Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. My experience at the Lynn Hotel was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and fast. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and even kindly offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely touch that I could get a packed breakfast when heading out in the morning! The housekeeping team was prompt, cleaning the room spotlessly, and consistently refilled amenities without me having to ask. Their attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel clearly embraces a guest-centric philosophy; every staff member greeted me with a genuine, unforced smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service here is meticulous, and they respond to every need. Plus, it offers fantastic value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Facilities: The room's parent-child facilities are quite comprehensive, a major highlight of the hotel. Environment: Comfortable. Very convenient for bringing children, shopping, and dining. Service: Prompt response. The family room is definitely our top choice for our next visit. I hope other room types will also be renovated.

This hotel boasts a beautiful Chinese-style courtyard with an elegant atmosphere. If you appreciate a modern Chinese aesthetic and a peaceful garden setting, this is an excellent choice. It seamlessly blends smart technology with traditional artistic charm. Located on Renmin Middle Road in Qingyang District, it's just about a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Square and right next to the Grand Theater and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making its location absolutely superb.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactive. As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

This time I came to Ya'an, it was really a super wise decision to choose to stay at the Yuji Hotel. The whole experience was full and the five-star praise was proper! The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, travel and play, punch in the surrounding attractions are super convenient, the surrounding dining, supermarkets are fully equipped. The interior of the room exceeded expectations, the space is spacious and transparent, the smart facilities in the whole house are too extra points, the voice can control the lights, curtains, electrical appliances, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sleeping feeling is super comfortable, the washing area is separated from wet and dry, the bathroom supplies are clean and hygienic, the quality of toiletries is online, and the use is excellent. What impressed me the most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was super warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. They would also recommend Ya'an local food and play routes. Any needs could be responded to in time. The whole experience was super warm. The overall price/performance ratio is directly full. Whether it is travel or business stay, this hotel is a great choice for Ya'an. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Ya'an. I really recommend it to every friend who comes to Ya'an!

I booked a twin room and stayed for three nights. The environment was nice, and it was very close to the scenic area. I thought the soundproofing was quite good, and luckily, the construction outside had stopped, so I wasn't disturbed. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. Overall, I was satisfied.

Staying at the Richeng Mingren Hotel in Chengdu was a fantastic choice for our trip. It's right in the city center, and the E exit of Metro Line 1 is just outside, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and shopping. We could easily reach Jinli, Wuhou Temple, and Kuanzhai Alley by subway. Plus, getting to Dujiangyan Scenic Area and Mount Qingcheng is now a breeze with direct intercity trains for only 10 yuan. Chengdu, you definitely get a huge thumbs up! 👍 Now, about the Richeng Mingren Hotel itself: even though it's a bit older, the service is absolutely outstanding. The front desk staff initially gave me a room that felt a bit too modern with too many glass walls. When I mentioned it, they immediately switched my room, which I really appreciated. The service staff were also incredibly responsive; whenever guests needed something, they were there right away to help. This 'customer first' attitude deserves a lot of praise.
