"Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough."

XIAORUThe hotel recommended by the customer, about 10 minutes from the airport, the environment is very good. The front desk staff is very welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is very rich! High cost performance!

Overall it is a good evaluation.
I was trying to clean it.
It's an old building, so it's a little dirty.
Location is also good. You can walk to Centro.
There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs.
It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope.
The receptionist was good. I always smiled.
It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day.
Facilities include a pool and gym.
But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

Prof. ZhengWe stayed in Yuma for 4 nights. Getting to the lodge took about 4 hours but it was a worthy ride into the heart of Amazon rainforest! What we loved most was the guided tours. The lodge offers a variety of activities typical to the rainforest like jungle trek, indigenous house visit, tree climbing, and canoeing, among others. All of the excursions are included in room fares. Our guides Fabiano and Bruno are fabulous, very friendly and attentive, and like an encyclopedia of the jungle they know everything on plants, animals and history. They are the treasure to the lodge! The room was above the water. While the weather was hot and humid, our room was air-conditioned, very comfortable. The facilities are simple yet sufficient considering the location in the deep jungle. It is an unforgettable experience for us. Highly recommended!

The hotel experience of this trip is really full! Just stepping into the hotel, you can feel the warm and thoughtful service of the staff, from the efficient process of check-in at the front desk to the initiative to help carry luggage, every detail is very intimate.
During the stay, the cleaning staff can be seen cleaning the room on time every day, the beds are neatly arranged, all kinds of supplies are replenished in time, the room is always spotless, and the comfort is directly full.
The hotel stay experience this time is really great, I really recommend it to everyone! Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice!

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

The location is very good, the breakfast is OK, the room facilities are relatively simple, clean and tidy, the air conditioner is the kind of exhaust fan, the noise is relatively large, in order not to affect my sleep, I can turn off at night, but I will be awakened by heat.

The owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! And also offered me to have breakfast at Seringal, which is really great! The breakfast itself is also a plus!
