Just a few points of feedback: I paid for breakfast up front - which was meant to be open from 7am. However, what really happened was that breakfast (prepared by the Receptionist - who was very helpful) started to be prepared from 7am-ish. Coffee, microwave toastie, juice etc duly handed over in a paper bag (I was not the only one waiting) - but this was not ready 'till ~7.20am. Makes a difference if you need to eat and get on your way. Also, £2.50 for the car-park - why? It's not the money - just the impression given. The restaurant is Indian cooking - which I enjoyed. Waiter was pleasant and efficient. Room was basic. Clean but a few cobwebs in the cupboards. No AC.

Booked a night to make travel stress-free and it didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well without being intrusive. Breakfast was excellent — wide selection and, in my opinion, better than what’s available inside the terminal. Perfect for early flights; I’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Very surprised by this hotel as my partner had stayed here a few years back and wasn’ti pressed… but this time, from start to finish, a really pleasant stay. Lady on reception (early evening of 10th April) was an absolute delight. So helpful and so friendly. We had two dogs with us and she told us all the areas the dogs could go and that they could even have breakfast with us if we sat in a certain place. It’s not often you get treated like that when you have dogs… more so seen as a hindrance. The room was very clean and bright. Pillows a bit hard but that’s down to preference. Shower was great, very powerful with shampoo, conditioner and show gel complimentary! Breakfast was fantastic. A lot of choice and good quality. All in all, a great stay.

Easy to get to from airport free breakfast was included with a good variety of stuff. Could of been more games to play with in games rooms as there was only two and was more for older children/adults. Staff was friendly and helpful especially a staff member called fern who was very helpful & understanding. Also The Hotel is Located near a BP n shop which was really helpful to.

The hotel's location is superb, just a five-minute walk from the airport. The room type we were assigned was a bit odd, in a corner with no view of the runway. However, it was quite spacious; I could easily open my 30-inch suitcase and still move around comfortably without feeling cramped. For this price, this amount of space, plus such flexible cancellation terms and breakfast included, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal getting into London city. Breakfast was an English buffet, and it was tasty, with gluten-free options available. I'd recommend it to anyone landing at STN!

Our stay was really good as I was worried being a holiday Inn , but how wrong was it supassed all my expectations from the quality of food to the amenities to the welcoming of the staff when you walk through the door. Would I stay here again? Definitely we had the best weekend using the spa facilities the Marco Perry restaurant and all the other amenities that were available. It was a Very pleasant stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were really lovely. We got free upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely thing as it was my birthday. They're just really lovely. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pillows if you needed them as well . The only thing is you have to pay for your parking there which was quite expensive. £24, but you know apart from that everything else was really lovely and we really enjoyed our weekend. The swimming pool , Sauna jacuzzi, and steam room was great way to spend our last afternoon and all free , they also provided you with towels . The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and there is a Marco Perrie restaurant on site , but there was also another menu if you wanted something more simpler to eat to sit around the bar area .

Excellent venue and overall a really lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, the bar area was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The massage was great, although we were a little confused as to why we couldn’t book two treatments together but were able to book them separately. Our room was beautiful, but the pillows were far too soft for me and I struggled to get comfortable. It would be great if there was a choice of pillow firmness to suit different preferences. Parking was probably the biggest downside. There was a wedding and a funeral taking place around the same time, which made parking quite difficult, although by the following morning there was plenty of space. We weren’t able to book the restaurant, but we sat outside instead which actually worked out really well, and the food was great. There is a selection of free breakfast for guest which when we wasn’t that hungry eliminated the stress to eat a large breakfast for large prices. I’d definitely recommend the Roslin Beach Hotel. The only thing that would really elevate it for a retreat or relaxing stay would be the addition of a pool or spa area.

We stayed here because we had a very early flight from Stansted and needed to be at the airport around three hours before departure. Travelling with a child, having a hotel close to the airport made things much easier and meant we did not have to travel in the middle of the night. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport. It costs £4 per adult and children travel free. This is not really a criticism of Novotel specifically, but I do feel airport hotel shuttle buses should ideally be included in the room price. The hotel itself did the job. It is quite tired looking and could use some updating. We stayed during a very hot period and there was a slightly stale smell in the hotel, although I can understand that the heat probably did not help. The air conditioning in the hotel was not very strong, but it was enough to take the edge off. The main positive is that, as a large chain hotel, it has everything you need for a short airport stay. The staff were also very friendly throughout. Overall, it was fine for one night before an early flight and served its purpose well.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Upon arrival we had a lot of bags and the staff made sure we got a room on ground floor and there was a trolley to move our items at once. We were indoors all the time so cleaning staff left our room to give us privacy. Next morning we requested to have our room cleaned and in 5 mins there was someone there to clean. So efficient!!
