This hotel was fantastic. Location amazing for thr golden temple. They have a car service to go to the border too. Breakfast was great.. lots of variety! Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed at this property few years back and I liked it so I rebooked it this time. The service is still good but I felt the rooms condition has worn out compared to my stay earlier They need to have a good maintenance service to keep the rooms up to par Overall a decent stay

This is a wonderful hotel, amazing staff who are truly attentive to all your needs. Rooms are well appointed, immaculate and very comfortable.

The property was quite amazing as they have appreciated greenery all around the place. All the services & amenities were up to the mark and standards of a 5 star hotel. The food tasted mouth watering with proper hygiene. Staff was really friendly and happy to help with everything. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely visit again.

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

It is very much on the main road prominently located. Very courteous staff at the front desk. Any complaint is attended immediately by the house keeping staff. Break fast is complimentary and they have a very good spread. Very comfortable to stay.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient. Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality. Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average. Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink. It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

Nearby: There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Facilities: The hotel is clean, the hardware is brand new, and the hot water is sufficient. Service: No odor, very clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Days Hotel. Staff are super helpful. A variety of food from the buffet style breakfast. Staff will make lovely masala chai and bring it to your table. A special thank you to Anand and Love Preet. These two were so kind and helpful and could not do enough for me and my family. They served with a smile and made sure we were okay. The hotel has a beautiful roof top revolving restaurant where prices are similar to room service .

It was a great stay sandli took our check -in very smoothly the ambience was very big and nice Indoor Swimming was there my kids used to play. We really enjoyed our stay experience was wonderful we look forward to come again...................

Located in the center of the city, it is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, museums, and walking around the surrounding towns. The hotel is a renovated Maharaja's palace, a historical heritage site, and offers comfortable rooms and related facilities. Anyone interested in culture and historical heritage will be satisfied. In addition, there is a food court adjacent to the main dining area, so you have a lot of freedom when it comes to eating. The hospitality of the hotel staff is high and you can expect friendly service. I would like to visit again next time.

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

This was an exquisite hotel that completely pasted my expectations in every way. I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this hotel. It is truly a five star experience. No detail or expense has been spared with the operation of this hotel. From the front door staff, reception, guest services, room, service and maintenance – excellent excellent excellent. This property is on par with any top-notch hotel in the US or Europe. I challenge anybody to say otherwise. The breakfast was Beyond anything I expected they had at least 40 different items ranging from American, European, South Indian, North Indian, etc. The staff is extremely helpful, including Taranpreet and Sandeep were both extremely attentive, friendly, and went over and above when it came to breakfast. If you’re looking to stay in Chandigarh, this is the place to be!

Had an excellent stay with family. They went out of the way to help my schedule. I had to leave early to Manali and they provided me breakfast much earlier that their schedule. Rest of the stay was also up to the mark.

No need to review, it was an awesome experience at best Western plus ,staff was wonderful, helping and beautiful ambience great hospitality, in total it was an wonderful experience, it was a great experience with few of the staff members , Poonam , Priyanka and tanuj , they were the best .

We stayed here for two nights as a stopover in either direction during our trip to himachal. The hotel is at a good location, near to airport. Restaurant serves good food and the restaurant staff is helpful. However everything else needs improvement. Hotel maintenance needs to be better and staff need to be more mindful of basic needs. For example, we found the hotel room full of balloons (perhaps done for previous guests) which were not removed, and a/c in both rooms were not working before we got our room changed by requesting. Basic bathroom necessities such as shower cap had to be requested and not anticipated by hotel staff. This can be one of the best hotels around if the hotel staff improves it's customer service.

Well mannered & professional staff, especially Mr Lekhraj who is very polite & humble and provide service with smile. Mr Lekhraj is very helpful & sincere and provide us best food/ dishes. The way Mr Lekhraj interacts with customer or guests of hotel is commendable, we wish person like Lekhraj should be every hotel.

Never expected such experience with Ramada branded property. Looks new in the photos, seems to be old & not maintained properly. Door locks, cub boards, fittings need a make over. I stayed for 2 days, 2nd Day Morning there was no Hot water in the shower & they could not fix it, i had to rush for my meeting & had to take bath in cold water. Toiletry supplies were not refilled on 2nd day of Stay. More importantly, i have a big doubt about their sanitization process. I seriously feel that, they have not sanitized the rooms well. Few days after I stayed in this Hotel, i got symptoms & tested for Covid Positive. Though I cant 100% say that, this is the cause, but the way they are maintaining, it is very much possible. Checkout was also got delayed, despite of me telling them 10 mins in advance to make the invoice ready. There is no enough parking space in the Portico, so my pick up car had to take a few rounds before they complete my checkout. For sure, I dont recommend this property & I will never stay again here.

We were traveling from US and vising family in Jalandhar. We thought Ramada brand was somewhat known although we never stared there in the US. Given the limited options besides the local hotels, we booked a non-smoking room. When we checked into the room, it was full of smoke stink. The staff was kind to change the room when we shared the feedback but it took them a while to get us the new room. After a long journey, we were just sitting and waiting for our room to be ready and after 25 minutes, we were moved. As we were unwinding into this new room, we saw a person walk by our balcony and we were all like, what? Turned out there was construction going on next door, and there was a big hole in the wall. The access point for workers were through our balcony. Instead of complaining again and waiting for another 30 minutes for a different room, we decided to manage our expectations. It would have been nice if we knew about this ahead of time. We had to close the curtains through our stay, felt like we were somewhere in the basement with no natural light. The furnishing were as if someone armature assembled it. There was no way to know how the doors to the cabinets were to open, no knobs or area to hold the door to open, or which side the door will open. Although it was marked as a suite, the finish was of a low level motel. They only had to shower towels for a party of 3, no iron in the room and so on. After we checked out, we were well on our way by the time I realized that I forgot my Airpods pro in the room. I called the hotel and they told me they will look for it can call me back in a few hours. I told them I can see the Airpods on my iPhone (find my device) to be at the hotel. After waiting for about 3 hours, I called back and was told they did not find it and accused me of leaving it somewhere else, not in the hotel. I can still see the Airpods pro in the hotel through find my device as of this writing – one week after we checked out and back in US now. Meeting family in Jalandhar was the only high of our trip there, everything else was a disaster. Never ever would I stay in this Hotel in the future or recommend anyone to try it out.

We arrived in Jalandhar after a long train journey from Rajasthan, so needed an oasis of calm! The Taximan took us to the first hotel, which turned out to be AB Clark’s Inn! I asked to check their executive and deluxe rooms. The lady at the checkin desk was hugely polite and arranged views of the rooms. Absolutely immaculate rooms! Huge size—the executive rooms are very slightly smaller than the deluxe but are still very spacious with granite tiles, so no problem keeping them clean. The deluxe rooms are huge! Both size rooms have excellent furniture with 2 couches for guests or yourself to use, a comfortable chair and desk to read, write or work in your laptop if you wish. The most important thing for me are bathrooms…the ones at AB Clarks Inn are immaculate. Huge sizes, walk-in showers with glass panels all around, superbly powerful power showers, endless supply of hot water! Food is excellent too, with their in-house restaurant serving Continental or traditional Punjabi style with made to order stuffed parathas that were delicious; lunch and dinner was also very tasty with choice of Indian, Chinese and Italian dishes! Nice touches like very courteous Staff, from the cleaners, page guys and receptionists, always smiling and asking if I needed anything. The only points I could find against this very positive review is the decor of the common areas in the hotel…in some places, the wallpaper has started to peel..an easy fix. Plus they should supply seating on the balcony area, as we would have loved to take our tea or take in the sunshine and fresh air if seats were available. Apart from that, do not pass this hotel by…it’s worth every penny! Pls leave a positive message after you have read this and do look at more reviews I’ve added! Thank u for ur time!

My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . Stayed on 23rd of August, booked through MMT. The hotel is old but nice interior wooden structure. Rooms are decent in size, clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk are proactive and able to resolve the queries but fnb team and services need some important. Overall good as per the price they charged.

Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. Will definitely stay again in the same hotel whenever we will visit Jalandhar and would recommend to my other colleagues , Friends and my Corporate Clients.
