This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Jiaodong Airport is really far. My flight landed at 9:30 PM, and I didn't get to the hotel until 11:30 PM. When I arrived, I met Ariane (Ms. Wang). I had originally booked a small sea-view suite, but after discussing it, she upgraded me to a 270-degree sea-view room. It turned out to be a great decision; the view from the room was fantastic, and I could enjoy the ocean right from my bed. After checking in, I added Ms. Wang on WeChat. She was incredibly responsive for room cleaning and bringing requested items, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of dishes, but it was too crowded. The next day, I decisively opted for the Executive Lounge on the 30th floor. Although there were fewer options, the experience was much better, and the views were great too. The scent in the lobby was pleasant, but a bit too strong; I'd suggest making it a little lighter. I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao again on my next visit.

The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!

Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids.

My stay here exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway. I booked a room with a view, and the sea view from the window was breathtaking, especially at night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it was completely quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs, there's a commercial district with everything you could ask for in terms of food, entertainment, and shopping. Both the front desk and room service were very prompt. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting; it's so convenient for getting around, and the view alone is worth the price of the room.

The hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, salad, and a wide variety of dishes. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels when I visit Jinan again!

Huge thanks to Amy and Judy (in no particular order) for their help! This stay at the Sheraton Rizhao truly felt like a home away from home. Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!

Checked in at night, the hotel lobby was magnificent. Duty manager Zhang Hui warmly greeted me and, seeing I'd had a bit too much to drink, proactively helped me. Big praise again for her! 👍 The room was very comfortable. It had 8 bottles of water, which is the most I've ever seen in a hotel. The hotel overall is very well-maintained, and the decor isn't outdated at all. Its location is absolutely superb, backed by Wanda, facing the sea to the north, and bordering Suochengli to the east. It's a truly prime spot. Next time I'm in Yantai, I will definitely choose Pullman Yantai again! Thanks again to duty manager Zhang Hui for her warm service.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The location is super convenient, really close to the scenic spots. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers decent value for money. My only minor gripes are with the TV – you can only watch basic channels, and there's no screen mirroring, which is a bit surprising for a hotel of this size. I'd suggest upgrading the TVs. The service was also very good. For food deliveries, it's best to use the same last name as registered for your stay at the hotel, otherwise, constant verification can cause delays. Lastly, the mini-fridge items aren't free, and the prices are ridiculously high. I remember a Coke being 25, and a bowl of plain congee on the menu was, I think, 58. So, the prices for food and drinks are a bit steep. Otherwise, everything else was great. Oh, and the toilets don't have disposable seat covers, so remember to bring your own if you need them. I didn't take any photos inside the hotel, so here's a pic of Buzz Lightyear downstairs instead.

LLaimixiLocation: Close to the Olympic Sailing Center, Lover's Dam, and May Fourth Square, it's convenient for watching shows at the Sea Theater, all within walking distance. The dazzling night view is visible right from downstairs. It's also relatively quiet, and about a 25-30 minute drive to Qingdao Station if there's no traffic. Facilities: The room is spacious enough for a family of 3-4, and the view outside the window is great – what you see is what you get. Cleanliness: Pretty good. I stayed for 4 days, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily according to my requests, which was comfortable. Service: Before check-in, a concierge contacted me on WeChat, providing proactive and enthusiastic service. They even offered fresh fruit upon arrival. Breakfast: Available from 7:00-10:00. The taste was decent, mostly Chinese food, but the selection was limited and there was no coffee. The restaurant environment was average, a bit dim and dated. You don't need a key card to enter the elevator, and delivery drivers can come upstairs, which has its pros and cons. The hotel's overall decor feels a bit old-fashioned and dim, showing its age. Overall, it's still a good option, especially suitable for family travel.

XXC_PaltThis hotel is excellent, truly a great hotel. I was climbing Mount Tai with my parents and worried about not getting enough rest, so I spent a long time choosing a hotel. We stayed in the Cozy Family Reunion Suite, which offered great value for money. It had a large heated bed (kang) that was more than spacious enough for three adults. The room was on the second floor, had no strange odors, and featured a private bathroom with hot water. There was a window that could be opened for ventilation, and on good weather days, it even caught the sun from 6 to 8 AM. Despite being street-facing, the room was very well soundproofed, and my parents slept soundly through the night. The hotel service was also excellent; every staff member greeted us with a smile. I even asked the front desk to break some large bills into smaller change. Next time I climb Mount Tai, it would be even better to bring more 1, 5, and 10 yuan banknotes. The breakfast here was absolutely delicious. Perhaps it was due to the mountain spring water, or maybe the chef's excellent skills, but we ate heartily and felt very satisfied. After watching the sunrise and sea of clouds in the morning, enjoying such a rich and delicious breakfast truly brightened our entire day. The millet porridge was thick and creamy, the stir-fried noodles were very fragrant, and the soy milk was also fantastic. They even specially prepared hot mountain spring water, which I found very tasty. The hotel has its own dedicated sunrise viewing spot, which is not at Riguan Peak. For those over 60 or with mobility issues, it's probably better to go to Riguan Peak, which is more crowded but has better infrastructure. The hotel's viewing spot is a bit far, and there's a place where you need to crouch down and crawl through a one-meter-long tunnel using your hands and feet, which isn't very suitable for elderly people. The hotel's location, at the Qianlong Imperial Palace, is likely the quietest among all the mountaintop hotels, perfect for rest. It's right next to the Taohuayuan cable car station and very close to Tianjie. From Nantianmen to the hotel entrance is probably only about 100 meters. At night, there aren't many people walking around outside the hotel for night climbs, which is a big difference from other hotels. Friends who aren't in good physical condition should ideally take the bus from Tianwai Village to Zhongtianmen, and then take the cable car up the mountain. For seniors over 60, tickets are free, and bus and cable car fares are half price. Note that you need to book and pay for tickets in advance via the WeChat official account to enjoy the free and half-price benefits. I'm not sure if seniors can still get half-price tickets if they buy them on-site. Remember to bring your ID for ticket verification before boarding; the process is quick. If you get motion sickness, bring motion sickness medicine and plastic bags in advance, as the mountain roads are quite winding. The cable car might occasionally be suspended due to weather or maintenance. Also, the sunrise and sea of clouds might not meet expectations due to bad weather. So, before climbing, be sure to check the weather conditions before deciding to go. When we climbed on May 20th, it was cloudy with light rain, but May 21st was a rare clear, sunny day. Both the sea of clouds and the sunrise were incredibly beautiful. On the bus, we encountered a family with an 87-year-old grandmother climbing Mount Tai. We also saw many elderly people climbing up from the base of the mountain. As long as you have a plan to climb Mount Tai, just go for it!

WWeiliangのmoxiaoqiuThis hotel, in my opinion, offers a thousand-dollar service experience for a hundred-dollar price range. Sam, the service manager, was excellent. I was originally booked for an Executive King Room, and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a seamless room upgrade. Most five-star or five-diamond hotels in Qingdao would rather leave a room empty or charge an extra 100 RMB than upgrade you. I stayed for three consecutive nights in an Executive Suite, directly facing the Laoshan District No. 2 Experimental Primary School. You can see students playing during the day, but with the windows closed, you barely hear any noise. The hotel is 12 years old now, since 2014, and aside from the bathtub faucet and shower diverter being a bit tricky to operate, it has almost no flaws. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough for me, given I'm sensitive to heat, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they offered a fan. This way, you don't need to open the window, which is good because there's ongoing construction on the left side, so opening the window would be noisy and affect sleep. The only potential downside for most people might be that it's a bit far from the subway, nearly a kilometer's walk.

NNicyAlthough very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

GGuest UserWhat a spectacular experience! I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place earned it. The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. GGuest UserI've been to Yantai many times, and this time I still chose the Baina Reating Hotel. Mainly because of its great location, spacious rooms, and the very helpful and observant front desk staff. The hotel's environment and facilities are also excellent. On my previous visits, there wasn't an outdoor restaurant on the 23rd floor, but this time there was. My husband and I had some drinks there and it was a wonderful experience. The service staff were all great, especially one very gentle and kind young lady. We checked out on Sunday and even bought some Yantai specialties from the hotel. Overall, it's really good – great value for money, a fantastic location, and the staff's attitude was excellent! I'm very satisfied!

AAnonymous UserHere's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is really cost-effective. You enjoy five-star trea**ent. After check-in, someone will bring your luggage to your room, and fruits will be prepared in the room. My good impression is instantly improved. In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. In comparison, I was most satisfied with the one I stayed in Jinan. Highly recommended...I'm not asking for help, I really want to recommend this good hotel to everyone.
