I arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning. The front desk staff were very accommodating, offering tea and candy. They also promptly arranged for housekeeping to prepare my reserved room, and I was able to check in around 9:00 AM. The hotel was easy to find using the directions provided. Since I checked in so early, many rooms hadn't been vacated yet, so I ended up in a room without a window, which felt a bit damp. If that's something that bothers you, I recommend mentioning it to the front desk in advance. The area around Wuyi Square has plenty of food options and is very convenient for transportation. For local restaurants like 'Ben Luobo,' don't be deterred by the long lines; you'll get seated surprisingly quickly, usually within 30-40 minutes at most, because they turn tables over very fast.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

Great service from the hotel staff, especially Qing Qing. She was very welcoming and helped us purchase tickets for the Tuo River tour. She also assisted us in getting a taxi to a Muslim-friendly restaurant located about 2km from the hotel. We even received a complimentary gift during check-out, which was a lovely touch . The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our room window was beautiful. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle rides to the Fenghuang entrance several times a day, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a great experience with this hotel! Service was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern technology. They even provided us with a free upgrade to an extra large bed. The included breakfast also had a good variety of options. Overall it was an amazing value for the cost.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb, right near Huangxing Square in the city center, so we could walk to many popular attractions. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even asked if we'd like some late-night congee, which was a wonderful touch! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

This hotel really exceeded expectations and must come and give a good review! 📍 The location is excellent, just in the core area of the center of Nanyue District, it takes a few minutes to walk to the temple or the visitor center, it is super convenient to burn incense or climb the mountain. 👩💼 The service is nothing to say, the check-in is fast, the response is positive ✨ The room is clean and can't be faulted, the bedding is white as new, and the floor and desktop are spotless. What I am most satisfied with is that the sound insulation is good and there is no smell. The overall price is very high, I will choose this next time!

They patiently introduced the local attractions and recommended sightseeing routes, which made our trip much easier. The complimentary railway station transfer service was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. There is also a self-service laundry and dryer room on the top floor, which was very convenient. The rooftop breakfast area offers a nice view and is a relaxing place to spend some time. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again!
