Very wonderful, the room is beautiful and comfortable, the scenery is excellent, the breakfast view is very beautiful, just in the old town, convenient to move, and there is a parking lot 100 meters next to the hotel, extremely convenient

The room is very new, with a modern layout that fits the characteristics of Matera very well. We can fully appreciate the hotel's careful layout. The hotel patiently answered our questions. We were very satisfied with the bedding and bathroom. The room was warm. I will come again if I have the chance.

整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

The hotel has a very nice lobby and common areas; the comfortable, clean rooms, drawing attention to some details (like air conditioning not work, a little noisy). The hotel has a parking area, and the hotel has a parking area.

Amazing hotel with cave like design, super clean room, the only drawback is we needed to carry the luggage up the hotel as it’s located slightly up the hill, the hotel staff was very helpful to have helped, it was worth the walk.

The location is perfect, nestled within the Matera Sassi UNESCO World Heritage site, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, and a heated indoor pool. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

Excellent experience overall! The lady at the front desk and the restaurant staff were incredibly polite (though there was an older gentleman at the front desk who seemed a bit cold, always on the phone). The hotel's location is superb and very convenient. We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. This really left a great impression of the country on us. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel but way out of town in a lonely industrial area, perfect for those with a car. Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too. other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.
