necessarily want an English breakfast which is available everyday, because I love to eat the authentic food in the country I am staying. The Greek style breakfast is amazing and so much choice. The hotel is centrally located for everything, beach, harbour , restaurants, bars, and many shops supermarkets!! too much choice !! We were worried about staying here as there are a few very negative comments about this hotel. Do not believe them, we are a well travelled couple and we usually stay in the top hotels around the world !!! 5* For a 3* hotel we are extremely impressed and would definitely return 😃

Amaryllis, a dive , thifes,charged me €80.50 for one night, food disgusting, staff are thifes over charging for food and drinks , when paying for a room apparently my debit card is not working, but working OK when paying for food,had to pay cash for the room payed to the 3/8/23 then told to leave on the 30/8/23, throw me out on the streets stole my money, I'm truly stunned truly don't know what to say, horrible people, miserable, money grabbing soulless nasty people, if you are not a permanent resident who bookes a holiday at least 3 times a year for the last 40 years, you will most definitely pay a price for your stay , I've never experience a holiday stay like this in my life , I honestly can't say no more as the thought of this experience makes me sick to my stomach, I'm trying my hardest not to use the word Hotel, this place is a hell hole and all the staff are miserable thifing nasty people, I truly hope they all get there karma for the amount of money in cash they had stolen off me , PLEASE AVOID THEM LOWEST OF THE LOW , I'm going to stop this review now , please do not book a holiday stay here please,Don't be fooled by the big smile on this thife,

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

We stayed in the Sheraton Rhodes in the first week of July (2 adults 2 kids), last minute booking through Voyage Prive (booked Wednesday, flew Saturday). I found all the reviews here helpful in deciding to choose this hotel; here are our own experiences. Overall very happy with the hotel, facilities and service. Hotel rooms - we had guessed the hotel was built in the 70s/80s as the rooms and building itself are quite bland (actually built in 1993). We had Deluxe Sea View interconnecting rooms on 10th floor which suited us perfectly. View is fantastic - you can watch the sun set over the Turkish mountains on the far side. It was €4200 for the week for 2 Deluxe sea view rooms with ‘full board plus’. The minibar only had water and the waters were not replenished at all during the week. This seems almost a regular thing now with even top end hotels and in any case water bottles are 60 cent in the 1st floor minimarket. The king size beds are very nice. The hotel itself is not 5-star equivalent by European major city standards but nor are you paying anywhere near European 5-star prices for your stay. We found the hotel good value for the money. The public interior areas are clean and well-thought out. The lobby and the atrium around Knights bar is lovely. They have a baby grand piano open to anybody to play which is a really nice touch and adds a lot of character to the place. You’ll find kids and grown ups alike playing. There’s a nice mix of many different nationalities with the guests. Pools: 3 outdoor pools, with plenty of sun-loungers and parasols to go around throughout the day. The pool on 6th floor is very quiet and amazingly only ever had 3 or 4 people in it, with loads of space around it; the restrooms and showers here are even marble-tiled. Restaurants: the Castellano restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and the staff there are excellent. There is a good mix of fruit / salads / hot food / cereals / breads. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a table outside. Non-dairy milks are still clearly not a thing for most people as sometimes these had bits in them, stick to soy milk rather than oat / almond! Themed nights meant sushi, Mediterranean options etc. as well as the usual main buffet selections. Full board +: we had 3 meals plus drinks included for the week which was okay value (about €900 for full board and €200 for drinks). Sheraton could organise this better. You get a paper card with your meal plan written on it which you must show staff every time you sit down for a meal, until they get to know you. Why they don’t just record your meal plan with your room number in the system I don’t know. With so many staff involved in serving drinks / issuing the bills etc, mistakes can happen the odd time. The extra for ‘drinks’ is about the price you would pay anyway, because as we found out on the first day, only one drink (juice, beer or house wine) is included per person. We usually have a lot more than one

Excellent location, the hotel was in the centre of everything you needed for your holiday, beaches were great and I only 10 minutes away from hotel , restaurant bars and supermarkets were close by and did not need to take a taxi anywhere. The hotel itself was lovely, rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. The domestic cleaner was lovely and always smiling. We had the double superior room with a massive bed with balcony overlooking the pool, If you like the sun then this is the room for you, we had great time just chilling at night of having our morning coffee out there, In the room there was a kettle and coffee,tea sugar and milk were provided. In the bathroom there were toiletries supplied for us. The shower was great. There was a massive mirror also in the bathroom. Breakfast was great,an excellent range of of cereals,breads,pastries, if you wanted a cooked breakfast there was different kinds of eggs, pancakes,bacon,beans,sausage and many other .choices They also had a range off meats and cheese, olives and also different kind of jams. The hotel staff were amazing,the ladies who cooked the breakfast were lovely and very friendly, always said good morning. Reception staff were friendly and had a great range of knowledge about Rhodes especially Dina she was so cheery always chatting to the guests, she chatted with us everyday and had a great conversation with her on our last day .. . They were all very helpful In finding you trips and where to go to get them.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL Our group of 6 people arrived at this hotel and was checked in by a young man on the night shifts. We had 1 twin room & 4 singles. 3 of our party ended up in their annex which was a 7 minute walk away and we we’re supposedly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony along with another of our party. Due to overbooking he had to move rooms the following day and ended up in the annex with the others which was very inconvenient. Our room was very small for 2 people and the bathroom / wet room is the smallest I have ever seen. No room to put a toilet bag anywhere and everything got soaked when showering. Our towels were changed daily as we had to use them to mop up the floor after showering. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by the hotels opposite and we only used it once for this reason. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm most mornings and only tinned fruit on offer along with cold meats & cheeses. The cereal seemed stale and the diluted fresh orange wasn’t replenished. It was noisy from the street if you left your doors open. We didn’t use the gym which was quite basic and the sauna was always switched off. We complained about our rooms and the group being separated but no one was interested. Those in their annex had bigger rooms but noise from the bars and the tarpaulin from an adjacent building constantly flapping made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. The location was ok being 10 minutes from the old town and beach with lots of tavernas nearby to eat. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wonder how it got its 4 star rating

Don't know where to start with this. 14 night stay (which turned out to be too long). We stayed All Inclusive. Could have paid for All inclusive plus was nearly 400 Euros extra for the ”pleasure”. Arrived around midnight, given our room. Had booked executive room but was given a standard room, albeit with a seaview. When queried was advised to go to reception at 9am to speak to someone about it. We decided not to bother in the end and were quite happy with the room and in all honesty, we didn't like the appearance of the executive rooms from the outside. Strange layout, with steps (and ramp) to lift. Floor 1 was Restaurant and also Executive Rooms, new and old ”quiet” pool. ”Quiet pool was only accessible via steps as far as I could tell. You can't get to restaurant from the pools or exec rooms so have to go down into reception area then back up to restaurant. So, standard room, yes the decor is dated, but we had enough storage and although we had the ”noisy” road outside, it was only really noticeable when moped screamed by. Also when entertainment was on, which ended at 11pm.Didn't bother us. Bathroom was fine, had a bath with shower over (believe execs have walk-in shower). Didn't bother us. Hairdryer was ok. We had kettle and tea and coffee provided, which was replenished daily (understand exec rooms only have a kettle). Fridge worked fine as did the air con. Towels changed every other day as far as could tell as was the bedding. The beds are 2 singles pushed together to make a double which isn't an issue My wife needed a bed topper which I asked for at reception in the morning and it was added to the bed same day. Lifts are tiny, can't swing a cat. Just about get 2 ppl and suitcases in. Can't always tell if the lift is on it's way or not but never really waited too long. Pool area is large and never had an issue with getting a sunbed. If you are a sun lover, the beds furthest away from bar get sun all day. Sun rises from behind hotel so some beds didn't get sun until mid-late morning. Yes I was one of those putting towels down early (around 730 on way to breakfast). Not sure what time it started but there were always some on beds when I put ours down. We liked sunbeds central-ish so start in shade but is in sun around 10am. Water is ”freezing” and took breath away a few times. Soon realised that if enter the water which had been in the sun all morning, it wasn't as bad. the inifinity aspect was nice BUT .... no shelter from the wind what-so-ever so make sure buy extra towel pegs for sunbed. Pool bar is not the best. Snacks confused us. Don't want a hot meal as a snack., where are the burgers/pizza etc. First couple of days was only chips and a couple of hot plates, but then a chiller appeared and sandwiches etc started to appear. However, we then realised that it was the previous days leftovers. Restaurant is large enough, food is fairly bland, lukewarm and repetitive so we started eating out. Normally my wife struggles to find some

We visited Ira in August for our first trip to Santorini, would recommend for those not wanting to go all out in a private pool room. We had a gorgeous sea view from our balcony. The staff, Chris and John, were wonderful and accommodate our every request - it took them 2 days of constant chasing to find us a quad to rent as they were all fully booked. The breakfast was good and we filled up our bottles for the day. The location was perfect, close to shops and only a 20 minute walk to the local bus station and Fira centre. The pool was nice and cold and the sun loungers were comfortable and ample seating for all guests. Only downside for me, was the bathroom. It was not super modern and the shower was over the bath.a wonderful holiday for us both!

The hotel is in a very good location, which is very important for tourists who take the bus to Fira. It is not only very convenient to go to and from the airport and the pier, but also very convenient to go to Oia and other attractions. The balcony volcano view room I stayed in, the sunset was really beautiful! The hotel service is also OK, but it is obviously not friendly enough to Chinese people. At breakfast, the waiter will ask the guests what coffee they want, and then immediately make the coffee they need and send it to the guests, but for the four of us Chinese, it seems to choose to ignore it. No waiter ever came to ask about our needs. We have to ask the waiter ourselves before we can make it for us. This is very bad. To put it lightly, the service is not in place, and to put it seriously, it means a bit of discrimination. I don’t know if the waiter has this intention subjectively, but it gives the guests a bad feeling. I hope it is not intentional. Although it is a bit unpleasant, it is still recommended to friends who are going to Santorini.

Everything is good, but it's expensive. The waiter's attitude is good. The facilities are clean and sanitary. The environment is good. You can also watch the sunset. The breakfast has local characteristics. It's worth bringing your family to play.

We have just returned from our week stay at The Notos and this hotel has definitely got the wow factor. It is a traditional white building built into the hillside overlooking the harbour, the latter is what gives it the wow factor I could watch this view every day and never tire of it. This does come at cost though and I'm not talking about the euros but the many steep steps up to the hotel and the rooms it's definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms are immaculate and something we have found is a rarity during our travels around Greece the beds are soft and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are looking a bit dingy as their whiteness has long gone! There are complimentary toiletries and the aircon is included this being very welcoming after the heat of the sun. The staff are very polite and helpful and I recommend you ask for help with the cases instead of struggling with them on the steps as they make it look easy! We have only one complaint and that's the food, we had decided to go half board as the hotel is quite remote and we don't drive but we were disappointed. The breakfast was ok offering the usual fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese ,bread, greek bacon and sausage with a couple of choices of bread . There was no English tea and the coffee machine wasn't amazing. Our main complaint was the evening meal , the choice was very limited and basic which for a hotel with this star rating is in our opinion not good enough. The ala carte menu was equivalent of a beach bar menu with the first item being chicken nuggets but with a price tag that belongs to a fine dining restaurant . The cost of the drinks was extortionate too €10 for 330ml of a bottle of Sol or €8 for the same of alpha and if you like a bottle of wine with your meal expect to pay €43 for house white. So would I recommend this hotel, absolutely but bed and breakfast only and hire a car as there is very little in the way of choice ( Suzy's up the road is excellent!) and taxis are expensive. There is a land train that charges €8 a return trip to Perissa where there are many tavernas and snack bars.

What a perfect choice to stay.. rooms was clean and comfy.. all the facilities were on good form to use.. the access to Fira is very clear and been explained well by the staff. Ralitsa with her endless support will make your experience even better in Santorini

We booked a day pass as passengers on Royal Caribbean cruise to Greek Islands. It included port pick up and return, breakfast and lunch or breakfast and massage for any $120 a person. We had trouble finding our driver at 8:30 am due to congestion getting off the ship and many people looking for their rides. I called the hotel and they sent the driver back who had already left with other couples at 8:30 am. He got back at 9:30 and took three more groups. The hotel experience was fantastic. The breakfast was a buffet of very delicious and unusual items. The beach and pool were gorgeous, day beds available and comfortable. I had the best pina colada poolside. The infinity pool was breathtaking. There appeared to be a hot tub with jets but it was a pool temp jet pool. Not sure what that was but I sat in it for a little while anyway. Lunch was great. Loved the salads and lamb chops. This was our favorite part of the cruise.

Last month we had the pleasure of staying at the Olia Hotel in Mykonos. This hotel is a hidden gem placed on the Mykonos Port hillside, with Greece’s signature whitewashed architecture. Our room was spectacular, and had a small balcony that overlooked the Aegean Sea. When we arrived in Milos, our son had left his dinosaur stuffed animal at the Olia hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Quickly answering our emails confirming they had the dinosaur. The Olia staff asked where we were traveling next and they had a courier deliver our dinosaur to our hotel in Athens at no charge to us. They made our little boy happy knowing his stuffed animal was going to meet us in Athens. They treated us like gold while we were there and even after we have left. This hotel and staff is truly remarkable and is a must stay on our next visit. Special thanks to the Olia hotel and staff for being so kind and attentive, their special care really made a difference. We picked the Hotel for the convenience of being close to the port, but was overly impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful location and kindness by everyone! This is a luxurious hotel, service and staff were excellent. A la carte breakfast of high quality served till 11 am. DJ played trendy music from 11:30 till 6:30 on the beach and so ***y beach staff waiting around the sun beds just to make sure the guests were well looked after. However, if you want to occupy the first row of the sun beds you’ll need to pay extra 60 EUR for a set, otherwise can stay on other rows for free. Room was nice with great view of the beach and ***y restaurants close by.

We followed Marie’s recommendation for staying at Rocabelle Santorini, but must admit she and the entire staff from Princess missing towards meeting expectations. There is a suite with jacuzzi which is super new. The interior is very attractive. Two TVs with great mattresses. It blows out great In the old town of Mykonos. Men have a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is also great. Small drawbacks I found that the front desk is not very competent, and the breakfast is also very standard. But no beautiful place is better than long equipment Have fun, William

This was my second visit to the beautiful Palladium hotel and once again they didn’t disappoint! The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the cleanliness is outstanding but what makes this hotel above and beyond is the impeccable staff. Thanos and his team cannot do enough to make your stay absolutely perfect! The service received from the pool staff to the restaurant staff, Georgia on reception and the efficient and polite drivers was just outstanding. The location is perfect and the breakfast is divine. Do not hesitate to book this hotel - simply the best! I will definitely be back again 😊
