I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come.
the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana.
the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious.
the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!.
the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter.
overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. I have stayed here twice and the place is neat, clean, comfortable, access to everywhere is quite close because it is in the city center, the price is also very cheap, my suggestion is please improve the toilet facilities because the taps are difficult to adjust when taking a shower, the breakfast side dishes are refilled when they are almost finished

Mmohd radzi ramliHotel service fair nothing to shout about. Location 6/10. It's next to the mall but again there's nothing to shop/buy/see. Try to find juices , very limited choice. Surrounded by shop lot which majority selling fast food and mini mart. Good location for local I guess.
Amenities very basic. Tooth brush shampoo , hand and body cleanser 2 bath towel , bath mat and hair dryer that's it. Coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge. No bottle drinking water except a jar of water where you can refill from the dispenser at corridor. Which I am allergies with those tap water even though with super brand water filter. ( learned from my bad experience in Jakarta). Luckily the groceries shop next to the hotel , so I can get a mineral water. TV ? Very interesting...... I don't expect such a branded hotel chain with no smart TV. Unable to connect my laptop since the only way to connect with TV via vga or hdmi. Breakfast selection fair , I think almost similar with other local brand hotel in pekanbaru. Nothing impressive. Overall, there's a few local brand hotels with good location and lower price and same standard that you may pick.

The hotel is situated at simpang 4.
The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2.
Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in.
Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby
The room rain shower head is good pressure...
The air-con is cooling...
Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely.
Location away from airport around 6km.
Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore
Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude
