My trip to Ganzhou was made even better by choosing the Kangbonuo Seven-Star Hotel! Standing at a 218-meter city landmark, the hotel boasts a superb location, just a 3-minute drive from the train station and MixC shopping mall, and only 15 minutes from Songcheng Scenic Area – incredibly convenient.
Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its luxurious and grand décor. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, patiently recommending authentic Ganzhou cuisine restaurants. The rooms were spacious and bright, with soft mattresses and linens ensuring a restful night's sleep. Standing by the window, I could enjoy panoramic views of the Ganzhou New Area, especially the stunning nightscape. The toiletries were from high-end brands like Hermes and L'Occitane, showcasing quality in every detail.
The breakfast was plentiful, a fusion of Chinese and Western options, including local delicacies, all made with fresh and delicious ingredients. The hotel is well-equipped, with ample free parking, a relaxing lobby bar, and a rooftop bar. The complimentary laundry service was also incredibly useful.
From its hardware facilities to its service details, it showcases the professional standards of a high-end hotel. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ganzhou!

It was already late when I arrived at the hotel. The staff was still very patient to check me in and introduced the hotel facilities to me.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest.
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner.
During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings.
Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch.
We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended!

房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。
抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！
入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。
民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！
我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

They provide free shuttle to the valley and also serve dinner and lunch for a very good price.
We had dinner there when we arrived and the food was very tasty.
The boss and her family are very nice and friendly. They also help us get a shared car back to the train station.

TTrip.com travelerFantastic new hotel in the best, convenient location inside Wangxian Valley. Centrally located so it is a breeze to stroll to the village, snack street and restaurants, stores, workshops, and live performances. Each hotel building is in a unique traditional Chinese village style. Staying in the scenic area has the added benefit of enjoying the valley and natural scenery in the morning and early afternoon before the mass tour crowds from outside arrive after 3pm. The nearby Chaohelou watchtower is a short walk from the hotel lobby building and provides a commanding panoramic view of the entire valley both in the early morning and nighttime. The hotel also provided tickets for a complimentary photo shoot at the nearby by Bojue National Portrait studio. Includes 5 free digital photos, hanfu wuxia style Chinese costume rental, and a professional photographer to take your pictures; highly recommended. Ms Xiao Yu 小喻 from the concierge reception staff was very helpful, attentive, thoughtful, provided a comprehensive schedule and great advice for all the immersive live performances, and arranged for a taxi driver to take me from the hotel to the local bus station. Staying at Xiansu hotel and Wangxian Valley was a truly wonderful experience, like living in the magical fantasy towns of wuxia films Crouching Tiger, Once Upon a Time, and Legends of the Condor Heroes and animated film Spirited Away.

WWHUHello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night.
The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry.
The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice.
After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again.
The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng.
The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture.
We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming.
Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest.
The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️)
There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby.
The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it.
One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

The owner was incredibly generous, offering free rides to attractions – the service was top-notch 👍. Breakfast was the owner's homemade dishes, and I especially recommend the mixed noodles! It was absolutely delicious! The owner also enthusiastically shared their homemade pickled vegetables, which tasted out of this world!!
The place is very photogenic, and parking is easy! Extremely satisfied 👍
Considering the service, safety, and quietness, it's truly perfect for travelers! Definitely worth five stars!

LLinziTXI specifically booked this room so my nearly 90-year-old mother could comfortably watch the fireworks. After making the reservation, I even called the front desk to confirm details. Upon checking into room XX21 on a higher floor, I found that it didn't have the floor-to-ceiling windows I'd imagined, and the Twin Towers weren't visible. However, I could see 7 out of the 9 fireworks boats. So, from the room, you really could watch the fireworks show and enjoy the beautiful night view of Tengwang Pavilion.
The best spot on my floor to watch the fireworks was at the end of the corridor, offering a panoramic view, but people had already set up chairs and were waiting there as early as 4 PM.
For breakfast on the first day of the ***** New Year, between 8 and 9 AM, it was impossible to find an empty table. I wanted to try the clay pot soup; during the 30-plus minutes I was eating, I saw the soup pots brought out 4 or 5 times, but each time there were only 5 or 6 servings, and they were all gone by the time I got there. I had to regretfully give up.
The hotel staff were quite friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, if you're looking for a panoramic indoor view of the fireworks show, I'll have to keep searching.
