Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

The room was spotless! The service was truly exceptional, unlike anything I've experienced before. Right when we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage. Considering we had seniors and children with us, they even upgraded our room type! The security guard at the entrance kindly pointed us to some great food spots. In other hotels, the mini-fridge drinks usually cost money, but to my surprise, not only were they free at Mercure, but there was also a thoughtful little note. 😊 The level of thoughtfulness here is truly unmatched! To ensure hygiene, they provided a bathtub liner, and all the cups were placed in a sterilizer cabinet. All in all, we were extremely satisfied! The kids are already begging to come back next time.

When choosing a hotel, my top pick is always Shangri-La. Staying at a Shangri-La hotel feels just like home – it's warm, comfortable, and the service is incredibly attentive and top-notch. No matter which Shangri-La property I visit, the service standards are consistently excellent. My recent stay at the Shangri-La Nanjing allowed me to fully rest and relax after a tiring journey, and the culinary offerings were truly delightful. The hotel's ambiance is luxurious yet understated, elegant, and peaceful. The air always carries that distinctive, wonderful scent unique to all Shangri-La hotels, creating a warm, sophisticated, and refined atmosphere. The staff's service attitude is impeccable: polite, genuinely smiling, and thoughtful, all thanks to Shangri-La's thorough and comprehensive training system. In short, Shangri-La hotels are always my first choice for travel.

InterContinental hotels are consistently excellent, and this one is no exception when it comes to staff service and facilities. The InterContinental Nanjing Greenland Center is the tallest building in Nanjing, offering incredibly expansive views from above. The panoramic platform on the 45th floor is absolutely stunning. Even though we visited during the busy May Day holiday, and the hotel was bustling, the staff never showed any signs of service slack. We even met a 'Smile Ambassador,' a truly warm and friendly auntie who genuinely smiled at every guest she encountered. 😊 I especially want to commend Kelly, the lovely young lady who checked me in at the front desk. The first thing she said when I approached was, 'I'm so sorry to keep you waiting. The guest before you had some mobility issues, so it took a little longer. Thank you for your understanding.' Since the hotel was fully booked the night before, there wasn't a room ready when we arrived. So, we completed the registration, left our luggage, and headed out. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and made a note to assign us a high-floor room with a great view. It's the little things, done with care, that really make a difference! When we returned in the afternoon to get our room key, the room didn't disappoint. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the staff had already drawn the curtains to keep it cool. What's more, the hotel windows are designed so cleverly! You don't have to worry about anything falling from a high altitude when you open them. The safety measures here are top-notch, using perforated panels for protection. You can enjoy fresh air without any safety concerns! Thumbs up! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing. It's also super convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance and close to Xinjiekou! Highly, highly, highly recommended!

The service at Andu Hotel is truly heartwarming. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process, even helping with my luggage. Housekeeping was meticulous, keeping the room spotless and well-stocked daily. The hotel has a quiet and elegant atmosphere, with a subtle, pleasant scent in the hallways, making for a very comfortable stay. Its location is excellent, close to everything, and the price is reasonable, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel's service was exceptional (honestly, it's rare to find such great service). The location and facilities are also very good. A special thank you to Ms. Zhao Jiang for her excellent service. Also, there was another staff member who, when cleaning our room, noticed our dirty laundry and left a note reminding us about the hotel's self-service laundry. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite make out her name on the note, it looked something like Jiang Yushun? (I've attached a photo of the note, thank you to her as well!) If I ever go to Yangzhou again, I'll definitely stay here.

Choosing Jinling Hotel for my stay in Nanjing was definitely the right decision! ✅ I paid an extra 100+ to upgrade to an executive room with an Asia-Pacific view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct, panoramic view of Xuanwu Lake. The view was absolutely divine! 🌿 The breakfast on the 56th floor had an amazing ambiance. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the Nanjing city skyline was incredibly relaxing. The location is superb, close to Xinjiekou. It's convenient for shopping at Deji Plaza and other major commercial areas. It's a peaceful oasis in the bustling city, and the comfort level is top-notch! 💯 For accommodation in Nanjing, look no further than this hotel!

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Shilla Comfort Inn, a Samsung hotel, on its opening day. Transportation: The hotel is conveniently located next to an elevated expressway; in my experience, it's about a 15-minute drive from Yancheng Station. Room Amenities: The hotel's double room is approximately 40 square meters, with a minimalist style. It features a touch-screen central air conditioning, sliding doors, a full-length mirror, a sofa, and a small refrigerator – all the essentials you could need. Bathroom Space: Spacious, with a TOTO bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a smart toilet, and a full set of L'Occitane toiletries. This is unmatched by hotels in the same class. The breakfast selection is diverse, with many Korean dishes to choose from. The gym has a full set of Technogym equipment, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

My birthday stay at Kempinski Nanjing was a luxurious yet cozy experience from start to finish. The room was elegant and comfortable, with exquisite German design that felt grand. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation with premium toiletries. The Executive Lounge was a delightful surprise: quiet and private, it offered coffee, soft drinks, and delicate refreshments all day. The Happy Hour spread was extensive, featuring local Nanjing specialties like salted duck, Western hot dishes, and freshly mixed cocktails. It was uncrowded and serene, with attentive service, making the dining experience far exceed my expectations. The birthday decorations were exceptionally thoughtful: after communicating in advance, the room was adorned with rose petals, a cute teddy bear, and I also received a delicate birthday cake and a handwritten card. Dear Lynn coordinated everything throughout, paying attention to every detail, making it a truly special occasion. The hotel's service is professional and attentive, and its location is convenient, making it a top choice for a high-end stay in the heart of Nanjing.

I had a wonderful experience with my 1 year old son at the intercontinental. Because it was his first birthday the hotel decorated the room for him and I’m really appreciative of that. The room was clean and spacious, Room service was good and the staff really went out of their way to help and accommodate us. I wish they had children’s menu to make things better when traveling with a baby. However, the hotel did help me by making vegetable sides for my child. I’ve stayed at this hotel countless times and I’d recommend it to anyone. Happy New Year 🎆

GGuest UserI stayed at the Nanfang Hotel's Building 8, 'Yingjie,' in Suzhou over the weekend. It was just renovated late last year with a new 'Neo-Chinese' decor. As you enter, to your left is a long, open wardrobe and a luggage rack, which were very convenient. Then there's a separate wet and dry vanity area and a bathtub, with a sliding glass door separating the room from the washroom. The room itself was quite spacious, with a round table and a sofa by the window. Outside, lush rockeries and greenery provided a refreshing view, and being able to open the window for ventilation was especially pleasant this time of year. The toiletries were L'Occitane, and there was even a Pantene hair essence capsule with the hairdryer. As for the bedding, the mattress was on the firmer side, so comfort will vary for different people. What was hard to understand were some of the renovation details. The grout lines in the tiles were sloppily done, a clear departure from what you'd expect in a five-star hotel. This was even more noticeable under the sink drain. I'd suggest the hotel add a trash can there; it would both hide the flaw and be convenient for women to discard small items when using the sink. The breakfast overall was good. I recommend the 'red soup noodles with braised pork,' which had an authentic flavor. The fresh pork pan-fried buns were also surprisingly delicious – slightly sweet and very juicy. The hotel's location truly lives up to its five-star reputation. Situated on Shiquan Street, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Wangshi Garden is right across from the hotel entrance on Chengqiao Road, so you can visit early to avoid the crowds. Plus, many popular eateries on Shiquan Street don't have queues before noon. The surrounding streets like Fenghuang Street, Wuqueqiao Street, Cuku Alley, Chaiyuan, and the small alleys behind Shiquan Street are also perfect for a city walk. Shiquan Street is bustling, but as soon as you enter the hotel, it becomes wonderfully quiet. If you're tired from exploring, you can return to the hotel to stroll around Jiang Weiguo's former residence or other ancient buildings and rock gardens, and enjoy the peaceful, serene atmosphere. If you want to explore the urban area of Suzhou in a short time, Nanfang Hotel is a five-star recommendation.

MMaria.ezI've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly the best. Staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Suzhou isn't just accommodation – it's an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of spaciousness. The design is stunning, using only natural materials like wood and stone – and the materials themselves are very pleasing to the eye and touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. My room had three panoramic windows overlooking a beautifully wild garden – birds, leaves, stones, all perfectly framed like living art. There was even a dedicated tea-drinking space, which added a deeper layer of calm and ritual to the stay. The bathroom floor is carved from a single piece of natural stone – a pleasure just to walk on. Every amenity you could need is there: lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, iron, coffee machine. And surprisingly – a small library in the room. Amazing. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Nolan, who upgraded us to a studio, guided us to our room, explained everything, helped with luggage, and did it all fast and with a smile. The interiors throughout the hotel are beautiful – paintings, sculptures, retro photos everywhere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, smooth, and delicious. The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip. I'll definitely be coming back.

__CFT010000001094****## Environment: The hotel is located right by the Qinhuai River, so you step out straight into scenic views – it's beautiful, there's great food, and a lively atmosphere. We booked a street-view room, which admittedly was a bit noisier, but we had such packed days that we slept soundly every night, so it wasn't a major issue. ## Room: The room included complimentary fruit upon check-in, two facial masks daily, and small drinks in the mini-bar. The lighting in the room was a bit dim; it would have been much better if there was a brighter main light or a desk lamp. ## Service: I really want to commend the service. Even before we checked in, the hotel called to ask if we needed to reserve a parking spot and our approximate check-in time. They proactively sent the hotel's location to ensure we wouldn't have trouble finding it in the scenic area, which was very thoughtful. After we checked out and left, we realized at the airport that I had lost my bracelet. I contacted the hotel to help check the room, and the staff were incredibly efficient and diligent in finding it. They quickly arranged for it to be couriered to my home. I am truly, truly grateful – it brought a perfect end to my Nanjing trip! 🌹

MMD2024This time, I stayed at Mo Keyuan from August 14th to 15th. When I was choosing a hotel, I was quite surprised to see Mo Keyuan had nothing but glowing reviews. After staying there, I realized that both its facilities and service are indeed exceptional. **Ambiance & Location:** In terms of its location, it's merely 50 meters from Pingjiang Road, and within comfortable walking distance of Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum. It's also nestled in the same alley as the famous Zhuo Lin Li Tang Zhou (a traditional dessert shop), just 20-30 meters away, and shares an adjacent alley with Couple's Retreat Garden. This geographical positioning is simply superb! The hotel itself is a numbered private garden with five interconnected courtyards, boasting exquisite rockeries, ponds, and bridges. Its design is incredibly intricate, offering distinct scenic views with every turn. Guanhuatang, a key hall, is the central room in the innermost of these five courtyards. The front desk is located in the first courtyard, exuding an antique charm. Upon entering the second courtyard, you're greeted by a misty, ethereal atmosphere, providing a refreshing coolness on hot days and adding a wonderful artistic touch. The third courtyard houses the banquet hall, while the fourth and fifth are dedicated to guest rooms. In reality, this compound is far more complex than it appears, with the unique asymmetrical structure typical of Suzhou gardens revealing many delightful surprises. **Cleanliness:** Everywhere I looked was impeccably clean. Unlike other Chinese courtyards I've stayed in, at Mo Keyuan, all areas (except guest rooms and staff offices) are openly accessible. Furthermore, the furniture inside is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, giving the impression that they are actively used daily. The rooms were subtly pre-scented with incense, and the bathrooms were also spotless. **Facilities:** Mo Keyuan boasts comprehensive facilities, offering both dining options and captivating Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing) performances. Guests can enjoy these performances for free, held in a charming small hall in the second courtyard, which serves as both a restaurant and a performance venue. The performance hall is very well-equipped, featuring background projection and automatic stage curtains, truly showing great attention to detail. Furthermore, before checking in, I was somewhat concerned about security. However, upon arrival, I found that the visitor and guest areas are effectively separated by access control, ensuring both privacy and safety. **Service:** The service was incredibly attentive. The butler was always ready to answer any questions and had an excellent, friendly attitude. Every staff member had a great service attitude and was remarkably patient. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we only decided quite late that we wanted to have lunch at Mo Keyuan the next day. However, the butler arranged it perfectly, and we got to savor the Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish and Crab Roe Tofu we had hoped for. The hotel's shuttle service was even more convenient, saving us precious time and effort when visiting the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the garden owner this time, who was very approachable and clearly poured their heart and soul into managing this exquisite garden. **Daily Pingtan Performance (2 Tickets):** The Pingtan performance was excellent. The young lady sang beautifully and spoke with such gentle grace; experiencing the 'Wu Nong Soft Language' (Suzhou dialect) live was truly delightful. The performance also included complimentary Biluochun tea and homemade mung bean cakes, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I'm extremely glad I chose Mo Keyuan this time. My only regret is not being able to stay an extra night to spend half a day simply wandering around the garden, sipping tea, watching the fish, and relaxing – that would have been utterly tranquil and perfect.

GGuest UserThis hotel, nestled within Shanyuan Street, offers a tranquil escape amidst the bustling crowds. Once inside, it's like a hidden gem with charming pavilions and ponds. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, and some of the amenities are a bit dated – for instance, the TV in one room simply wouldn't turn on. On the upside, the shower pressure was excellent. The Chinese breakfast options were very good, though the Western selection was quite disappointing. They do have their own parking, but getting in and out can be a bit tricky as the alley is quite narrow, which could be an issue for larger vehicles. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

The room included breakfast, and I highly recommend the douhua (tofu pudding) – it was delicious. The location is also fantastic; you can walk to Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum, as they're all close by. The high-speed rail station and subway are also very convenient, though a taxi might take about half an hour due to traffic.
