Hotel itself provide a lot of added value like breakfast, afternoon tea, etc with no additional charge. Staff are very warm welcoming and will provide any information without hesitation, sometimes even before you asked. We feel like at home here. Food here are also very good. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to our friends.

Absolutely amazing experience for 4 days! Banyan Tree has one of the best service I ever experienced in China. After check in, Elin added our contact information and reached out on daily basis to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel staffs were always able to go above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Kudos to all of them! The hotel also has stunning view of Yulong mountain and extremely well designed architecture. We pretty much spent most of time in the hotel. I also love the daily gifts provided by the hotel!

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

Strongly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was all particularly helpful, even with gather some trail food for the tiger leaping gorge. Because I stayed for two nights, I ate a la carte at Indigo on the first day, and ate at InterContinental on the second day. I could see the snow-capped mountains and the beautiful scenery! The most worth mentioning is that although the Intercontinental Time Bar is just a lobby bar, open from morning to night, they can make great classic cocktails, drink in front of the snow-capped mountains, and chat with interesting people, which is very happy. Manager Will is very professional and the whole experience is great. There is one detail that I will never forget. When Will was making wine for us, three foreigners suddenly came in and quickly gave them orders because he was making wine for us and Feng was making coffee. I was a little worried. Will encouraged him, saying that as long as we follow the training standards, the customers will be very satisfied. We must believe in ourselves. If we don’t do well, we can ask the customers to ask us to do it again. At this time, the employees started to make their coffee with confidence, and After a while, another foreigner came. Will looked up and saw it, and asked A Feng, the fourth customer is here, have you ordered? Afeng said the guests didn't want them, but Will said they were willing to come, take good care of them and pour a glass of water. Afeng said that he would pour water for all four of them, and Will said that your service is really good. Although it is a small thing, you can see the harmony and tacit understanding of this team, as well as the high degree of family and country feelings and atmosphere. It is located between Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town, next to Lijiang City Gymnasium, with convenient parking and quiet in the bustling city. The courtyard area has small bridges, pavilions, and independent courtyards, which are friendly and natural; 【Service】The service level is high. All managers are very enthusiastic, especially Manager Gao Fan. He confirmed the check-in time on the morning of the check-in day, adjusted the room type intimately when he learned that we brought our daughter, took the initiative to lead us to the door of the room after check-in, gave us breakfast, and provided many warm services, which made the check-in experience rise to a higher level. Next time I go to Lijiang, I will definitely choose Yueyun Villa.

One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free.

The scenic area in Lijiang is very commercialized. The hotel has been upgraded. Although it does not completely retain the traditional style of the Naxi courtyard, there are some mix and match, but the overall quality is good in the scenic area. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient to various commercial streets. The breakfast is average and the variety is not very rich. There will be ginger tea and milk available. The scenery on the roof is good, overlooking the ancient town of Lijiang.

The hotels location, facilities and services are great. Hotel located near the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town & it is very convenient to go around for sightseeing & enjoying various local foods. Room is beautiful & well-decorated, compliment by a fabolous outdoor garden. Staffs are very friendly and supportive for our needs. The furniture in the room is relatively old-fashioned, and it feels like the 1980s, but the TV is from Xiaomi, and you can watch online TV and cast the screen, and there is also a Bluetooth speaker. The children's room in the parent-child suite is really full of childishness, and there are also children's toiletries, children's small towels, children's bathrobes, children's toilets, etc. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, just enough to eat, and the outdoor scenery is still very good. Hygiene: In a place with such a good ecological environment, it is normal for rooms with balconies to have small insects. The staff at the B&B were very friendly and I even borrowed the B&B’s kitchen to make fresh morels myself. Fresh fruit delivered every day. The cleaning aunt is also very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, with a superior geographical location. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is within walking distance of the ancient city and Heilongtan Park. There are many authentic Yunnan cuisines nearby, with authentic tastes and many choices. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is also good, and the restaurant waiters are particularly warm and hospitable.

The location of this hotel is very good, can be easily located. It’s just next to the Zhongyi market, where you may find the price there is more reasonable if compare with those stores in Center area. The design of the hotel is nice, can feel the efforts they put in to design that. The owner is friendly, help us to carry those heavy luggages to level 2, and offer us Chinese tea at the classic Chinese tea table. This is a great experience staying in this hotel. I would love to recommend this to people visiting this nice place.

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

Was really happy with this place. We stayed in a deluxe room which included multiple living rooms and a HUGE rooftop terrace, which was amazing for reading, having coffee, etc. The service was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of negatives: very limited English from the staff and it's a bit far from renmin road (about 20-25 minute walk). Overall: 10/10 would stay again!
