The room was very spacious, and I stayed for several nights. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cleaning lady was very thorough and kept the room spotless. Plus, there are lots of great food options downstairs!

The room was pretty good, and it's quite close to Shuhan Road subway station. It was clean, tidy, and cozy. The only downside was the toilet; for such a nice hotel, it didn't even have a smart toilet. The flush button was on the side and required a strong push, which made it hard for children to flush properly.

I would have given 6 stars, but .... The hotel is located on the 3rd floor in a very old building. The lift area on the first floor looks very old and dirty. And inside the lift, it smells like urine or vomit or whatever. Otherwise, the hotel is really excellent. Once u stepped into the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor, it is a totally different world. Clean, smells nice, modern and beautiful design. Room is as per advertised photos, perfect to me, with all the important necessary amenities. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They would stand up and greet me whenever I walk past the lobby (not that I enjoy it). As I dont have a local number to order from *******, they gladly provided me with the hotel number to use. And the best thing is the hotel gives out free souvenirs, very practical and useful souvenirs. Also free snacks and coke and sprites. So to end it, I would suggest to the boss of the hotel, please do something to the lift and the lift landing on the first floor. Thank you.

Fantastic location, right at the exit of Nijiaqiao metro station, making travel incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Yulin Street is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, truly impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it perfect for a restful stay or a vacation. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with this stay, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again if I visit Chengdu in the future. Originally, I only planned to stay one night, but the hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, there's a bustling food street with all sorts of local specialties that were too tempting to resist, so I ended up extending my stay for another night. After enjoying a lot of rich, flavorful local snacks the previous evening, my stomach was feeling a bit off. The next morning, the breakfast thoughtfully included a mung bean porridge, which is great for cooling down and cutting through grease, along with several refreshing side dishes. It was light and easy on the stomach, and really helped to soothe my discomfort. This hotel truly understands guests' daily needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. My overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure.

The front desk upgraded the room to a room with floor heating. The room facilities are good (see the photo, it should be newly renovated later) and clean. Floor heating is relatively comfortable in this weather. It feels good to soak in a natural hot spring on a lightly snowing day, but the pool is not fully open yet, so I feel a little regretful that I couldn't fully experience it this time. A great place to relax and soak in the hot springs on the weekends!

The front desk person during the day shift was really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was good with cute little shops. There's even a commercial area with a proper supermarket where we could shop like locals for everyday items. It was a good restful stop after our trip to the mountains, and a peaceful place during the long Labour Day weekend's hecticness.

The hotel's exterior is grand and stylish, while the lobby design is exquisite, featuring soft lighting and a delightful aroma. Secondly, the guest rooms are clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The room facilities are comprehensive, with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all working flawlessly – every detail shows great care. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. From the front desk staff's welcoming smiles to the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, every employee was warm, courteous, and highly responsive. Whether it was help with luggage, check-in, or even a late-night room service request, every need was met promptly and professionally, truly making me feel 'at home'.

I'm back again! This is a must-stay whenever I visit Jintang. Wang Meiling's service is so natural, warm, thoughtful, and meticulous! Highly recommended!!!!! You can bring the kids during a short holiday to experience it; there are many activities on offer.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the humanized design is reflected everywhere. The toilet light is a voice-controlled light. It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.
