I booked the hotel through Trip.com online payment. The front desk did not know how to operate the Ctrip deduction on the night of the stay, resulting in me having to pay the room fee myself to stay. At the same time, the front desk promised that after the hotel deduction was successful the next morning, I would refund my own room fee in cash. The staff said that the cash could not be refunded, and the cockroach could return it to my card in the same way, and it could not be refunded at that time. On the third day, the hotel told the bank card to wait 15 days for the refund. In short, the money was very positive when receiving, and the refund was very laborious. The experience is very poor. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The hardware is in line with the quality of ibis, and the software is in line with the style of Latin American work. Fortunately, Ctrip has been very cooperative, which is why I have always used Ctrip, even foreign hotels.

Me pareció bonito el hotel y las instalaciones. Bien aseado todo, pero la verdad es que los trabajadores son demasiado intensos con el tema de vender afiliaciones a todos los huéspedes, no me dejaron ni llegar cuando ya me abordaron para venderme el paquete turístico, y luego de eso cada vez que me veian me volvían a ofrecer dichos planes, la verdad eso se torna aburridor para las personas que como yo, solo buscábamos un lugar para descansar. Ojalá dejen de acosar tanto a las personas con ese tema. la comida rica aunque no hay gran variedad.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.
