Out of all my travels in China, this was hands down the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at—and that’s saying a lot. From the moment we arrived, the level of warmth and genuine care from every single staff member stood out immediately. The front desk team was incredible—friendly, patient, and impressively multilingual, which made everything so much easier since my Chinese is limited. But what really made this place unforgettable were the people behind the scenes. The aunties who cleaned our rooms were honestly some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we encountered on our trip. They didn’t just do their job—they went above and beyond in ways that made us feel truly cared for. The kitchen staff were just as amazing. Every interaction felt warm and sincere. They even folded our laundry when we accidentally keft it in the dryer. And let’s talk about the breakfast—phenomenal. Not only was the quality outstanding, but the menu changed daily, which kept things exciting. If you’re debating whether to add breakfast to your stay… just do it. The overall vibe of the hotel is serene, peaceful, and elevated—it genuinely feels like a 5-star experience. And it always smells nice. Location-wise? 10/10. You’re within walking distance of many of Guilin’s main attractions, and right outside the entrance is a lively night market and shopping area. It’s the kind of convenience you don’t fully appreciate until you have it. I was booking for my family, which included three seniors, so my priorities for hotels were: location, cleanliness, safety, and accessibility. This hotel checked every single box—and then exceeded expectations in ways I didn’t even anticipate. If you’re considering where to stay in Guilin, pick this one 10/10. Exceptional hotel for the price, would recommend anyone to stay here. Amazing location just 20 minutes walk from west street. Also very clean and nice staff.

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

Traveling with my family, the location was incredibly good. There were snack streets right outside, and it was a short walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Duxiu Peak. Even though it's in the city center, it was very quiet at night and not noisy at all. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and there's a gym upstairs that you can use anytime, which is great. There's also a self-service laundry room next door. Parking at the hotel's back entrance was very convenient; my driving skills aren't great, so I asked their dedicated attendant to help me park. Overall, the value for money is quite high. It's just a shame that we encountered rain during this trip, so we didn't get to see the lush green mountains and clear waters while cruising the Li River, but at least we got to experience what they call the 'misty Li River'.

Beautiful & Peaceful 🌿🏯 We spent two wonderful nights here. 😊 What we loved: · They gave us a free room upgrade – a spacious room with a very large king bed. 🛏️ · Separate dining area, a traditional tea ceremony corner, and a walk-in wardrobe (perfect for suitcases and clothes). · Spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, two sinks, and a shower. 🛁🚿 · Minibar with a fridge, kettle, and everything needed. Also a large balcony with a lounge chair and a drying rack. ☕🌿 · The hotel is located in a beautiful area – far enough from the center to enjoy peace and quiet and amazing views. Great for photo sessions (they even offer traditional costumes and a photographer). 📸🏞️ · We went to a concert and didn’t have time for dinner. We asked the hotel via WeChat to order some dishes for us, and they kindly agreed. After the concert, dinner was waiting for us in the room. 🍜🙏 · Later that night, the electricity went off in our room. We asked the reception for help, and they fixed it very quickly. ⚡🔧 Suggestion for improvement: · It would be helpful to install electric heated towel racks in the rooms – especially since it rains often here. That way guests can dry any type of clothing safely. 🧺✨ Overall, a truly peaceful and beautiful stay. Highly recommended for relaxation and even a photoshoot! 🌸

Very satisfactory stay experience. There is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby. It is very comfortable and upscale. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also rich. A mini bar is also provided. I really recommend it. Friends who come to Hechi can choose it without hesitation.

I always feel safe and secure staying at All Seasons Hotels. The elegant and comfortable lobby with its natural wood design is instantly relaxing, with hot tea served as soon as you enter. The rooms are clean, bright, and the Ji Mian mattress with latex pillows is incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing is superb. The smart voice-controlled lighting and air conditioning are very convenient, and the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet with a reliable hot water supply. The service is warm and attentive, and the 24-hour laundry room and gym are very useful. The breakfast is authentic Chinese style, and the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. For its price, All Seasons Hotels offers top-notch design, comfort, service, and value for money. Whether for business or leisure, All Seasons Hotels is always the first choice.

I really have to commend the service here. They're incredibly responsive and practically anticipate your needs, always proactively thinking about what guests might require. The staff's attitude is also exceptionally good. In a humid climate, it's hard to completely avoid that slightly damp smell, but all visible areas were spotless. The facilities are quite new, and there are plenty of elevators so you rarely have to wait. The location is very convenient for getting around, and there are many night markets and street food nearby, making it perfect for tourists. I was traveling with a friend, and we added an extra bed. The extra bed is only suitable for smaller individuals, but it was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. I especially enjoyed the Guilin rice noodles. The room was spacious and attractive; it didn't feel cramped even with three of us. The hotel seems to be the tallest building in the area, offering excellent views. The night view was particularly beautiful. It was a wonderful trip, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Vienna Hotel is located on the north bank of the Liujiang River. This time I live in the 21st floor river view room. I can see Wenhui Bridge, Panlong Mountain Waterfall, Twin Towers. The scenery is very good. I can see the fountain at night. I go out and go to the left hand side. 100 meters is the five-star pedestrian street. It is very convenient to eat, live and travel. The room and bathroom are very spacious, the breakfast is also very rich, there is a warm and loving reminder at the stairs, which provides convenience for tourists to travel and recommends staying. Liuzhou in spring is full of flowers, kapok, bauhinia, rhododendron, bougainvillea, and the streets are beautifully decorated! Praise 👍
