After having seen the hotel at the arrival from outside, I was first skeptical. I found no indication where the reception is to be found. I surrounded the hotel and entered the Foyer from behind.
But then I experienced a very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Now a plus point. I left my baggage and announced my check-in for the late evening. That proved completely unproblematic.
In the night, the room was very positively equipped, but I had to notice a lack of maintenance of the equipment.
In general, I was satisfied with staying at the Axxon Hotel.
The location of the hotel at the airport obviously is excellent. However, there was a long check in queue and the check in machine did not work. No luggage carts available in vicinity to the hotel (more an airport deficiency!). The room was booked as a double room, but these were just two twin beds put together, which was not appreciated. The room was clean - in the hallway more vacuum cleaning needed.
Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.
Super beautiful and sweet room. You have to hear a train rush in the night 2-3, but not really dramatic. The breakfast was almost empty and the coffee machine was not going, but it was possible to make it at the reception because they have a machine there. The lady behind the trees could check in as well as no German. We can't, however, english many certainly. If I book a hotel in DE, I would like a German-speaking person as a contact point for all cases. But € 100 for 2 people with breakfast and parking (10€) very good. Please return
Das Hotel legt großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Es gab verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Servicepersonal war höflich und aufmerksam.
The hotel is conveniently close to the BER T1 entrance hall.
We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min.
Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing.
Also the bathroom and shower were very clean.
From the noise of the airplanes is very few to hear. We
Also very clean was the spa/sauna area.
It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00.
Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall.
Great stay for one night.
Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed
The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.

GGuest UserI had a really comfortable stay at IntercityHotel Berlin Airport Area North. The location is perfect if you’re traveling through Berlin, it’s only a few minutes away and very convenient. The hotel is clean, quiet, and modern, which made my short stay really smooth.
The room was well-kept, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and tidy.
The train station is close by, so getting into the city is simple, and the walk around the neighborhood is quite calm if you just want a morning stroll. Overall, it’s an ideal hotel for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free experience near the airport. I would definitely stay here again!
SSummer-coolWarm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

GGuest UserGreat location. Friendly staff. Up-to-date, stylish, and great room interior. Spacious bathroom.
Best to have water inside the room, or bring your own tumbler since they only have water at the lobby.
Food is mediocre. Can be improved. Salad was tasteless. Burger patty was dry, lacking flavor.
Otherwise, stay was great and still highly recommended.
LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.
HhighteasheepOpposite the hotel is the train station, as well as a large supermarket and shopping mall. The most important thing is that most restaurants are open on Sundays, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are innovatively decorated, with a courtyard-like layout, and offer a wide variety of breakfast options. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, 15 euros per day, and it feels very safe. There is also space to park outside.
LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

GGuest UserThe room was average, just OK. It was quite dusty due to the black furniture. The most important thing was that my 50 Euro deposit has not been returned to my card yet, and I don't know who to ask for the money.
