Great location, right next to a snack street downstairs and very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The room is spacious, bright, and comfortable. It's well-equipped and clean. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The breakfast selection is rich, delicious, and convenient. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! First, the ambiance: from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by its elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The common areas are spotless and bright, and the room's decor is incredibly thoughtful. The bedding is soft and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling city. As for the service, every staff member was incredibly friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping, their responses were swift and attentive. The detailed and patient explanation during check-in made me feel very welcome. It was clean, comfortable, and far better than I anticipated. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh. The soundproofing was much better than expected (barely heard any planes taking off or landing). There's a free shuttle bus, which was punctual and efficient. From the lobby to the room, every staff member I encountered smiled and greeted me proactively. During my stay, Ms. Allie from guest relations was very attentive, informing me about the hotel's facilities and helping me keep an eye on my flight status. The service was truly outstanding! It's really impressive to maintain such a high standard of service at an airport hotel, which is typically a high-turnover environment.

Choosing Building No. 2 at Donghu Hotel Tingtao for my first trip to Wuhan was definitely the right decision. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with towering trees everywhere and a vast bamboo forest. Donghu Lake is right outside Building No. 2, and seeing the shimmering water every day, along with the fresh scent of plants in the air, made me incredibly happy. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent; the electric shuttle in the park is almost always available on demand. You can also book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence and take a shuttle tour of the grounds. The guest rooms even have robots that deliver takeout very quickly. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast; we only booked it for one day and ate out for the rest of our stay. If I ever go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

Choosing the Four Seasons International Hotel in Shiyan was such a smart decision! First off, I have to praise the air conditioning โ€“ the heating was absolutely amazing. The room warmed up completely within minutes, and the silent design didn't disturb my rest at all. The hot water supply was incredibly stable too; the temperature stayed perfectly comfortable the whole time, making for an excellent shower experience. Plus, the breakfast area was beautiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shiyan!

My family and I came to Wuhan for a trip, and a friend recommended this hotel. We booked a suite, and it was really spacious with two bathrooms and very clean. The hotel's location is also super convenient, right in the middle of Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it easy to get anywhere. The room service staff were all very welcoming. It offers great value for money and was a fantastic experience overall.

I booked this Holiday Inn Express along the river in advance on Ctrip, as I was taking my parents back to Yichang to visit family and pay respects at the cemetery. My flight landed a bit late, but the front desk service was excellent when I checked in. The hotel's overall environment is very clean, and the room amenities are complete. Although the room faced the street (with a river view), the soundproofing was good. There's also a laundry room and a gym on the second floor. The restaurant is next to the gym; while the breakfast selection isn't huge, they have hot dry noodles, which taste great. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This hotel is located on Yichang's Yanjiang Avenue, boasting picturesque riverside scenery, a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and easy access to amenities. It also offers free parking. Having recently opened, the facilities are complete, though the service is a little unpolished. The biggest issue right now is that three hotels share one building, and one of them is undergoing renovations, making it quite noisy.

The hotel boasts a grand and elegant design. Although it opened in 2010 (and was renovated in 2020), the interior facilities are meticulously maintained and show no signs of age. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the front desk kindly provided two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. During my stay, there were a few minor hiccups (such as an opened bath salt from a previous guest not being replaced, and an empty lotion bottle not being refilled), but thankfully, the responses were very prompt. A special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her help! ๐ŸŒน The most delightful part of my stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It wasn't crowded, so it was quiet, and tables were cleared very quickly. The food selection was impressive. Dining there offered close-up views of the river, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast the next day was also quite good, with a decent spread of Chinese, Western, pastries, and fruits โ€“ everything you'd expect. Overall, both the hotel's amenities and service are excellent, living up to their expected standards. However, given its age, some facilities and items inevitably show a bit of wear and tear (like the bathtub in the room or the dining plates in the restaurant). There's still room for improvement in some minor details, but generally, it was a very good experience.

Executive Lounge Benefits: You can completely ignore the weather outside; it's perfectly fine to stay in the hotel all day, with food and drinks available morning and evening. Facilities: Met expectations. Cleanliness: As always, no issues. Environment: Right next to MixC, and just a short walk further to Baodao Park. Plenty of upscale dining options, and even more small, local eateries.

SShalinda WIf you donโ€™t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain โ€œscenic areaโ€. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isnโ€™t feasible if you donโ€™t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but Iโ€™m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasnโ€™t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places weโ€™ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasnโ€™t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I donโ€™t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

GGuest UserAttended a Nicholas Tse concert over the weekend. Didn't book a place near the stadium, but stayed by the river, and the river view was great, plus the room was quiet. Couldn't see the light show because it was cloudy and rainy. It's located on a high floor of the Ping An Tower, so the view is excellent. The location is superb, with the subway and pedestrian street right downstairs. The Zhou Hei Ya was delicious, and the crayfish were big and very tasty!

GGuest UserThe 270-degree river view room offers an unbeatable view. There's no need to splurge on an executive floor; even mid-level floors provide a nice view of the greenery. Watching the light show from 7-10 PM while enjoying a bubble bath is pure bliss! It's super close to Huangpi South Road, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuhan. The only minor issue is that the riverside road can be a bit congested during peak hours, but booking a taxi in advance easily solves that problem, especially given the hotel's excellent location. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are a lifesaver after indulging in some carbs!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good โ€“ my husband's snoring didn't bother me โ€“ I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, and they offered comforting congee in the evening. I stayed in a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. I stayed for two days; the breakfast was good, the room was nice, the guest service was excellent, and the facilities were even better โ€“ great value for money. They also offer breakfast takeaway service before 7:00 AM (reservation required 1 day in advance), and a drop-off service to Wuhan Station (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

AAnonymous User๐Ÿ“ Convenient location: about one kilometer away from Minfa Square and Wushang Mall, within walking distance, not far from Fenghua Night Market. Going to the ancient city is suitable for citywalk, passing the Hanjiang Bridge to the ancient city wall, there is a chance to see the Jiaoliu online train passing by at close range. ๐Ÿจ Comfortable environment: the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, there is intelligent voice in the whole house, and the air conditioning, lighting and curtains are very smooth. โค๏ธ Special thanks to the front desk lady, waiting at the front desk to check in, accidentally left the mobile phone on the sofa, the front desk lady immediately helped to collect the mobile phone and called the room to inform, but also very responsible to unlock the mobile phone to confirm whether it is the owner. GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

AAnonymous UserCame to Yichang to see the Three Gorges and absolutely picked the right hotel! The location is incredible โ€“ super close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, so catching an early boat was a breeze. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The river view from the room was so therapeutic; opening the window revealed a magnificent panorama of the river. Watching the sunset over the water in the evening really enhanced the ambiance. The newly renovated room was clean and elegant, and even though it's a new hotel, there was hardly any new-building smell, and the air purifier was a thoughtful touch. Miss Shuangshuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in. Breakfast had a wide variety, including hot dry noodles, baozi, and various porridges. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore the sights โ€“ so comfortable!

Mmable0907The hotel is right by Hankou Riverfront, a short walk to Xian'anfang and the pedestrian street. It's super convenient to go see the Yangtze River at night! The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe! The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!
