My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

The environment here is absolutely fantastic, and the cleanliness is top-notch – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The facilities are complete and very well-maintained. It's quiet and peaceful, and the service staff are gentle and polite. The value for money is incredible! My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth coming back to!
