The moment you step in, all your travel fatigue just melts away. The rooms are clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding is really comfortable. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some authentic Guizhou specialties. The hotel is also very new, and it's incredibly convenient that you can open the door with your phone, so there's no need for a key card.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. What set this hotel apart from others was the abundance of bottled water and a steam iron provided in the room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was quite large. Jing Yibing's service was incredibly warm and attentive, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Honestly, a significant part of my positive impression of this hotel is due to Jing Yibing's outstanding service. A good employee truly enhances a hotel's image.

Before I even checked in, she proactively added me on WeChat and sent over a meticulously organized guide to the hotel's outlets, dining options, and facilities. Every morning, she'd send a timely update on Guiyang's weather and even offer wardrobe suggestions – talk about attention to detail! She also provided clear electronic versions of the hotel's amenities and executive lounge benefits, making everything easy to understand. Whenever I had a question, I'd message her on WeChat, and her responses were lightning-fast, resolving issues quickly without me having to worry about a thing. The guest room offered stunning views of Jiaxiu Tower, blending French elegance with local charm perfectly. The bedding was the My Bed series, the same as found in Air France First Class. From check-in to check-out, Rabby's service was consistently thoughtful, warm, and attentive. She truly embodies Sofitel's high-quality service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang!

This is my go-to five-star hotel every time I visit Tongren. It's truly an amazing hotel; the cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff's service is excellent. The environment, especially, is fantastic—absolutely no noise when sleeping, very quiet. The breakfast is also incredibly diverse and plentiful. If you're coming to Tongren, this should definitely be your first choice.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, and it far exceeded my expectations! What surprised me the most was the room's amenities. First, the DeRUCCI mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm, with excellent support. My whole body relaxed as soon as I lay down, and I slept soundly until morning. As someone who usually experiences back pain, I felt no discomfort at all. Second, the Laifen hairdryer was fantastic; it had a powerful airflow and dried my hair quickly, leaving it smooth and frizz-free. It's better than many hairdryers I've used in five-star hotels. These two details alone show how much thought the hotel puts into its service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

This five-diamond hotel, listed on Ctrip's hotel ranking and one of the top hotels in Tongren, turned out to be incredibly disappointing! First, let's talk about the positives: the overall environment was indeed good. We stayed in the garden view building, and it offered great photo opportunities outside. The room facilities and equipment were fine, and there was plenty of hot water. However, there were just too many downsides! 1. When we booked, our first choice was a twin room. Since only the Suzhou-style garden twin room was available that day, we booked it. Upon arriving in Tongren, we took a taxi following the navigation, only to find a long flight of stairs at the hotel entrance with no bellhop in sight. It was hot, and we had two suitcases. I went up to call for help, and there was only one person at the front desk who said I had to wait. It was a peak season during a short holiday, so why weren't enough staff arranged? Did it seem like the occupancy rate was very low?! Okay, after struggling to carry our two suitcases up, suddenly there were two people at the front desk... Then the front desk staff started scanning our IDs. It turned out our Suzhou-style garden room was in a different area (Hilton Garden Inn)! Why wasn't this marked on the Ctrip homepage??? If it had been, I wouldn't have gone to the wrong place!! Upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, they scanned our IDs again. Do we really need to scan them twice? 2. Consequently, the takeout we ordered in advance was delivered to the Fengqi front desk. They said they would send it to the Garden Inn. After waiting for over half an hour with no delivery, I called again to inquire. They said there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go down and get it myself. When I got there, I saw three people at the front desk. So, this is what 'no one at the front desk' means?? They then claimed the two other staff members had just returned. Yes, I must have such 'good' luck? 3. The booking included breakfast, Hanfu experience, and a boat tour discount, but none of this was mentioned during check-in. I had to ask about everything. Where was your service? 4. The handheld shower in the room was broken. Don't your engineering staff conduct regular room inspections? Is the MOD duty manager too idle? As a resort-style hotel with clear peak and off-peak seasons, are you just playing around by not conducting room inspections and repairs during the off-peak season? Does Hilton know that one of its mid-range hotels offers this kind of service? The first impression I got in Tongren was extremely bad! It ruined my entire mood for the trip! I am truly speechless!!!

This hotel offers a perfect experience in every way, especially compared to our previous one; we truly felt at home here. As soon as we arrived at the observation deck, the staff (both male and female) came over to help us with our belongings and kindly reminded the children to be careful on the slippery path, which was a lovely touch. We were immediately struck by the hotel's stunning scenery right from the entrance—the views are absolutely breathtaking, no exaggeration. The hotel's photography service was also fantastic; the photographer was incredibly patient with the kids. Room service was excellent across the board, and the coffee at the front desk was delicious. We'll definitely be back next time. 200% recommended!

True to its reputation as a national treasure! Even before arriving, service manager Xiao Yuan proactively reached out to arrange our room and sent us a travel guide. The hotel's breakfast selection and quality far exceeded our expectations. We even got to try the complimentary Maotai ice cream, which thrilled the kids. Renhuai, the 'Wine Capital of China,' was historically a bustling hub for merchants, and this was our first visit. The hotel's warm service and thoughtful greetings truly showcase the excellence of a top-tier domestic brand in both hardware and software. It's a shame we only stayed one night; next time, we'll definitely extend our stay for a few more days. We'll be back, full of praise for Maotai Hotel and our fondness for酱香 (Jiangxiang) liquor!

I can’t say enough how good this place was. This city is not easy to get to or get out of. and sometimes you need help from innkeeper staff but true Guizhou hospitality shines here. These people. go out of your way and you almost feel like your family to them. In fact, these people treat me better than my family. The breakfast is so good. It is not a giant buffet or anything, but a made to order masterpiece. The mien tiao noodles are awesome and will get your day off to a good start and wanting a 2nd portion.
