Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. Facilities: The room's parent-child facilities are quite comprehensive, a major highlight of the hotel. Environment: Comfortable. Very convenient for bringing children, shopping, and dining. Service: Prompt response. The family room is definitely our top choice for our next visit. I hope other room types will also be renovated.

Location: Super close to Chunxi road. It only takes 5 min walking from Chunxi station which is good to travel around. Room: The room was not new but the floor was clean and overall there was no weird smell. Just one thing, their building air ventilation was quite noisy but it would be stopped at around 9pm so I found no problem with it. Service: The staff was nice and friendly. They even let us to leave our luggage for a whole day while we left for Jiuzhaigou. Food: There was a delicious local restaurant located near Exit E2 of the station and within walking distance to the hotel.

Staying at the Richeng Mingren Hotel in Chengdu was a fantastic choice for our trip. It's right in the city center, and the E exit of Metro Line 1 is just outside, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and shopping. We could easily reach Jinli, Wuhou Temple, and Kuanzhai Alley by subway. Plus, getting to Dujiangyan Scenic Area and Mount Qingcheng is now a breeze with direct intercity trains for only 10 yuan. Chengdu, you definitely get a huge thumbs up! 👍 Now, about the Richeng Mingren Hotel itself: even though it's a bit older, the service is absolutely outstanding. The front desk staff initially gave me a room that felt a bit too modern with too many glass walls. When I mentioned it, they immediately switched my room, which I really appreciated. The service staff were also incredibly responsive; whenever guests needed something, they were there right away to help. This 'customer first' attitude deserves a lot of praise. My experience at the Lynn Hotel was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and fast. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and even kindly offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely touch that I could get a packed breakfast when heading out in the morning! The housekeeping team was prompt, cleaning the room spotlessly, and consistently refilled amenities without me having to ask. Their attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel clearly embraces a guest-centric philosophy; every staff member greeted me with a genuine, unforced smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service here is meticulous, and they respond to every need. Plus, it offers fantastic value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The rooms are clean, and the service is attentive, with friendly and generous front desk staff. The hotel's environment is exceptionally good, and the transportation is very convenient, located right in the city center of Chengdu. There are plenty of food options and snacks nearby. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free. They also provide complimentary self-service mineral water for guests. The only minor drawback of this hotel is that the front desk and guest rooms are separate, but the warmth of the room attendants perfectly compensates for this. I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again when I return to Chengdu.

I booked a twin room and stayed for three nights. The environment was nice, and it was very close to the scenic area. I thought the soundproofing was quite good, and luckily, the construction outside had stopped, so I wasn't disturbed. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. Overall, I was satisfied.

A super authentic Chinese-style hotel, full of ancient charm. The classical bed and the view of flowing water outside the window, with flowers and fish in it, created an unforgettable and endlessly fascinating Chinese experience. There were many foreigners at the hotel, probably here to experience a hotel with unique Chinese characteristics. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager – the young lady was warm, hospitable, and attentive, with a bright and cheerful personality. She left a deep impression.
