Huge hotel and lots of room to be chosen. Room is big, clean and tidy. Hotel arranged personal service manager to coordinate with during stays. Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel. Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time. Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).

The location is very good for this hotel as you can walk to nearby malls and metro on foot but the service was just alright . There were so many guests but they only provided 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (which took 3 hours to dry one batch of clothes). I spoke with quite a few guests who were disappointed by this and we were lucky to be able to do our laundry middle of the night (had to set alarm to wake up to pick up our clothes)

I booked this hotel with high expectations after reading the reviews online. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very impressed with the hotel, from the service of the staff at reception, the convenience of the hotel location, and the spaciousness of the room. The decor is very Chinese, which I really love. This is definitely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Will stay there again if I visit Shunde again. Oh, by the way, the restaurant opposite the hotel serves really good food. Wonderful experience!!!

The night shift counter staff at Bihai Lou is very helpful that showed us the clothes hanging area & kept the clothes for us. The hotel butler Tan Zheng Biao is also very helpful that sought permission for us to bath at swimming pool’bath room after we checked out. The operating hour for gym room & swimming pool shall be adjusted to start by 6am. So that we can exercise prior to our trip of the day

Pattra Resort Hotel is beautifully situated on the mountain. Although it is getting on in years (I was there for the first time 15 years ago), the pool area has its own special charm, as the various pools are terraced. Water temperatures are between 30 and 43 degrees Celsius. Tea and water are freely available everywhere. Small snacks and drinks are sold. There are now slides and other children's entertainment facilities at the large pool. Unfortunately, renovations are currently underway, so not the entire area is accessible. Massages are available. Rooms and facilities in their initial condition, i.e. worn. Rooms are very clean and beds are OK, however. Restaurant and breakfast buffet are good and plentiful.

It's already been more than five times that I have stayed at this hotel. Super clean, corridors smell fresh green tea, bathrooms have a double sink, floors are heated, fitted with shower and bathtub. Breakfast is satisfactory. There are not too many varieties, but the ones they have are all delicious. The breakfast area has a terrace for coffee and smoking, chairs, and tables. The staff is friendly. Especially Bella and Teller were so excellent. I definitely will stay again and will suggest friends.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, all rooms have nice golf course and lake view. Silent and relax. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is tasting good. 10 mins to Vanke mall. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool is closed in Winter schedule. Also, hope to have handcraft class for kids.It would be great if there is golf + hotel package open to public on weekday.

The location of the hotel is very confusing and obscure. The service in the hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful. The price of the breakfast is very high for what they have available and I have had much better quality food for far less. Overall I feel the price of the hotel is overpriced for the amenities and location of it, but if I had to stay there again I probably would. Maybe they should consider lowering the price of their breakfast and rooms as I really don't see the justification in the cost co.pared to other hotels
