This is my first time actively leaving a review, and even though booking for the May Day holiday was a bit painful on the wallet, it totally exceeded my expectations. The main highlights are the location and the view – you can see Jiuyan Bridge, and watching the city lights at night and the sunrise in the morning really lifted my spirits! The front desk lady was also super kind!

The service was excellent! Every staff member was so warm and polite. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to Changpinggou Service Center. The room's cleanliness and facilities were also great. Since it was off-season and not too busy, the front desk even upgraded our room for free. The guesthouse's own small kitchen served delicious food too. After a long day, we enjoyed some stir-fried dishes right there, and their special blended drinks were really good!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, even better than the five-star one we booked later in Chongqing! **Cleanliness:** First off, the hygiene is impeccable. The cleaning staff even paid attention to our written requests. **Facilities:** They have a bathtub and provide disposable tub liners, and the amenities are comprehensive! The king-size bed was super comfortable; I slept really well. **Jinshi Babao Afternoon Tea:** This was also quite good! If we hadn't been in a rush to go out, I would have loved to slowly enjoy the tea; the tea leaves were excellent. **Service:** The service was very attentive, and they even followed up with us. It's very close to the Chengdu Museum, and Chunxi Road is right next door for a meal at Kaojiang, haha.

Facilities: The room's parent-child facilities are quite comprehensive, a major highlight of the hotel. Environment: Comfortable. Very convenient for bringing children, shopping, and dining. Service: Prompt response. The family room is definitely our top choice for our next visit. I hope other room types will also be renovated.

This hotel boasts a beautiful Chinese-style courtyard with an elegant atmosphere. If you appreciate a modern Chinese aesthetic and a peaceful garden setting, this is an excellent choice. It seamlessly blends smart technology with traditional artistic charm. Located on Renmin Middle Road in Qingyang District, it's just about a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Square and right next to the Grand Theater and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making its location absolutely superb.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactive. As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

This time I came to Ya'an, it was really a super wise decision to choose to stay at the Yuji Hotel. The whole experience was full and the five-star praise was proper! The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, travel and play, punch in the surrounding attractions are super convenient, the surrounding dining, supermarkets are fully equipped. The interior of the room exceeded expectations, the space is spacious and transparent, the smart facilities in the whole house are too extra points, the voice can control the lights, curtains, electrical appliances, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sleeping feeling is super comfortable, the washing area is separated from wet and dry, the bathroom supplies are clean and hygienic, the quality of toiletries is online, and the use is excellent. What impressed me the most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was super warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. They would also recommend Ya'an local food and play routes. Any needs could be responded to in time. The whole experience was super warm. The overall price/performance ratio is directly full. Whether it is travel or business stay, this hotel is a great choice for Ya'an. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Ya'an. I really recommend it to every friend who comes to Ya'an!

Here's my review: **Location:** Since I visited during the off-season, the hotel kindly upgraded my room for free. First off, the hotel is incredibly close to Jiuzhaigou – it's only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic area in the morning. However, because it's so close to Jiuzhaigou, there aren't many dining options nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the town, so having a car would be more convenient. **Facilities:** The room itself was very new and equipped with smart home features. The TV was connected to the internet, which made casting and watching movies much easier. The room also had both floor heating and air conditioning, making it very comfortable. The bed and pillows were on the softer side; they felt quite sunken when I lay in the middle, so if you prefer a firm bed, this might not be for you. On a thoughtful note, the room came with complimentary snacks and drinks. It was also incredibly quiet at night. With the curtains drawn, it was pitch black – you couldn't see anything, making it very peaceful. **Breakfast & Amenities:** The hotel offers breakfast for 30 RMB per person. It's a standard breakfast, with yogurt, fruit, bread, noodles, and other common breakfast items. The hotel also has a gym and a public bath, though the gym doesn't have many facilities. **Service:** The service was excellent. The hotel staff were very patient and had a great attitude. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping service – they were very thorough in restocking items and amenities, and they even tidied up my bedside table without disturbing any of my personal belongings. **Suggestions:** The floor heating isn't throughout the entire room. While they provided two pairs of disposable slippers, the area near the bathroom entrance had no floor heating. After a shower, wearing slippers meant they'd get wet and feel uncomfortable, but going barefoot was too cold. I suggest providing two pairs of slippers in the bathroom – one for wearing in the private hot spring (if applicable) and one for general use, which would make soaking more convenient. Also, with all the smart home features, there were quite a few remote controls. The floor heating made the bed very hot, which became increasingly uncomfortable as I slept. It would be helpful if guests were reminded about this, and perhaps the various remote controls could be labeled, as it was sometimes hard to tell which controlled what.

Staying at the Richeng Mingren Hotel in Chengdu was a fantastic choice for our trip. It's right in the city center, and the E exit of Metro Line 1 is just outside, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and shopping. We could easily reach Jinli, Wuhou Temple, and Kuanzhai Alley by subway. Plus, getting to Dujiangyan Scenic Area and Mount Qingcheng is now a breeze with direct intercity trains for only 10 yuan. Chengdu, you definitely get a huge thumbs up! 👍 Now, about the Richeng Mingren Hotel itself: even though it's a bit older, the service is absolutely outstanding. The front desk staff initially gave me a room that felt a bit too modern with too many glass walls. When I mentioned it, they immediately switched my room, which I really appreciated. The service staff were also incredibly responsive; whenever guests needed something, they were there right away to help. This 'customer first' attitude deserves a lot of praise.
