Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très professionnel, bienveillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les parties communes comme les toilettes de l’accueil.
Notre chambre, bien que légèrement petite, était parfaitement adaptée pour un couple. Elle sentait très bon et le ménage était impeccable. Petit plus très appréciable : les prises bien réparties dans la chambre, très pratiques !
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié, avec un excellent café. Un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.
Nous espérons sincèrement que cette belle dynamique sera maintenue dans le temps. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !

A very exceptional stay in Lounis !
I was welcomed with a sincere smile and remarkable attention from my arrival.
All staff deserve a special mention for their kindness, sympathy and availability at any time, they really feel like their jobs and they want each client to feel like at home.
The hotel is a very comfortable room and is very well maintained.
I recommend this hotel closed eyes to all who want to live a warm and high-quality hotel experience in Oran.
A great bravo to the entire team of the Lounis Hotel by Atlantis for their professionalism and their sense of welcome !

GGuest UserIt is on the Mediterranean Sea, but there is no beach next to the hotel and there are not many businesses around it. The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I asked for towels to be delivered at night. After urging many times, they were not delivered until the next morning.

AAnonymous User3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.

DDan HersTotally fine for an airport layover. Not as nice as the photo looks much more basic. Wifi didn’t work for me. Note no wifi at airport, and you need to call them on WhatsApp to arrange pick up. Return to airport at 5am was easy to arrange.
