I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

The location of this hotel is just perfect in the heart of city centre of Guilin, zhengyang night market, solitary beauty peak, elephant trunk hill just walking distance 10-15 minutes. The hotel is great, the room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Our beds are comfortable, the cleaning lady did a good job and very nice, she gave us extra water for us. There is laundry room for guess too and thanks to that facility we bring clean and freshe clothes for our next destination. Breakfast was good as well. They served variety of food, including the specialty of guilin: Rice Noodle soup. Our last day, we couldn't have breakfast but we could take away our breakfast so we packed some food to enjoy on the train to guangzhou. The check in/out process was very smooth. All the staffs were very kind and helpful, specially Jollin. She helped me with direction and when I told her I am IHG member, and because I booked the room through Trip instead of direct booking it couldn't be recorded in my membership she gave me welcome gifts. Thank you Jollin. Our 3D2N stay was perferct. Defitely will come back to HIE.

An absolutely stunning view of the mountains. 🗻🗻🗻 100% Special thanks to our housekeeper, Xiao-Lu, for her kindness and help with everything, especially arranging great tickets for the show. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

I checked into a 180-degree suite on the 17th floor. They provided welcome fruit, the toiletries smelled great, and takeout could be delivered to the room. Breakfast was so-so, no coffee. The service was very attentive. Even after I checked out, they called me to say that they had left some sunflower seeds in the room.

I always feel safe and secure staying at All Seasons Hotels. The elegant and comfortable lobby with its natural wood design is instantly relaxing, with hot tea served as soon as you enter. The rooms are clean, bright, and the Ji Mian mattress with latex pillows is incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing is superb. The smart voice-controlled lighting and air conditioning are very convenient, and the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet with a reliable hot water supply. The service is warm and attentive, and the 24-hour laundry room and gym are very useful. The breakfast is authentic Chinese style, and the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. For its price, All Seasons Hotels offers top-notch design, comfort, service, and value for money. Whether for business or leisure, All Seasons Hotels is always the first choice.

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

highly recommended! The location is close to the airport and travel is super worry-free. There is a pick-up service at night, full of security, so intimate. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, there are questions and answers, which makes people feel very comfortable. The room was clean and the environment was quiet and the rest was good. The overall experience is great, it is very suitable for business trips and transit!
