"The location is very good, quiet, very close to the attractions, the beach is very close to 5 minutes to go out, watching the sunrise and sunset is great. The service is very good, I specially brought a kettle and tea cups, trays, many types of breakfast food, the taxi booked is also very good, there is no random charge, only feel that the room is slightly smaller."

Everything was perfect!!
I give the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!
Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!!
As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!
Reasonable prices at the bars!!
I can say value for money!!
I wish we could have stayed longer!!
I hope and wish that we will visit you again!!!

Guest UserThe service was of a very low standard, with staff who were unwilling and unable to answer questions. For example, there's no room service, and the reception denied that they could even provide takeout food for children. All the restaurants close early, by 9:30 PM at the latest. The pool and beach/pool bar close at 6:00 PM. They make mistakes with coffee orders on the beach and shamelessly bring you coffees that have been sitting at another table for 40 minutes. The cleanliness of the area is mediocre. Overall, it was a negative experience despite the nice location. A shame, I don't recommend it for relaxation and enjoyment.

I was put in the room 508, the dirty balcony door was not closed and the curtains were hanging. The bed stuck on the wall with no easy access to light, the furniture old... At least the room and the bathroom were clean.

Guest UserThe receptionist Penny was super helpful. We had problems in our journey to Ammouliani and we almost didn't make it but we called to the hotel and Penny helped us and saved our trip. And even during our stay she remained kind and helpful by suggesting us places to have dinner. She was always smiling and speaking to other guests. I guess everybody loves her because she's super amazing.
Our room was very nice and bed was super comfy. We were welcomed with an unexpected drink when we got to the hotel, which was very nice.
The only cons I can think of was the shower, since it was an open shower it created a pool in our bathroom
We went to check the private beach but didn't swim, but is seemed very nice for an sunset swim.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay.
Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations.

EviMitaleIf you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage at the reception for free and access the common area on the 6th floor. The common area is very spacious, air-conditioned, with sofas, beanbags, and a TV corner with raised seating. It also has a large kitchen for cooking and dining: 8 ceramic hobs, 2 sinks, 3 refrigerators, and 2 freezers, an electric kettle, a microwave, but no oven. Everything is kept clean thanks to the housekeepers. Finally, the view from the glass walls of the common area is worthy of a luxury hotel.
The 4-bed dorm is air-conditioned, and you can adjust the temperature and fan speed. A towel is included. The dorm is quite narrow, but each bed has curtains and a very large locker. In the room, the toilet and shower are separate. There's also an open wardrobe with hangers and space to put your shoes away from the beds.
Some negative points: The room door doesn't close properly, but there's an audible signal after 10 seconds if it's not fully shut. The shower door is made of semi-transparent glass, and there's no hook inside the shower to hang a towel.

The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

It is also close to the metro station and is conveniently located. The reception staff is kind and will tell you everything you need properly.
The water and beds were basically cleaned, so I was able to spend a comfortable time, and I was able to spend a relaxing time using the cafe space at night.
Just because the person in the room was necessary to meet the grandson of cancer, it was a little bit of money... (30 euros → 20 euros → 10 euros and the price fell.) It was scary for a man to come to check out.
