I had a wonderful stay at HOLA Gdynia! The hotel’s modern design, comfortable clean rooms, and great location near the waterfront made it an ideal choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day. Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great. The breakfast is a rich breakfast by white standards, a good choice.

Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-)
The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose.

Average rate in Sopot is super high. So ratio of price quality is fine. Clean but poorly furnished rooms, not sharp 4 stars. Recommended mot to overpay for airbnb style. 11:00 check out is ridiculous

Bardzo przyzwoity hotel. Czysto, spokojnie, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Jedynym drobnym minusem były zasłonki, przez które rano prześwitywało słońce, ale nie było to jakoś krytycznie przeszkadzające. Ogólnie polecam.

The hotel has a lot of comments for a 4 star. The rooms are stuffy and have a strange smell, the air conditioning barely works in traction and in the evening it is turned off automatically as I found out as soon as the temperature drops. So at night it is very hot and stuffy, opening the window is a drama because at night they eat cars that race with torn mufflers. And at the reception, after the intervention, we heard that the air conditioning was turned off for our good so as not to get sick. furniture fittings are quite old and worn out, the same applies to RTV equipment. The hotel is clean but the furnishings and decor from the 90s are of poor quality. It definitely needs renovation and should have a 3 star status. Too much money for the standard of this hotel. The best is the location. Breakfast is also satisfactory. Very soft mattresses ready to be replaced.

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance....
I made a reservation right away..
I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view.
The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive?
If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive.
There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it.
There is street parking in front of the hotel, but..
The competition is very fierce.

Very clean big room and shower room in the old style very well maintained hotel with reasonable price with Breakfast. Good location near public transport. Bus 122 directly from Airport will drop you off the Olivia Arena in the main road in about 40 minutes ( Hala Olivia Station ). Hotel behind the Arena can be reached by climbing the stairs next to Olivia Arena building. 25 minutes by tram to Gdansk central and 15 minutes to a beautiful beach park. I had early morning flight and very kindly provided me with very good Breakfast Pack to take with me before 6 am at my request. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

Fantastic location, central - huge bedroom.and bed, very comfy, pillows were terrible too thin ! Spa was new with great whirkpool, towels robes and essentials for getting ready. Free toiletries to use is a nice touch. Compulsory 10% charge even when buying a coffee which seems excessive, think gratuity should be at your discretion as some staff very attentive. Sunbeds great and free for hotel guests which is great, toilets are for everyone so it's easier and closer to go back to the hotel.

The hotel was good and clean. Also the hotel staffs are friendly. When we arrive at our room, we realized that they only put towels for only one person but we are 2 people. Then I asked to reception and they provided me towels too. Also beds was comfortable but when you are laying ,you kneel in the middle of the bed. But that’s not a big problem for us. I recommend this hotel! Super close to biedronka , zabka and Gdansk Oliwa train station. 😊😊

Great hotel, located at the sea, professional staff. Room was rather small but comfortable. The best point are hot thubs and pools, both indoor and outdoor are available, all great. Good sauna area but some was closed due to maintenance. There is also relax room with sea view, adults only. I would visit again for sure.

This hotel was a dream! As a gold member I did not book via the webside because I was offering a super package incl.half pension!. Super friendly staff! Very helpful, giving me early check in and late check out! Also the sauna was perfect, very clean and well provided! I really recommend!
