My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

Had an amazing time here in Mercure Hotel, located at prime location, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even went the extra miles to recommend the best dim sum place to dine in, tourist sightseeing places and small little tips for us to travel around China. The hotel received taobao parcels on behalf of of us too and they did an amazing job. Hotel room is very clean, sufficient gym equipments and most importantly the laundry room is fully equipment with washer dryer and iron. Will come back again.

A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

Good location and not too many units so breakfast area / dining is not over crowded. Near Underground train station, walking distance to famous Beijing Lu night shopping, convenient location with culinary joints along the streets including local food, popular Dim Sum restaurant next door, Beer joint across the street, Museum next door. Good price for high floor and amenities which include washing machine for self-washing of clothes; decent breakfast, afternoon tea, night-cap snack. Friendly staff. Some speak English. Night view include lit up Canton Tower in the distance

I've been to Guangzhou many times, but this was my first stay at the White Swan Hotel, and it left a deep impression. First off, the location is excellent, right by Shamian Island, and just a short walk from Guangzhou Cultural Park (Thirteen Factories Museum). I booked an executive river-view room, and the young ladies at the executive lounge were incredibly warm and meticulous in their service, proactively asking guests what they needed. They not only upgraded my room but also extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. The hotel's internal environment is also fantastic; the small garden in the lobby is truly refreshing. The hotel breakfast is very generous, with many varieties of congee alone, and plenty of Cantonese dim sum. Having dim sum by the river in the morning was a stylish experience. Thumbs up to this hotel!👍👍

The location of the hotel is great and they gave you a complimentary snack and soda also has refrigerator (I didn’t taking a picture) The best part is just across the road and you will be in Paifang street. Also it has a lot of restaurants next to the hotel is hotpot and some street foods. For Paifang street we have no idea that all the attractions sightseeing is in walkable distance because we are traveled with parents 70s so, we took a lot if DIDI. In the morning if you turn to the right side of the hotel and walked straight you can experience the local market. My family walk and bought the snack, soy milk and also yóutiáo (my favorite). When I’m booking this hotel and saw the reviews mentioned about the staffs offer to do the laundry for us since my sister can I speak Chinese so, I think it is very nice. But in the other hand I think the washing machine is not a lot so, that’s why they offered that. However, we did the laundry by ourselves and really appreciated the services.

I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

We chose to stay at the Wyndham again for our May Day trip to Zhaoqing. It's right by Seven Star Crags, and you can enjoy stunning lake and mountain views right from your room. The hotel's pool, hot springs, and kids' club kept the children happily entertained. Our butler, Winnie, was incredibly warm and attentive. She sent us a guide for our stay and local attractions as soon as we arrived, and was always quick to respond to any needs, making our trip even more enjoyable.

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.

RRaKeungI’ve been staying at Hui since I was a teenager, and it's always been my top choice whenever I return to China after graduating in my twenties. However, for the past couple of years, I’ve mostly opted for Langham. That's because, starting in 2023, Hui's impression on me wasn't good. The free juice for the complimentary drinks was gone, and the service was just mediocre. At one point, I even asked the front desk to send a package up to my room and was refused. In winter, the room air conditioning was too cold, and despite asking for a solution, I was met with various excuses. From then on, my impression of Hui plummeted; it felt like management had given up, and I pretty much stopped staying there. Maybe it's because I'm approaching thirty, but people tend to get a bit nostalgic. So, this year when I came back to China, I decided to stay at Hui for a few days again. My first day was a pleasant surprise, as I noticed the quality of the slippers had been upgraded to a much thicker and softer material. I’m easily moved by details, and I could clearly feel that everyone, from the valet staff to the front desk and housekeeping, was much more proactive in their service than before. I had originally booked a basic room, but on the second day, I switched to the Hui Jue suite. Perhaps this is the only way I can show my support as a customer. I hope Hui and all its staff continue to improve.

AAnonymous UserEvery time I stay here, I feel incredibly lucky! MO is always my top choice when I'm alone in Guangzhou. It cures any bad mood I have, and honestly, I never want to leave the hotel or Guangzhou. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The service is consistently great, and I especially want to thank three front desk staff members. Daniel, who checked me in, was very responsible and proactively upgraded my room, which had a fantastic view – I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Cynthia and Rena, the front desk ladies who checked me out, were both exceptionally warm and gentle. Also, the gentleman who helped me with all my luggage when I left in the evening was very meticulous and thoughtful, but I forgot to ask his name. I'll definitely choose MO again in the future! I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Mandarin Oriental.

TTixianghuayuanI've stayed here many times, and this visit felt particularly great. The environment is excellent, and the service staff, from the moment you walk in to the front desk, make you feel right at home. They even upgraded my room today. This morning, at breakfast, the airline informed me that my evening flight was canceled due to bad weather and heavy rain. I immediately contacted Trip.com to see if I could negotiate a refund for today's room and catch an earlier flight back to Beijing before the midday rain. The entire process of checking out and getting a refund took less than a minute, which really speaks volumes about the hotel's outstanding credibility. When I checked out, the front desk even apologized for the bad weather and gave me a gift. I was very touched. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Guangzhou.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Good International Hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great location near shopping malls and the metro. AAnonymous UserThe hotel's gym was a real pleasant surprise! It's not huge, but it's incredibly well-equipped – the cardio machines, especially the treadmills, are in great condition, and the strength area has a good mix of machines and free weights. It's perfectly adequate for maintaining your workout routine while traveling. What really stood out was how immaculately clean it was. Staff were on hand to wipe down and sanitize equipment immediately after use, and the floor was always spotless, with no sweat marks or odors, perfectly consistent with the 'spotless and orderly' style of the rooms. The changing rooms and showers were just as clean and well-ventilated. For business travelers or tourists, being able to get a workout in at the end of the day or first thing in the morning is a real refresher! Overall, this hotel truly embodies 'cleanliness and order' in every detail, from the guest rooms to the public areas, making for a very consistent experience. Highly recommended!

HHaska7Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a ”sand pit” for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the ”Spiderman” room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the ”a la carte” menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious and all come with balconies, but the platform didn't specify that only ground-floor rooms were available for the listed price. The building is a maximum of five stories high, and you have to pay an extra 100 yuan to get a higher floor. The shower facilities are well-maintained and relatively new. However, there are too few power outlets, and the worst part is that the charging cable in the room doesn't work; it actually drains your phone's battery when connected. I suggest the hotel replace the current outlets with ones that include USB or Type-C ports, which are now common, to make it easier for guests to charge their mobile devices. Also, the overall environment is quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, but the winding corridors make it difficult to find your room. There's also a lack of smooth communication regarding guest transfers between the hotel and the golf club. Specifically, if you park your car in the underground garage, the front desk requires guests to manually carry their bags to the front desk before they can be transported by golf cart to the driving range or the golf club itself!

GGuest UserThis was my second visit, and this time we stayed in a duplex family room. The second floor has a family bed, which is perfect for a family of four. Downstairs, there's a sofa bed that can also sleep someone, and an additional bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is very spacious, making it convenient for one child to shower while another brushes their teeth. There's also a dryer, which is great for drying swimsuits. This room offered a fantastic experience and looked exactly like the photos from the booking. The only downside is that the prices are quite high during public holidays. The outdoor water park has a beach and hot spring slides. The room package also included free access to a children's play area similar to Neobio, which the kids absolutely loved. Even though it was Labor Day, it wasn't as crowded as I expected. Definitely worth a visit in the summer!

WWeioulinI checked in quite late in the evening. From the moment I walked in until I left, there was no greeting from the front desk. The receptionist didn't say a word, as if I owed them money. I even had to ask what time check-out was, and only then did they respond. Okay, and once I got to the room, where are the welcome fruits? I selected them when I booked the room, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Does checking in late mean no service and no fruit? If so, shouldn't the price be a bit cheaper then? It's like they don't even care about 500 yuan, haha.
