The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, truly excellent. However, the room size isn't very spacious, and because it's near the river, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat impacts the living experience. Despite the mosquitoes and small room being minor drawbacks, standing by the window offers an incredible panoramic view of the river. The sparkling river surface shines under the sunlight, and at night, you can see the brilliant lights on the opposite bank. If they could improve their mosquito control and make the rooms a bit more refined, this would undoubtedly be an unforgettable place to stay.

This hotel can only be reach by foot after admission tickets to Furong Ancient Town is presented at the main gate. Great view of the river not overlooking the main waterfall. Good location. Lovely breakfast included and can have cooked noodles made. Staff were very helpful. Communicate via WeChat

This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

We had an awesome stay at Yunmei Beiyuan. We booked the family room and my kids loved it. We also loved it as the room are very spacious and clean. We had a great experience with our stay, the staff are very nice and accommondating. There was a minor mishap with the laundry room where not all machines are working cause a little inconvience. But mishap happens, it's all about how the staff handles them. They staff will go out of their way and try to provide a resolution. Which is a thumbs up in my book. Thank you.

Great location, nestled between Baima Lake Park and Wanda Plaza, with the Arts and Sciences College nearby. Plenty of good food options just ahead in Dejing Garden, super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”

The resort is a little tricky to get to if you hire DiDi so make sure to utilize their free pickup service from airport or train station. They were very accommodating. We booked the hotel last min and they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up on the same day. Overall the stay was very comfortable and it’s located in a small village just steps away from one of the 5 entrances to the National Forest. We definitely enjoyed the small town feel. It was a nice trip to decompress after the lively, bright lights and bustling streets of Chongqing (which was also great!). The food they serve and free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again when we revisit Zhangjiajie.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Xiao Hai, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. He helped us book attraction tickets and took the time to explain the routes in detail for both the Grand Canyon and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. His guidance made everything so easy and smooth. We were also touched by the thoughtful berry tea gift we received upon checkout, it was such a sweet and memorable gesture. The hotel’s location is another big highlight, just a short walking distance to the entrance of the national park. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.
