The hygiene is impeccable. Every journey is a dialogue with a new city, and the hotel is the most tender pause in that conversation. ✨ Pushing open the door, I was greeted by a bed as white as clouds. The soft bedding felt like it was embracing every tired soul, making you want to sink right in. 🛏️ The cotton-like lightness, paired with the warm lighting, instantly smoothed away the dust of travel. 🌙 Outside, the city lights twinkled; inside, it was my own peaceful corner. Sleeping in such an environment at night, even dreams became softer. When the morning sun streamed through the curtains onto the bed, I was already fully energized to explore the city. ☀️ Life needs these little moments of happiness, reminding us that even in a rush, we can find a moment of tenderness and peace. 💕

Jenny at the guest services center provided excellent service. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Service was prompt and efficient. The location is absolutely fantastic: a five-minute walk to the terminal, and you can even see the terminal from your room. Highly recommend for travelers arriving late or departing early.

After searching through many hotels along the coast, I felt that Haitan offered the best value for money! And my choice proved to be correct! The service at this five-star hotel is absolutely top-notch. As soon as we arrived, even before getting out of the car, they were already actively helping with our luggage. Since we were staying for four nights, the front desk upgraded our room type. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains and card-free power, adding a nice touch of human-centered design. The view was fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Qingdao's Third Bathing Beach. Our hotel butler, Lilith, checked in with us daily via WeChat to see how our stay was going and if we had any new needs, which she promptly met! The hotel's location is also superb, right between Badaguan and the Olympic Sailing Center! Plus, there's a mall right downstairs!

The hotel is located in the city center, right across the street from Suochengli, and just a short walk from Wanda Plaza. It's also very close to Yantai Mountain. During the May Day holiday, parking was difficult, but a taxi ride from the hotel was just the minimum fare. The hotel management is excellent; from the doormen to the front desk staff, everyone is polite, demonstrating the professionalism expected of a star-rated hotel. On May 2nd, it rained on the day of check-in, which disrupted our plans, so we arrived early to see if we could check in. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly without any hesitation. They explained that the room was still being cleaned and that housekeeping had been notified to expedite the process, and also informed us that we could check in a little earlier, which made us feel very reassured. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

I have to say, this really doesn't live up to the Sheraton brand. First, during the May Day holiday when there's a huge influx of people, there were only two staff members at the front desk checking people in. They only opened a third station after seeing a long queue forming. What's more, the front desk staff's efficiency and problem-solving skills were quite concerning.
Here's why: When I booked the room in advance, I specifically requested a room on the same floor as my parents. Following the front desk's instructions, I cancelled my original standard twin room and rebooked an executive floor twin room. Executive floor rooms are more expensive than standard ones. At the time, over the phone, they confirmed there were rooms available on the same floor, and the front desk agent assured me they had noted my request to be on the same floor, and I just needed to remind the check-in staff. However, on the day of check-in, the front desk first told me there were no rooms on the same floor. Even though they saw the note, for some unknown reason, the room hadn't been reserved in advance. I was willing to compromise, understanding that it was a busy holiday. But then, the front desk told me they would have to downgrade my room, taking me off the executive floor. This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel downgrading a customer's room when they haven't met the customer's initial request – especially since executive floor rooms are more expensive! This is completely out of line with the service standards expected of a star-rated hotel and made for a very poor experience.
With Zibo becoming more popular, more and more customers are visiting. I hope the service standards can keep up with the demand.
Reception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception.
We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal.
Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV.
I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent!
It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.

The stay was very satisfactory overall, really praised, and the stay was super comfortable! , Talk about the advantages of super favorites:, The overall environment of the hotel is particularly elegant and it is very relaxing. The room facilities are very new, the layout of the apartment is reasonable and comfortable, and all kinds of daily necessities and electrical appliances are also fully equipped. , The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room. It is too convenient to travel! , There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel and the taste is very good. , The front desk and cleaning staff are very good, and they are kind and gentle. , The location is really nothing to say, very close to the scenic spot and the station, it is super easy to go out and play, and take the car. , The drinks bar in the lobby must be praised, the drinks are delicious, the price is not expensive, and the price is absolutely perfect! , There are a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. The suite we live in, the living room socket is a bit small, there is no charging port next to the table and sofa, it is not convenient to play with mobile phone charging, it is quite necessary; 2, the guest bathroom of the suite does not have spare towels and hand sanitizer, daily temporary use will be a bit inconvenient; , 3, this is a seaside city, the bathroom can prepare a pair of plastic bath slippers, step on the water, wash will be much more practical; 4, the room put a capsule coffee machine, the result is a instant coffee, a little contrast, replaced with capsule coffee is more intimate; , 5. Unfortunately, the executive lounge and beer garden have not opened yet, and I can't experience it. It's a little regrettable; 6. The living room and bedroom are glass partitions and there is no curtain. If someone sleeps inside, the living room does not dare to turn on the light, and the experience of installing a blackout curtain is full!

Great location! It's right above Guihe Shopping Center and very close to World Trade Plaza, Henglong Plaza, Kuanghouli Snack Street, Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, Quancheng Square, and Jiefang Pavilion, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The concierge staff were proactive in helping with luggage. Vera Liu at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a view of Daming Lake. The room was spacious, housekeeping kept it clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a good variety, with the braised pork being particularly tasty. All in all, my friend had a very pleasant stay!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right inside the Olympic Sailing Center, just 200 meters from the sea. Turn right when you step out, and in a 2-minute walk, you'll see the sailboat marina and the Olympic 'Lucky Cloud' torch. From our room's balcony, we could enjoy the light show at May Fourth Square and the sunset over the ocean. In the evenings, it was lovely to go downstairs for a stroll and enjoy the sea breeze. It's also very close to Hisense Plaza and Belle Plaza, both just a 5-minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I didn't realize it was a basement room, and I was worried it might be damp, thinking my 70-year-old mother wouldn't be comfortable. When I checked in at the front desk, I inquired about a room upgrade, and to my surprise, the hotel had already upgraded our room for free! Their service was fantastic. They not only thoroughly explained how to use the room facilities and the breakfast arrangements but also gave us detailed information about the morning sunrise viewing spot. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room was very clean, and while the shower water pressure was a bit inconsistent, the water temperature was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations the most. For only 20 yuan per person, it was excellent value for money. I loved the stir-fried noodles with shredded potatoes, and the soy milk was also rich and fragrant. There were many other options to choose from. All in all, staying here was truly wonderful, and we even saw the most beautiful sunrise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I climb Mount Tai.

Rrobin_001sThe hotel rooms are incredibly comfortable, bright, and well-lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are professional and friendly. Its convenient location near Thumb Plaza and Mixc commercial areas makes transportation a breeze. My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient.
I can truly feel their dedication to their work and genuine care for guests. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area and will recommend it to all my friends!

GGuest UserThe room is in very good condition, the environment is beautiful, very comfortable, and cost-effective. The free bottled water on the small table in the corridor is very convenient. There are many types of self-service meals, including the fish head soup from Xueye Lake. 99 yuan per person is very cost-effective. The environment for eating is very good, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xueye Lake while eating delicious food
GGuest UserWhat a spectacular experience! I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place earned it. The location is perfect, as you are only a couple hundred meters from the entrance to the Temple of Confucius. The premises are clean and spacious. The hotel immerses you in Chinese culture. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and give great advice. Also, the dinner is excellent! If you are visiting Qufu, it doesn’t get better than this!

GGuest UserI'm finally getting around to writing this review, half a month later, after my husband nagged me for a whole week! We traveled from Qingdao and, after seeing such great reviews online, decided to choose this hotel over the Hilton Golden Beach. Overall, it was pretty good, and the location was decent. There's a popular influencer spot right downstairs, and you can even see the sea. If you're looking to visit a lot of tourist attractions, this could be an option. Perhaps it was because of the May Day holiday, but my experience wasn't great – traffic jams combined with overcast weather meant the scenery wasn't as impressive, and the sea view was quite distant. The room wasn't particularly new, and the elevator was genuinely tiny. We had one dinner buffet and one seafood dinner at the hotel, and honestly, both were just mediocre, so don't set your expectations high for breakfast either. While the price was affordable, it pales in comparison to hotel breakfasts in Qingdao or even the seafood dinners we've had there... I've also stayed at hotels in Haitang Bay and Sanya Bay during Chinese New Year, and compared to those, this one was just average at best... The price was over 1200, but the quality was really just so-so...
GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable—it was so enjoyable that we didn’t even feel like going home. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay for one night. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back again. The location is very convenient, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even more memorable.
AAnonymous UserHere's my objective review of this stay.
Pros:
1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby.
2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery.
3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it.
4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely.
5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly.
6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier.
Cons:
1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews.
2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken.
3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival).
4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub.
5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is really cost-effective. You enjoy five-star trea**ent. After check-in, someone will bring your luggage to your room, and fruits will be prepared in the room. My good impression is instantly improved. In the end, What surprised me was that free late-night snacks were prepared in the evening. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I met someone who prepared late-night snacks. Nice! The disposable slippers in the hotel are also very nice. I regret not taking a pair back. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a bus to Baotu Spring. The hotel has free parking and the soundproofing of the hotel is also good. After staying for two nights, I moved to Zibo. I also stayed in Zibo for one night. In comparison, I was most satisfied with the one I stayed in Jinan. Highly recommended...I'm not asking for help, I really want to recommend this good hotel to everyone.
DDantiiiI originally booked three nights at another hotel, but after staying for a while I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I decided to cancel two nights and find another one! I booked this hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. There was only one room left. I went directly the next day. It was much better than some chain hotels. It was a very thoughtful B&B hotel. You can park your car in the community. The small door leads to the seaside, which is very convenient.
I booked this special large bed room on the first floor next to the stairs. The stairs are made of wood, so it must not be very quiet. I hope friends who read this comment can understand each other and go upstairs more gently. I will feel better about living here. The guests in the room are friendlier~
Compared with other villa layouts, this room looks like a converted garage, so the window is a narrow door in the courtyard wall, but the high courtyard wall is well protected against theft, and the glass is also double-mirror, which is relatively safe, and the curtains are very light-blocking. good. The facilities in the room are good and the toiletries are complete.
The guys at the front desk are very attentive and gentle. Free coffee is always available at the front desk.
So it was a pleasant stay. I will choose here again next time I go to Qingdao.
