Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

Waking up to the Yangtze River right outside my window, with distant mountains on the other side, was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The lobby was spacious and bright, and my room was clean and cozy. But what truly captured my heart was the river view from the window – the Yangtze flowing serenely, with continuous distant mountains opposite. When a light mist enveloped them, the mountain silhouettes were as ethereal as a Chinese ink painting. Breakfast in the restaurant felt like dining in an art space, with light filtering beautifully through the geometric cut-out walls. The service was genuinely thoughtful: the front desk lady was all smiles during check-in, and staff would always greet me in the hallways. There was even an exquisite afternoon tea with coffee, pastries, and a fresh, attractive fruit platter.

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

This hotel near the Yangtze River is quite good. It has everything you need, offering snacks and drinks, and is very convenient for leisure and entertainment. It's easy to get to by car or taxi, and it even has its own parking lot. The hotel is also very child-friendly, and my kids loved it.

The hotel is right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, but its corner location means it's not too noisy. The subway is convenient, and you step out directly onto Jianghan Road's snack street, so you'll never go hungry, even late at night. The hotel breakfast is very plentiful and delicious, and they even have hot dry noodles! What truly deserves praise is the hotel's service. It's incredibly thoughtful. We received a small gift at check-in, and when housekeeping cleaned our room, they noticed we liked tea. They left a lovely note and extra tea bags, which was incredibly considerate!

This hotel definitely ranks among the top luxury hotels in Enshi. The decor is incredibly modern and stylish, and every staff member provides excellent service. Its location is superb, right in the city center with plenty of amenities nearby. It's also quite close to both the airport and major highway exits, making it super convenient for visiting tourist attractions. Plus, there are lots of night markets around. Highly recommend!

Hotel near Tianhe Airport/Panlong City/Outlet,Wuhan
GGuest User 2026.04.06
This hotel really elevated my impression of Wuhan. First off, the service made me feel professional and respected. Before we arrived, my child got some scrapes, and I was a bit worried because I couldn't find any pharmacies nearby on the delivery app. However, when I explained I needed iodine and band-aids, the staff, without any unnecessary fuss, quickly delivered them directly to our room. I hope they continue to maintain such reassuring medical facility provisions. Secondly, the hotel's decor is incredibly grand and inviting. There's a European-style courtyard on the second floor, which I didn't visit so I don't have photos. But the Chinese-style courtyard in the ground-floor restaurant had a very serene atmosphere, and I even fed the goldfish there. As for the stay experience, the central air conditioning actually worked! Unlike other hotels where setting it to 26°C only gets you 22°C (which often leads to me catching a cold 😷), the air conditioning at this Holiday Inn genuinely reaches 26°C when set, making it very comfortable. I stayed in room 2093, and thanks to excellent soundproofing and great blackout curtains, I managed to get a rare full night's sleep. Finally, a quick review of the restaurants. There are three on the ground floor, but I only visited one. I'm not sure if Hubei cuisine is generally salty, but I found both my dinner and breakfast to be a bit too salty. I even specifically asked for less salt on my braised Wuchang fish, but it was still extremely salty... Also, the fruit platter was quite disappointing, with only a tiny bit of cantaloupe and cucumber, a mediocre orange, and a single mandarin orange. For the price, it felt a bit perfunctory. I hope they can improve this.

CCidi-huakai 2026.04.06
Facilities: It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing star-rated hotel. You wouldn't guess the decor is ten years old; it's so well-maintained that it still feels very high-end and grand, completely outshining many contemporary hotel chains. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located close to both the airport and Hankou Railway Station. The surrounding area is quiet, with a Wanda Plaza right downstairs and Tianjie mall within walking distance. I'm a light sleeper and requested a quiet room, and they gave me one far from the elevator shaft and it was non-smoking, plus I got a room upgrade. Overall, the staff were excellent, except for one male concierge on duty the evening I checked in. When I asked him about registering my car plate, he spoke very quickly and seemed agitated. I took it as him being impatient, which was a very unpleasant experience. Also, the housekeeping staff need to be more thorough; when I took a shower, I found the casing of a previous guest's razor on the shower shelf, which didn't feel good at all. Overall, it's still worth staying here again!

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right above the Jianghan Road subway station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the riverside, going for a city walk, or finding a place to eat. The room is quite spacious with stylish design, a separate wet and dry area, and a toilet with heating and automatic flushing. The high-floor view is panoramic, and the bedding is very comfortable, especially one pillow that felt like latex. The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask about my arrival and directed me to the nearest subway exit. They also mentioned there was renovation on some floors, and there were signs in the room too. However, there was absolutely no impact from it, and the soundproofing was perfect. There are two dedicated elevators for the hotel floors, so you don't have to share with other hotels or commercial units, which is a big plus for safety and efficiency. Breakfast offered freshly made hot dry noodles and various other noodles and rice noodles, along with traditional Wuhan fried snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly enough. The restaurant has a great view. The only drawback was the coffee machine; the Americano felt very weak. I returned late after visiting Yellow Crane Tower in the morning, and the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for me. Even though I only stayed one night, it was a perfect end to my trip to Wuhan. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Wuhan.

GGuest UserThe experience at Marco Polo Wuhan was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right on Yanjiang Avenue, next to Hankou Beach. It's within walking distance to Jianghan Road and Lihuangpi Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel directly faces the Yangtze River, offering expansive river views. The ambiance is elegant and grand, and both the public areas and guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The night views are especially photogenic. The service was thoughtful and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were polite and responsive. Every detail showcased their professionalism. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent, and its proximity to the high-speed rail station makes it ideal for family trips. The kids had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the luggage storage service, which allowed us to explore the nearby area easily. It's super convenient to get to anywhere from here. They even gave the children a thoughtful little gift, and the front desk had a cute robot delivering items.

KkillymikeQuanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserCame to Yichang to see the Three Gorges and absolutely picked the right hotel! The location is incredible – super close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, so catching an early boat was a breeze. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The river view from the room was so therapeutic; opening the window revealed a magnificent panorama of the river. Watching the sunset over the water in the evening really enhanced the ambiance. The newly renovated room was clean and elegant, and even though it's a new hotel, there was hardly any new-building smell, and the air purifier was a thoughtful touch. Miss Shuangshuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in. Breakfast had a wide variety, including hot dry noodles, baozi, and various porridges. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore the sights – so comfortable!
