Great location and an impressive lobby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is excellent – I especially loved the big bathtub. They proactively provided toiletries for kids. When we unexpectedly added another person to our trip, they upgraded us to a twin room for free and even included an extra breakfast. That was fantastic! The 'Pet Garden Restaurant' is amazing, with deer, goats, Peppa Pig (I assume they mean a pig-like animal or a character display), squirrels, peacocks, and even chickens, ducks, and fish that you can feed freely. The kids had a blast! I saw the constant-temperature swimming pool but didn't get a chance to try it.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hardware and decor are also good, and the room even had a sewing kit, which is a nice detail not found in other hotels. However, there's still a gap in service compared to some well-established five-star hotels. The front desk in the lobby was good, and my check-in experience was fine. But the breakfast restaurant was a different story. Other places might be crowded too, but they're not this chaotic. If it's too busy, they could limit access. I searched everywhere for a seat and finally asked a staff member if she could help me find one. She gave me an impatient, cold look, tersely said, 'Everyone's busy right now,' and just walked away. I then found a male staff member who at least offered a solution, suggesting I ask if the empty seats were available. Honestly, your restaurant has five-star hardware but three-star service quality. They really need some training. On a positive note, the breakfast restaurant had glutinous rice balls, which were quite unique. But you had to queue for them. I'd suggest considering preparing them in advance in the future.

This hotel is truly wonderful! The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and I could enjoy the beautiful mountain views right from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect balance of softness and firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The hotel environment was very quiet, with no noise, making it ideal for relaxation. The restaurant's dishes were also excellent, the chef's skills were top-notch, and every dish was a treat for the eyes and taste buds. Plus, the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the scenic area, making sightseeing a breeze. If you're coming to Huangguoshu, you definitely have to choose Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu.

(2) The hotel is located above a department store, and the building's exterior has a 90s feel, giving it a very 'old money' vibe. I used to imagine what it was like inside when I was a child. Even though my home is in the old city, I've stayed here more than once. It's about indulging in a bit of nostalgia. (3) The transportation is convenient, and the top floor features a revolving restaurant, which is excellent. 2. **Service** (1) The front desk and other service staff are all very friendly and proactively consider the guests' needs. Especially Real, the front desk manager, who even provided me with a local food guide and upgraded my room. (2) The biggest endorsement is that I keep coming back, and I will definitely return in the future. 3. **Anecdote** (1) The Novotel used to be the Guiyang Baicheng Hotel (1997-2006). When I was a child, the hotel featured in the children's film 'Raise Your Smiling Face' (a 2000 film) that Guiyang City produced for cultural tourism promotion was shot right here. Coincidentally, the room Real, the front desk manager, upgraded me to was the same type as in the movie. I was so happy at the time. I told Real I would send screenshots from the movie for my review after I finished my work, and that I would write a very thoughtful review. Real was a bit embarrassed, saying it was too much trouble for me. Actually, I had been trying to find this room type on previous stays, and unexpectedly, my wish was fulfilled by chance. I absolutely had to write this review with all my heart. I just finished a business trip out of the province and immediately thought of writing this. (2) I took photos and videos from various angles in the hotel, offering views of Dade Primary School and the old city. The 180° panoramic view is fantastic.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and I used points to upgrade my room, which was a nice bonus. However, I have to mention two things that weren't so great. First, the hot water kept fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold, making showering an ordeal of endless temperature changes – I couldn't just stand under the water comfortably. Second, when customer service reached out via WeChat, they asked me to include their nickname in my reply. It would be really helpful if they introduced themselves when we first meet, because otherwise, I have no idea which staff member I'm talking to from our previous interactions.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

Everything felt perfect. The hotel environment was excellent, with expansive views and a great sense of space, offering peace and tranquility. The room was also very good, with top-notch heating – it was delightful to cozy up on the sofa and gaze at the distant village buildings! I absolutely must commend the hotel staff's service; they were very attentive and considerate. Pick-ups and drop-offs were punctual, their advice was spot-on, and they were both thoughtful and discreet. The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

Please note that with this discounted ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tasting at the Liquor Culture City.

Excellent service, and the hairdryer was fantastic. Double Brunch Buffet: Very quiet with a wide variety of dishes. Where the Clouds Dwell - Pick one of nine specialty cocktails: Pretty good. The hotel's location is superb. The subway entrance is just 10 meters to the left downstairs, and there's a bus stop right outside. The service is great, with complimentary coffee and cocktails. The room is spacious with a great view and well-equipped. I have to particularly praise the hairdryer in the room – it has powerful, constant heat, which is a lifesaver for long hair. Overall, a perfect stay, highly recommended!

The room was spacious and bright with an excellent view, overlooking Dongshan Temple to the east and Jiaxiu Tower to the south. An extra bed cost 350 RMB and included breakfast. Room service was excellent; they provided an abundance of bottled water daily, more than we could possibly drink. The executive lounge's afternoon tea selection was a bit sparse, and wine wasn't available during happy hour. However, the lounge itself was usually quiet with few diners. Unlike a resort hotel with abundant dining choices, the main dining areas elsewhere in the hotel were still absolutely packed. Breakfast leaned heavily towards Guizhou cuisine, and many dishes were unfamiliar or not to my liking. Items like crispy pork cracklings and pork intestines were common, and approximately 80% of the Chinese hot dishes were spicy. The steamed bun selection was consistently unvaried, offering just pork buns and custard buns, and their taste was mediocre. After eating for five consecutive days, by the last two days, the food had become completely unappetizing, and I was quite tired of it. Despite the breakfast issues, I extended my stay for another three nights, primarily because of the excellent room and service.
