I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and pristine cleanliness here! The room is impeccably clean, and the toiletries provided are of top-notch quality. Our experience at the laundry room was fantastic. Not only were detergents provided for free, but the cleaner also went above and beyond to help us clean and dry our clothes. And the thoughtful gesture of receiving our clothes along with a night snack when we returned from our travels truly warmed our hearts. With its convenient location just 5 minutes away from the cable car station, it's undeniable that this is the perfect place to stay.

Helpful and friendly staff. We asked them to help to plan our itinerary for 3 days zjj stay. They can also have to purchase entrance and ride tickets with slight discount. There is a convenient stall just next to hotel. Many restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk to east entrance of zjj. Beautiful stream just outside hotel.

I have felt so well looked after here. From the friendly support in booking access to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park via We Chat with the hotel to booking a guide which spoke English. The hotel itself is in the perfect location only a few minutes walk to the elevator entrance and the staff were super friendly. Especially pengyi who helped to arrange all my activities for two days and also was very kind and offered to help with my laundry as I got back late from my first day of trekking. They really did make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend for English speaking travellers as you can communicate using translation app.

The hotel is located in the city of Zhangjiajie, next to the main river. There is a nice path to walk along the river, especially when it is dark. The city center can be reached by foot. Depending on the hotel room orientation, the Tianmen Mountain or river is visible. Hotel rooms look according to the website pictures and are clean. Chinese breakfast buffet is offered on the second floor with varieing dishes. Additionally, a noodle bowl can be ordered. The reception is very helpful and friendly. Booking service and tour planning is offered for free. They not only showed us possible tours for the National Forest Park, Grand Canyon, and Tianmen Mountain, but also organized shuttle transfer with pickup in front of the hotel. Basic English is provided. Additional information is translated via good working translator apps provided by them. Foreign tourists should try to add their WeChat account, as this simplifies communication, especially when questions occur during a day trip.

PERFECT! This is the best hotel! The rooms and big and clean. The hallways are quiet and they always smell good. There are English movies available to watch on the TV. There is a laundry room to use for free on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The staff are so friendly and we even arranged a free airport drop off (must be arranged in advance). The breakfast is Chinese style but there are so many options and all are delicious. Also free snacks every day. The location is also good and walking distance to the Mountain Cableway Station. There are also many places to eat nearby and a convenience store across the street. I LOVED this hotel!!!

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

Views are fantastic!!! Pickup and dropoff can be arranged (Chargable) Scenic entrance fee is not included Check in was easy and they are very friendly. Even the entrance to hotel room had the antique feel. The room itself felt rustic and really bring out the ambience of the surrounding. Views from the restaurant was awesome, it provided full view of the falls. Food was decent but the views made up for it. Would definitely stay here if I return.

We loved our stay here! Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls. Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch. Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions. Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

The hotel environment is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. It is near the train station and the subway entrance, and it is very fast to go to Orange Island and Wuyi Square. The room is very clean, and the family of four has a good rest. Front Desk No. 3 is very welcoming and [pleasant]. Thank you for Front Desk No. 3’s careful care. The breakfast is also super rich and has many choices.

We stayed 1 night due to the proximity to the train station, however, beware that it isn't just next to the station so depending on what you carry you might consider the hotel's FREE shuttle, BUT you'll need a Chinese number and someone who speaks Chinese for you (we asked a lovely woman in our train if she could help, as her English was above average and she could understand our little help request). Make sure you also arrange the shuttle back the previous night with the reception. Breakfast is very very poor for western tourists (you might get away if you eat cereals, but not much more...). Restaurants around the hotel aren't the cleanest or the best so be prepared...there is a convenience store just next to the hotel at least. Hotel doesn't have any food options...

We recently enjoyed a delightful four-day stay at your hotel. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was exceptionally well-trained, kind, and professional. Our room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the picturesque mountains. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location near the East entrance to the park and the main street with various restaurants and shops added to our overall positive experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Tinamen Mountain cable car (10 minute walk), and close to many restaurants. We got a room upgrade to a very big, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast is excellent, delicious traditional chinese cuisine. The hotel haas a travel agency (where we booked tickets to the national park saving us the lines), money exchange service and several grocery stores. Overall everything was good except for a very unpleasant interaction with the staff. We had an early train in the morning and we asked at the front desk to help us book a taxi in advance. The entire staff, none of them speaks english obviously, 5 people started to make fun of us in chinese for several minutes, eventually telling us to to catch a taxi on the road at 5 in the morning. What is so funny about asking the hotel staff to call a taxi? It was very humiliating, this hotel clearly does not care for its foreign guests. I've stayed in several hotels in China, never have I experienced anything similar. Additionaly, since we checked out before breakfast the hotel refused to provide us with any appropriate compensation, offering us a bottle of water and a piece of bread. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Pullman was a great experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was expansive, and the location was great. However, what truly made our experience was the exceptional customer service of the concierge, Mark. He went above and beyond to arrange tickets, taxis, explain itineraries to us for the park, it felt like we had our own tour guide. He kept in contact with us through WeChat even after he was off duty to ensure we got to our next location. I am so impressed and grateful for his help. Highly recommend staying at the Pullman. First of all, the service and location are very good, the breakfast is very rich, there is an underground parking lot, and there is a special butler who booked tickets for you and told you how to play. It deserves praise, but the room is really not good. We booked two deluxe mountain view king rooms for two nights. We arrived at two o'clock, and there was only one room at that time, which was a room on the third floor on the north side of the mountain. The room was big enough, but it was too close to the mountain. The room was very humid and the bedding was damp, so I asked to change to a south-facing room, and the hotel arranged it. It was two rooms on the 6th floor. These two rooms were a bit small, but it didn't matter. As a result, the air conditioner and socket in one room broke the next day. I was hot and tired when I came back from the trip, so I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. I changed to a superior king room downstairs. Although the hotel later took the initiative to contact and refunded 100 yuan, I still want to complain about the bad experience. If it weren't for this incident, the hotel would still be very good.

According to customer reviews on Ctrip, the hotel has a score of 4.8 (out of 5) and has received 4.8 points (out of 5) in terms of hygiene, facilities, environment and services. A high score of 4.8. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, just a few minutes' walk away. The butler service is very attentive and sincere, and the waiters are friendly and give people a feeling of going home. The hotel also provides travel planning and design services, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel facilities are novel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's intelligent control system is impressive, making the check-in experience more convenient and comfortable. It takes about ten minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. In general, Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan, with its superior location, high-quality service, comfortable accommodation and rich breakfast options, It will be more suitable to move in in a few months. The decoration smell is still a bit big now.

The location of the hotel is very good because it is near the entrance of the National Forest Park, near many restaurants and shops, near the bus stop for you to ride bus if you want to explore within the Wulingyuan area. The service is very good because the hotel staffs are very accomodating and responsive. The buffet breakfast is very good because all the foods are tasty and healthy, the restaurant has a nice ambience and nice staffs. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good because it was kept everyday. The amenities are very good because even if the hotel is big, they have many elevators that you can use that will take you to the outside level without passing or using the main elevator at the reception area inside. The room has all the things you need during the stay, with free bottles of water everyday. It is a plus having so many power outlets, an automatic curtain, an aircon that you can adjust yourself, big desk, lights with many lighting options, automatic toilet light sensor, and nice colorful street view specially at night.

This hotel was OK as far as amenities but I gave it 2 stars because many things in the room were broken.  Only the handheld shower head turned on, not the overhead rain shower. The shower leaked water into the toilet area, the light on the vanity mirror was broken. Most annoyingly, the air conditioner only turned down to about 24.5° and would not go lower. We were so hot at night trying to sleep. Other than those things the room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was OK.  If you are looking for the western options at the buffet, they had fried eggs, bacon, sausage/hot dogs, fresh fruit, cheap coffee, and sliced bread. The Chinese breakfast options were plentiful.

It is obvious that the owner of this hotel has put a lot of thought into making each guests' stay a comfortable, unique and personalised one. Hotel furnishing and amenities are very new and of exceptional quality. There is attention to detail in many aspects, including the choice of bed linen, toiletries, use of technology in guess rooms (e.g. voice control for control of TV, lights, curtains etc). Food served in the hotel restaurant is also very personalised, fresh and allows guests to have a good taste of local delicacies. The hotel staff are very well trained, attentive to guests' needs, always willing to help and goes out for their way to cater for a pleasant experience at the hotel. Highly recommend place to stay!

Location: Location is near to zimu gang entrance gate of the national park. Walk 3 minutes to the gate. Our butler小覃is awesome! Before even arriving, we communicate through WeChat to obtain our Tianmenshan tickets. Base on his recommendation - We planned our trip such that day 1 we cover tianmenshan. You can deposit your luggage at the foot of tianmenshan gate if you are like us - arriving straight from airport. Day 2 and 3 were spent at the national park right beside the hotel. It’s more convenient that way. That saying, this hotel is far from downtown. Most of the town activities are 20minutes drive away. We didn’t have a car, so we managed through DiDi car sharing service. Transport wasn’t a great issue. We choose this hotel because it’s quiet. If you want to immerse yourself in activities, you will be better off staying at the East Gate area. Service and amenities: Service is great! Breakfast included. Sumptuous enough for our 8 hours daily hike in the national park. You can easily get your tickets from the butler anytime through WeChat. He helped us to return tickets when we couldn’t make it for certain attractions on time too. The washing machine is down during our time here. We were hoping to get our clothes washed, especially after hiking in the rain for multiple days. Unfortunately that cannot be done. We just hand wash and dry it in our balcony. That was a bummer. They have a gym, outdoor. It will be great if it’s indoor and we will definitely use it. View is awesome. We have a bathtub in the room which we used it to soak our tired bodies after long hike. Amenities are limited. But generally we were there for the location and ambience. You get random insects in the room at times, that’s the thing about staying near nature. If it’s an issue for you - try to get the upper floor rooms. Our room was at the ground floor. Lastly, we love their house cat!

Great place. Absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have a room with a perfect view but we had an amazing room nonetheless and was surrounded by the beautiful mountains. And the clerks were amazing. Truly helpful and friendly with everything. If you’re travelling talk to the taxi drivers (provided you can speak Chinese) they can help you organise a lot better than any travel agent as they know the city. And this was amazing advice the clerks also confirmed.

I came across this hotel by chance on Ctrip. I chose this hotel after reading very good reviews. It is indeed OK [strong]. It has good sanitary facilities and a very unique room design. The location for the river view is excellent. You can see it at a glance. Go there. The room is equipped with a clothes steamer and a refrigerator. The curtains are smart, but the statues are a bit scary. Various snack bars and check-in attractions in the hotel are very close. It is convenient for travel. I will choose it next time.

I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments: - The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go. - The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it. - Staffs are all very friendly and responsive - Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties - Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

This is an awesome hotel in Changsha. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Changsha which is super clean & tidy, awesome view in the high floor, has 24h service and all waiters are friendly. What impressed me was the high tech usage with robots delivery and smart assistants control. 让我感受到了五星级酒店的服务，非常干净，以及比美国和日本五星级更好的24h洗衣，管家。在国内旅行这几天，这家酒店的服务让人印象深刻，可以说是完爆了美国，体验比上千美刀的酒店还好，极致的性价比～ 楼下还有茶颜悦色和鸳央咖啡，这几天喝了十杯以上的奶茶，味道再次完爆了美国的好几倍价格的奶茶，餐厅准备了吃饭推荐list，价格和味道再次刷新了我对长沙性价比的理解，在美国吃一顿，这里可以吃N次费大厨。可以希望下次来长沙的时候可以继续保持这个水准~ 不过这家酒店很好，但是有个问题，主要是有的客人会吐痰在大堂地上，希望酒店可以贴些标识或者找安保说一下，这个客人素质实在堪忧，一个观感实在差，另外容易传播呼吸道疾病。ps：吐痰和吸烟似乎是个大众问题了，看到无数次在国内公共场所禁止吸烟的地方看到人在吸烟吐痰

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far in China. The services are super good and professional. 小贺was the girl who checked us in and she was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! If you have never been in a Chinese hotel breakfast, it’s not like anything in the US. YANNIAN has literally all options for you - Chinese traditional, western style, and even Hunan authentic style. We had the family room and our 4 years old loved it! Everything is just perfect for us! The afternoon tea is super nice, quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the couch and watch the entire city on the 26th floor. Also, the gym, my husband checked out the gym and it was good too! Highly recommend this hotel. But if you want to go to Wuyi Square, this place is pretty far. YANNIAN is close to the Changsha South train station. They have free train station pickup/drop off services. The driver was also really professional and good.

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

This time I stayed at the St. Regis Changsha, which boasts 24-hour butler service. From the butler's phone call the day before check-in, to the warm introduction of the hotel's features, services, and nearby tourism introductions after check-in, it really made people feel the hotel's service quality. , the hotel is located in Yuhua District. Although it takes about 30 minutes to take a taxi from Wuyi Square, the hotel is connected to the subway downstairs. No matter where you want to go, in addition to taking a taxi, you can also take the subway. It is very convenient. There is also a subway downstairs of the hotel. There is a shopping mall. Whether you want to experience Hunan cuisine or watch a movie, you don't have to go outside at all. It gives you a very comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel's hardware facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very clean and the bathtub is large. , the scenery from the window when taking a bath is also very beautiful. Although the hotel has many breakfast options, it feels like you don’t know what to eat after shopping around. However, the packaging of the milk is very cute and suitable for taking pictures. According to the photo, the overall taste is quite satisfactory. If you get up in the morning, it is worth going downstairs to have a taste. If you come to Changsha for travel, in addition to choosing a hotel near Wuyi Square, you can also choose the comfortable and luxurious St. Regis Hotel. It is definitely a good place to visit. Hotel is on top of a fancy mall and near very popular shopping district, great location. Hotel is very new inside. it actually still had new renovation/construction smell when I stayed… A few points I noticed: - ventilation was not very good in the shower and bathroom, room AC was a little weak and noisy. - Bed was clean and comfortable - great and very effective blackout curtains. - good and modern in room amenities - a little bit strange layout - nice clean gym - nice staff - spacious room - Despite of the constant noise and traffic downstairs, it was very quiet on the 15th floor! (Except AC noise…) Cleanliness, convenience,service are important to me, I will stay here again next time I visit!

It's not a trust, it's a very satisfying accommodation experience. 1. The facilities are full of details: for example, the absorbent bathrobe after bathing (very comfortable), I'm going to buy one when I go home; the font on the light switch is bright, and you can quickly understand the light corresponding to the switch; you can intelligently control the curtains and lights... 2. The service is in place: I will help you take good-looking photos. Every lady whispers softly, apologizes for small mistakes and gives two small gifts. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room. There are also services for washing, drying and ironing clothes, which is very considerate. One-click call to the front desk is also very considerate. 3. The decoration style is unique: courtyard style, and the facilities are very new. 4. There are afternoon tea and good night porridge. The breakfast is rich, with many categories, both Western and Chinese, and very Changsha characteristics (but the croissants are ice and hard, I thought they were crispy).

You would expect a 5 star hotel to be clean and provide excellent service… however we were disappointed especially after my friend recommended me to stay here since he was here a month ago. First thing I noticed was a wet floor after entering the guest lobby, thankfully they cleaned it after I told them. Second was our room was not clean, other than the basics like clean sheets and bathroom but the main table wasn’t wiped and they didn’t even vacuum the floor (especially the carpet) at check in and the day after. When we were checking in, the reception staff did not even inform us of how to access the wifi (maybe it is assumed to be common sense) nor did they let us know that we had late check out, had free mini bar soft drinks and we also had no welcome note (these small touches may seem minuscule since the TV says welcome however you would hope that an extra mile is taken at a great brand like JW Marriott). I hope these issues are able to be rectified for other guest, after all information and attentiveness is king in the service industry. The location is also not the most central but that is a personal preference given my short trip! I will have to give a special mention to the male receptionist that helped us a lot with our alipay, thank you again 😊

I came to Changsha during the National Day trip and stayed at the Ligao Exclusive Hotel. The housekeeper Li Ting contacted me one day in advance and sent me a travel and food guide she made. She was very thoughtful and answered all my questions during the stay. The messages were replied in seconds. I like it. The hotel is in a good location. I will go there. The city center is also convenient. If I have a chance to stay here again, I will look for the housekeeper, Ms. Li Ting~

Hotel location just a 3mins away from the scenic area. Great facilities & thumbs up for the service provided. The breakfast was very delicious, thanks to Song jiejie & team for their patience in explaining to us about the food when we asked. Appreciate the staff who helped to drive us back and forth from the railway station as well. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I accidentally left my jacket & they delivered it to me via express delivery. Much appreciated and thank you so much!

Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

My mother and aunt went on a trip and specially chose a lake view room! I contacted the hotel before checking in, and the housekeeper Lily was very considerate! She helped to book a car, a show, and recommended my younger sister to take me to the ancient city. I didn't need to worry about the elderly's itinerary at all! Because both of us are older and it's easy to sleep poorly in a big bed room, the housekeeper was very nice and upgraded the room type! The old sisters 👭 had a lot of fun🥳 The night view photos are actually very beautiful, but they didn't send them to me... In short, I am satisfied👍

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

The hotel is very well located. Good room with good views. The bar street below is very noisy during the evening but the music stops at 23:30 every day. The room furniture is very good. I just have one remark. However the bathroom design is to be improved, there is only a bath and no curtains for shower. It is not possible to take a shower without spilling water everywhere on the floor. Special thanks to 管家小田姐姐和管家小龙姐姐 who have been very helpful during our stay. They have helped us to book a boat tour on the river, a good seat at the show and organized our safe transfer back to the train station. We have stayed in the phénix city for 3 days, I think the best is to stay only 2 days.

It feels so good! recommend Picture 1: Two girls are going to Fenghuang Ancient City in the evening. The hotel has specially arranged a business car to pick up and drop off to ensure safety and comfort. Thank you to the hotel general manager and deputy general manager. Picture 2: Praise for the night view, it’s worth a visit Picture 3: Waiter at the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel. We went to the restaurant for dinner at 2.30pm. We were afraid that we would get hungry by the time we waited, so we immediately arranged for fruits and low-sugar sour plum soup (we were especially mindful of our figures and we probably don’t like to drink too sweet drinks). In addition, special thanks to the kind lady who moved stools and cleaned for us and the handsome concierge at the door who helped carry our luggage.

Xiangxi is really good. I drove from Chengdu to see the mysterious Xiangxi. I chose this hotel. The hotel service is very good. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The lobby, guest rooms, and breakfast are all very good. The lady who checked us in was a lady named Luo. She was very professional and upgraded us to a three-level room. It was very convenient, with dry and wet separation, very quiet, and very good soundproofing in the hotel room. I chose this hotel by chance after seeing the higher evaluation. The hotel is very prosperous and large. The front desk lady also helped to upgrade the free room. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the variety is varied. Fabulous stay at Snowy & Sunny home stay. Staff are all very friendly n helpful. We r served with ginger tea at checkin n checkout. Also served with warm milk in the evening. Very thoughtful gesture. We were also given detailed instruction of how to tour the old town area n where best to take photographs. Location is abt 1-2km outside of old town area, but there is free shuttle bus that took us there. We were upgraded to a suite. Huge bedroom n living room n bathroom. Spacious n clean n very tasteful decor. Breakfast consisted of noodles, congee, dumplings, soybean milk n fruit. Very yummy. Highly recommended home stay!! 👍👍👍
