From the front desk service to the room details, you could really feel the hotel's dedication. **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk staff upgraded our room and gifted us a bottle of red wine as a birthday surprise. Their service was warm and attentive, with a constant smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and tidy. The indoor hot tub was a highlight, and enjoying a hot spring bath with red wine in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The mountain view from the window was expansive, and waking up to lush greenery when drawing the curtains in the morning was incredibly relaxing. **Family-Friendly**: The kids' club had a rich variety of facilities, and our 5-year-old had a blast, especially loving the role-playing area and the slides. He was even reluctant to leave at check-out. **Great Value for Money**: Whether it was the service, the environment, or the dining, it was all well worth the price. The overall experience was very satisfying, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The instant we stepped into the lobby, we could feel the unique quality and atmosphere that the Four Seasons is known for. The environment is elegant and grand, with a light and pleasant fragrance in the air that immediately puts you at ease. Jane Kong is incredibly meticulous and thoughtful under her care, our room was spotless every day, and even the smallest details were handled perfectly. Tommy was patient, friendly, and professional during check-in and whenever we had questions. His warm and attentive service made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced our trip. The room was exceptionally clean, well-designed, and had a strong sense of quality. The city view from the window was stunning whether during the day or at night, the view was wide and impressive, and we couldn’t help taking lots of photos. The hotel’s service maintains the consistently high standard of the Four Seasons. No matter what we asked information, room requests, or assistance we always received prompt and friendly responses, making us feel genuinely “at home.” The breakfast also deserves special mention. It was incredibly diverse, offering everything from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order options, fresh fruits, salads, and much more all of excellent quality. My friend and I enjoyed every meal and felt that waking up early just for breakfast was completely worth it! Overall, this stay was absolutely perfect. We experienced not only the high quality that the Four Seasons is known for but also the professionalism, warmth, and care of every staff member. The next time we come to Guangzhou, the Four Seasons will definitely remain our first choice. Truly one of the best hotels in Guangzhou—highly recommended!

Huge thanks to Lailashi for upgrading us to the family suite! It was absolutely perfect for staying with kids. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bunk beds with a slide kept our two little ones entertained for hours. After all that playing, they loved splashing around in the bathtub. The hotel also has an outdoor beach downstairs that was clean and uncrowded. On the second floor, there's a large playground with different activities scheduled throughout the day for children. With good restaurants right in the hotel, we had everything we needed for food, fun, and relaxation without even leaving the premises. It's truly a great place for a family getaway!

Extremely satisfied with our stay; this is undoubtedly the top luxury hotel choice near Shenzhen Bay. This particular Shangri-La is the fourth one in Shenzhen, and it's newer and better than the others. **Service:** Very comprehensive, meticulous, and warm. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated high levels of professionalism and service quality. We didn't have to handle our luggage ourselves at all, and the front desk manager even escorted us to our room, providing a detailed room tour and explanation. **Hygiene:** The disposable amenities were complete, and the bed linens and towels were very clean. The hairdryer was a full Dyson set. The hotel's public areas were also very neat and orderly. **Dining:** The front desk manager gifted us with Horizon Club access, which included afternoon tea and happy hour. Each session offered a wide array of delicious food, beverages, fruits, and pastries. Breakfast was also exceptionally rich and varied, with a very spacious buffet area. We could easily have all our meals within the hotel during our stay without needing to go out. The minibar in the room was also excellent, with a full selection of drinks and snacks. **Room:** We stayed in a Deluxe Bay View King Room. The window faced west, offering incredibly beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The entire Shenzhen Bay, Talent Park, the Spring Bamboo shoot, the Spring Cocoon, and MixC were all visible from our room. **Facilities:** The hotel also boasts a very professional and well-equipped gym on the top floor, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows and scenic views. There's also a swimming pool, but we didn't have time to use it this trip.

This was my first time in Guangzhou and my third Ritz-Carlton experience. Compared to the aging Portman Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai and the East-meets-West style of the Sanya Ritz, the Guangzhou Ritz offers a understated yet refined luxury. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance from the airport until checking in at the club lounge, we experienced professional and perfectly balanced service. Every staff member we encountered had a warm and friendly smile on their face. This trip to Guangzhou was primarily a vacation with my fiancée, and I planned a proposal, which was a complete success. Of course, the proposal's success was largely due to the support and assistance from General Manager Louis Fang. I also want to thank Manager Zhang from the club for helping me with some minor issues, as well as the perfect night view outside our window and the meticulous and professional service from all the club staff. My wife and I had a perfect stay, and this visit will become a beautiful memory for us.

Its prime location, right next to the flagship MixC mall by China Resources, makes it a top choice for shopping and dining. Being close to Shenzhen Bay Mansion also offers a pleasant morning stroll with a refreshing sea breeze. As for the hotel itself, it boasts exquisite, understated luxury with a Southeast Asian flair. The hotel's semi-buffet breakfast and complimentary afternoon cold bar left a lasting impression on my taste buds. What truly stands out is the service, from the proactive bellhops to the front desk lady who escorted me to my room and explained the facilities – it all exemplifies the ultimate service philosophy of a luxury hotel. This time, I was particularly impressed by Luna at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she helped coordinate rooms, reminded me to enjoy the bar's cold snacks, inquired about replenishing room amenities, and offered late check-out. Her proactive, warm, and appropriate service truly made me feel at home.

We were truly blessed! The service from the Raffles staff must be more 'spirited' than most, offering a unique sense of humiliation! ☺️ When I arrived at the concierge on the first floor, no one paid attention to me. I went up to the 34th-floor lobby, and still, no one guided me. I finally found the front desk, where there were two half-empty welcome teas on the table. The staff member was expressionless and extremely cold. They didn't stand up or smile until I left, and then reminded me, 'If there are other guests, you must register them to prevent crime.' I'm not sure if this is standard procedure, as I've never heard it at The Peninsula or St. Regis. Okay, fine. In the evening, I went to the happy hour at the 71st-floor lobby lounge. There wasn't much food, which was fine. But still, zero service! No one showed me to a seat, no one greeted me. From the moment I sat down until I left, it felt like I was at a self-service buffet. There was one family celebrating a birthday who did receive greetings. I guess I just wasn't worthy. I went to the lobby with my luggage to check out. A lady came up and asked, 'Checking out?' I said yes, and then she asked, 'Have you already returned your room card to us?'???? 🤔 This is the first time in my life I've heard such a thing... What's up, do your room cards summon a dragon if you collect seven? I have a stack of cards from The Peninsula, and they don't win prizes, so I guess you're on a different level. I went back to pick up my stored luggage and accidentally lost the baggage tag. I cooperated by giving my room number and phone number, and was told I needed my ID, which I completely understood. I pulled it out and handed it to the concierge staff, but he wouldn't take it. I had to hold it with both hands for him to take a picture. Interesting. 😄 If you enjoy paying money to be tormented, come to Raffles! They'll give you seven-star humiliation!!! BTW, the food was also terrible.

The hotel is really nice, I love the decor—it's simple, modern, and has a great natural wood aesthetic. The front desk is on the 65th floor, and the suites are spacious, offering fantastic night views. Being so high up and close to the subway station makes getting around very convenient. I also really liked the design of the hallways. The facilities are quite new, very satisfied overall.

The hotel service is exceptional. They called me in advance to understand my needs, and there was someone in the lobby to help with luggage. Every staff member greeted me with a warm smile. I'm especially grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. The room itself was spacious, with a very soft bed, great views, and comprehensive amenities. They even delivered my takeout order directly to the room. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet style, and the afternoon tea, which requires advance booking, was quite good. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou.
