The room was big and very clean. It's only a few minutes' drive from the airport. I was worried about whether it would be noisy, but it was actually quite quiet when I stayed there. There was no noise at night. The airport drop-off is every half an hour. If you want to pick up the airport, just call the hotel and let them know in advance. Unfortunately, I had to catch an early flight in the morning and didn't have time to have breakfast. Fortunately, there is a convenience store downstairs. The mutton soup at the restaurant on the far side downstairs was not very good. Maybe there was no good meat in what I ate at night, and there was a lot of fat. I don’t know what else I ate.

Trip bookings also get a 3pm checkout. We also stayed in a supposedly more high-end hotel on the edge of town at double the price, but we much preferred this hotel.

The room is really small, similar to the reviews, in the snack street, but not noisy, but cars can't get in at night, taxis are hard to get, and there are traffic jams. Those who like snacks can choose. The only problem is the top floor, I don't know what equipment makes noise all night, affecting rest, just stay for one night, make do!

Very comfortable non smoking room and good breakfast. Front desk team was very helpful and communicative (I speak some Chinese). They helped us find a local driver to tour the sights. We had a great time at Zhangye.

This hotel is located right next to the Dunhuang night market. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The service from the staff at the front desk was excellent; they were very helpful and friendly when checking us in and giving us advice about where to go and how to get there. I would recommend staying here for the great location and good service.

They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

Amazing hotel with view on the desert ! Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very well located, next to the crescent moon scenic area, also in front of the outdoor show and 3 mn far from the town center by car. There is a shuttle bus to go to the town center and to the airport. The staff at the front desk welcomed us very warmly, they are really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty, it is located on the roof top with view on the desert. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

I booked this hotel because I had a train the next morning. It's right across Lanzhou train station, so perfect location for my purposes. Very nice room, everything was perfect.

The breakfast buffet were plentiful with different foods for both Chinese and Westerner tastes, the only negative thing bout the breakfast is the lousy & very think coffee served during the breakfast. The hotel restaurant is closed for dinner, we found some nice local ones nearby, one of them on the river side with great night light show. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The double room was full of smoky stink!! As we arrived very late, we were told there is no other room available. The hotel should have separated rooms for smokers and non-smoking.

Staff were courteous, and the fruit bowl was replenished daily. The room was vast, and could strike some as under-furnished, but it had all I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the surroundings, but my visit coincided withe Chinese New Year, and a good 95% of the city was shut during my stay. The nearby 'river' is a pleasant place to stroll, though perhaps not in the depths of winter. The Night Market (again, not functioning in January) is close by.
