This is, without a doubt, the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. First off, the volcano view room was absolutely not worth it. It was incredibly difficult to see the volcano, and the window faced a main road. Motorbikes constantly whizzed by, keeping me awake until the early hours. After discussing it with the hotel, they moved me to a cheaper room, which I hoped would be quieter. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear people talking and laughing outside. Then there's the hygiene. There were flies everywhere, the windows had mysterious liquid stains, the menu was sticky, and there were two dead flies on the bathroom window. I seriously wonder if a five-star hotel can't even manage basic cleanliness. The service attitude was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers. The Trip.com customer service was excellent and helped a lot with communication, but the fact that I didn't get good sleep for two nights and the hotel was dirty is undeniable.

The best thing is the location, the sea view is unbeatable, and the sunset is extremely beautiful. I personally think it is better than Ohia. The handsome guy at the front desk is very considerate. The airplane air conditioning code is wrong, so the handsome guy directly carried the electric heater he was using upstairs to us, which was warm. The breakfast was delivered to the room, which was rich. There are 2 blue-roofed chapels nearby, which are a few minutes' walk away. Disadvantages: Hygiene needs to be improved, there are hairs on the sheets and sink

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

Service: I want to give a huge shout-out to the handsome Greek gentleman at the front desk. His service was meticulous and attentive; he helped us book a rental car, recommended boat tours, and suggested sightseeing routes. He also pre-ordered breakfast based on our preferences and even helped us load our luggage into the car when we left, as there was a rocky path that was difficult to navigate. Extremely professional! On the island, you have to drink bottled water, and the hotel provided a bottle daily, which was a great touch for guests. Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches. Facilities: Quite new, and comes with toiletries and disposable slippers. Cleanliness: Generally good, cleaned daily, very spotless.

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Others are more ordinary. The room at the time of check-in is very noisy near the road. I immediately changed the room away from the main road. The window is opposite another hotel. Sometimes there will be construction sounds in the morning. The most incredible thing about the hotel is the bathroom. There is no place to put toilet paper and bath liquid. The toilet paper is placed on the sink outside the door and the toilet can be opened. The hygiene will be cleaned every day. We stayed for four days. The breakfast is quite rich and will change the pattern every day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is still affordable in the holy island. Service needs to be more proactive and enthusiastic.

The hotel is very good! Good location and good scenery. The room is facing the sunset! The swimming pool is also great. It is relatively large, where you can bathe in water or swim, or you can sit next to it and have some drinking and chatting!

The environment is super beautiful! Eurasian Town is worthy of being called a cat island. There are cute cats everywhere. Different cats come to accompany us for an open-air breakfast with sea view every day. It is really chilling! It has been promoted to my No.1 destination for future vacations! It’s only a dozen meters away from Santorini’s most famous photo spot, so you don’t have to queue up to take photos like other tourists, which is great!

The location was superb, and the clean room made for a wonderful stay. During the day, we enjoyed the beautiful harbor; in the evening, a magnificent sunset; and at night, a fantastic night view – it was almost a shame to leave the hotel. The path to the hotel was crowded with tourists, bumpy, and involved descending steep stairs, so I think porter service is essential for anyone with large luggage such as suitcases. Thank you.

I used it on my honeymoon. The staff who can speak Japanese is very good, and thank you for your help! !! Basically it was nice to be beautiful, but I was a little worried because the cleaning was not done properly in the details (such as the edges) and there was a place where dust was accumulated. After that, the flight time on the last day was early and I couldn't make it in time for breakfast, so I was asked to respond with room service, but it was too terrible. The breakfast buffet was perfectly nice, but in room service, I was surprised with 3 thin breads that were not warm, small jam, and cold small coffee. ..
