The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

The hotel was very good, efficient and fast team for check in & out. The facilities are well used, deserve care and I suggest renovating the bathroom.

I loved the days q I passed in this hotel, all mto staff careful and educated . Hotel mto well located , mto clean, and near the Müller shopping . The board and iron of passing clothes have. Electric coffee maker for tea. The shower is great. The bathroom has shampoo and air conditioner and a great hair dryer .

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Spent a pleasant two night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

We stayed overnight at the Plaza for a visit to Oktoberfest in Blumenau. We had a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. We would happily go back.

Excellent accommodation with good comfort and cost x benefit, excellent location, next to shopping and easy locomotion throughout the island, amazing view, mainly from the pool. Small adjustment suggestions: improve wifi in rooms and change breakfast, which is already great to get better even!

Location is perfect - walking distance to a beautiful lagoon and close to nice beaches and sand dunes if you are the one who like long walks. There are also many shops, supermarket, pharmacies and eateries nearby. A charming decor that catches our eyes all the time. The bistro is such a lovely place. Our room was not the fancy one, but bed was comfy. I just missed makeup mirror and tissue paper. Amenities Loccitane was a good treat. Restaurant and room service - breakfast is included and have a nice variety of options to choose. Restaurant and room service was not available on Sunday (May, 14th) during our stay - we were tired to go out after a long day out and couldn’t have any meal in the hotel. And we were not told about it in advance. We had dinner twice and the food was very good. Compliments go for the waiters at breakfast - Gerusa, Geraldo, Ana and Gabriel. They are all attentive and they take care of us with special care. And would mention Pedro at front desk for good tour and outside restaurant suggestions. Thank you all for being so gentle.

Chegamos ao hotel por volta de 16h e fomos direcionados ao quarto 229 que estava arrumado e limpo. Porém havia uma carta no quarto em nome de outro hóspede. Contatamos o funcionário do hotel que disse que havia nos alocado no quarto errado. Fomos então direcionados ao 225 ao lado, que no entanto parecia estar em obras, sendo colocado uma tela na saída de ventilação no teto enquanto aguardávamos no corredor. Quase uma hora mais tarde outro hóspede abre a porta do nosso quarto 225 dizendo que havia sido designado para aquele mesmo quarto. O tal hóspede se desculpou (e não tinha culpa mesmo o coitado) desceu à recepção e não recebemos nem justificativa para o erro e nem pedido de desculpas. Meu esposo ao ligar para a recepção perguntando sobre o ocorrido recebeu a simples justificativa de que foi um erro de digitação. Por fim decidimos trocar de hotel no mesmo dia após menos de 3 h de permanência no Intercity e sequer a recepção nos perguntou o motivo do check out precoce e nem se desculpou. Total falta de preocupação com a experiência do cliente. Total despreparo da recepção. Hotel longe do Centro, simples mas novo e bonito, mas com serviço muito a desejar. Uma pena mesmo.

It's ok, but not worth the money. There are better hotels around the area. Busy street, not quiet room. The details shows a very used / old hotel. The bed is comfortable. Nothing much. Ok hotel. Good breakfast, many options. Staff very helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

I was a little late in the hotel, I was angry with the reception girl's service, but when I arrived in my room, the girl was cleaned and wasn't quite. She left everything in a small way, which I for a while forgot what had happened before, and I had to go out of business, and I stopped to thank the girl. My day that was all to go wrong changed at that moment with a charming smile and a kind way of receiving me, asking if I needed help, I only thanked and congratulated her, for having changed my day and made him happy. I will never forget that kindness and that kindness of that girl, to feel so well at the point of change, my frustration that I had with the girl at the reception. Thank you for changed my day, and for making my room so cool, you made the difference to me that day, my room was in the first floor. The hotel is in congratulations for having a girl so mega that makes us change, our bad day .... Congratulations for being that light being that changes our day .

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, friendly service, excellent breakfast. Hotel has its own parking, the only criticism is the difficulty of using the parking due to over-pillar and small space in the size of the vacancies, but this criticism and rewarded for the quality as much as the hotel has.

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. In addition, it is certainly one of my first hosting options when I return to Cambodia.

O hotel é super bem localizado, temos farmácias ao lado, restaurantes no hotel e a sua volta e para auxiliar no bolso temos um mercado na rua ao lado. Confesso que esse mercado foi um achado, quem vai com crianças seletiva sabe o quanto é complicado relacionar a viagem e a alimentação. O hotel é muito agradável a sala de brinquedo é incrível minha pequena se divertiu excelente para um final de tarde depois de muito mar e areia, para os adolescentes tem a sinuca o pinbolim. As piscinas são maravilhosas com áreas bem dividida em altura, é possível toda família brincar e curtir juntos, conta com piscina aquecida que não utilizamos pois estava um calor de 38 graus. Atendentes muito solícitos, agradáveis e educados, destaque para o garçom Cleber do restaurante que fica logo na recepção, educado e com um olhar diferenciado para as crianças. Os quartos são amplos, ficamos em quarto conjugado pois estávamos em 5 pessoas, excelente e confortável. Por ficar logo na avenida Brasil as madrugadas são tensas com barulho, mas ficamos em quarto logo de frente com a avenida por isso sentimos mais, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. O café da manhã é farto e muito bem servido, o jantar no restaurante do hotel é delicioso e o preço é muito bom. De forma geral nossa hospedagem foi incrivelmente agradável e atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades, boa localização e a 1 quarteirão da praia, sem contar que coletivo gratuito que leva por toda a avenida até as atrações como barco pirata e unipraias passa na frente do hotel. Dica instalar o app do ônibus bem pontual e nos ajudou muito.

Hotel impecável, desde o atendimento até a limpeza. Café da manhã bem servido, recepcionistas super educados. Quero deixar meu agradecimento a todos, em especial a Gabriela, ela é super atenciosa, amorosa e cuidadosa. Recomendo a todos.

I'm hosted in this hotel 4 days ago and even asking for a beach for Claudio, at the morning of the first day, I was put only one extra bed. Including even though I, my wife and a 3-year-old baby, we are in 3 single beds. Every day we left the window completely lacked for the child's sake, and today when we arrived from a day of walk, the window was completely open with the curtains covering it. As I was without wind, I did not know whether I had something open or not; and thus my son almost came out by the window and was unbalanced (with something of God pulling him into the window), and thus we spoke to him. Careful son and he said, ”The window is open, Mom, there is nothing more to say,” after the greatest fear we have had in our life, we call the reception to report what happened. In 10 minutes, the person at the reception (day 31/07 at 19:30) came to the room and gave me a chain!!!!! But there is no place to put chain in the window! . I spoke to him about the absurdity that had happened, and he told me: 'A thousand excuse, one of these situations the hotel can even close. To not shock his face I said: ”Did you have killed my son?” He realized the m*** I had said and now what I have left is to hope to finish the day soon with certainty that I will never again indicate that space for anyone and I will certainly speak the same in the agency I reserved.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.

Hotel atende maneira básica para uma curta temporada. Atendimento prestativo. Dos pontos que podem melhorar: travesseiros e toalhas. Precisa usar os 4 travesseiros para parecer que está com um. O blackout da janela nao veda totalmente. Entao de manha... voce não terá o quarto escuro. Leve tapa olhos. As toalhas sao daquelas bem finas e quase transparentes. A arrumacao do quarto, nos dias depois do check in é bem mais ou menos. A cama, tudo sem esticar direito e tive de refazer. O exaustor que tem no banheiro é muito antigo e fraco e ruim de absorver odores e cumprir sua função. Também a comida do restaurante é bem média pelo preço cobrado. O strogonoff era algo duro e sem caldo nenhum. Seco .

Having visited & stayed in many hotels over the years. I was Extremely happy with the service I had received from a staff member you have working there (Isnando) if I have spelt his name wrong I apologise in advance. one of the best Customer service I have come across Extremely helpful with directions around the city & what places visit. Bonus was the best shower I have experienced.

Deception if it were me would never enter this hotel. As I was on a trip ....A room full of powder. My wife's sleeve fell and I found that there was no cleaning on the floor for a long time so much powder, hair, paper sheets and even plastic on the floor. The yellow face and body tools to disguise the heads' smells are spraying that I think is water with adding, with a half roll and another on the bathroom, with a very dirty sign and with teeth screws. There was a wrist, a mosquito and a unit in the box on the ladder, and a wrist of wet and mosquito clean paper. Another thing leaves cookies on the freezer and without a price table, and not with the amount available to surprise you when check out. A reasonable morning coffee, some things mostly cheese bread, would have been made in the hurry, and another surprise a fia returning from a walk a night of a chicket unit we had not consumed. I went complaining, and they disregarded ....mas from an impression that something is wrong. Why did the copper not put toilet paper instead of levying a non-consumed item? Why did it not clean the floor of the apartment? Another thing one enters and leaves the hotel that shows you can enter and leave with anyone without being disturbed.
