Parking is very convenient, the location is excellent, and the conditions are all great. The service in all aspects is very thoughtful, and there's even an afternoon tea experience with a wide variety of items. The facilities are very comprehensive. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

I highly recommend this airport hotel! I was worried about catching an early flight, but the hotel's free shuttle service completely put my mind at ease. I pre-booked the time, and the driver was waiting punctually at the terminal entrance. The ride only took a few minutes, so there was no need to rush at all. I also have to praise the front desk service; when I checked in, the staff proactively asked about my flight time and thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast hours and shuttle details. They were patient and thorough throughout, which made me feel really welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. One hundred praises wouldn't be enough for the Junyi Courtyard Scenery Hotel! During my four-night stay in Harbin, the service at this hotel wasn't just 'good'—it was 'like family.' Every staff member, from those at the entrance and front desk to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. We had an early morning flight and needed to leave the hotel around 7 AM, but the hotel restaurant's normal breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. We had already resigned ourselves to going to the airport on an empty stomach. The night before, when we asked the front desk, a female staff member said she would try to arrange something. The next morning, a tall male staff member gently knocked on our door, informing us that three bowls of beef noodles were ready downstairs and asking if we needed help with our luggage. This truly made us feel what 'customer-centric' service means. The continuous, all-day dining care, beyond this special breakfast, also left us extremely satisfied. The rich breakfast allowed us to start our day feeling energized. Even better, the complimentary afternoon tea (milk tea, snacks, desserts, fruits) from 11 AM to 7 PM meant that every time we returned from the freezing cold, we could immediately get warm and refuel. After 9 PM, there was also a late-night snack service (like wontons). When my family member fell ill, a female and male staff member very thoughtfully brought some up to our room—it was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also has a complimentary self-service laundry room, complete with detergent, which was already a big plus. But what made it even better was when the cleaning auntie saw us carrying a pile of laundry. She immediately and enthusiastically offered, ”Give it to me, no problem, I'll help you wash and dry it!” We returned that evening to find our clothes neatly placed in our room. This proactive attitude, genuinely wanting to help guests solve their problems, made us feel as if we were being cared for at home. During the Christmas season, the hotel also prepared lovely little Christmas gifts for children, making the holiday cheer absolutely full. For families traveling with kids, this hotel is sincerely recommended!

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

I was traveling in Harbin and suffered from back pain, so I checked into your hotel. During my stay, the service provided by front desk staff member Shen Qi made me feel incredibly warm and touched. From the moment I checked in, Shen Qi proactively showed concern for my condition. Not only did she arrange to change my room to one with a firmer bed that was better suited for rest, but she also thoughtfully prepared fruits and snacks for me. Later, she even took the initiative to coordinate delivery of my takeout directly to my room, saving me the trouble of moving around while I was unwell. This level of personalized care, going above and beyond her duties, truly made me, a sick traveler far from home, feel the warmth and comfort of family. It was your meticulous service that added the warmest touch to my trip.

The double room had a good layout, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was quite luxurious. The location is good; although the subway is a 10-minute walk away, it's convenient for the pedestrian street, and St. Sophia Cathedral is only a five-minute walk. I especially want to commend the staff. We stayed for four nights, and the cleaning was very thorough without being overly intrusive. One night, around midnight, guests across the hall were talking loudly in the corridor, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk to explain, and a staff member immediately went over to ask them to quiet down. It only took about two minutes from my call to them resolving the issue. They were very good, responsible, and didn't shirk their duties. At check-out, they even gave us a small gift as an apology. It's the thought that counts. This hotel truly has excellent hardware and software. I'll definitely come back next time.

I brought my mom shopping this time, and to make it convenient, I booked a Shangri-La river view room. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's easy to walk to great places for dining and shopping nearby. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and excellent. They even upgraded my room this time. Although the facilities are a bit dated, I've actually grown to prefer hotels like this in recent years – the prime location and views combined with a sense of historical charm are wonderful.
