Very convenient location if you come by bus or train from neighboring cities on 1-2 day. Near bus and bus and d station. The number is standard, there is everything you need.
Very kind and friendly staff!
What is most pleasant - in the hotel you can leave your luggage if you leave the city in the evening!
I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Turin! :)
Great hotel in the heart of Turin.
The hotel is located right in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. You can also walk to the embankment and the park nearby. We had a spacious room of good quality. Yes, it is not new and a little shabby, but in very good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Although if they recommend going to the restaurant opposite - do not go) The hotel does not have parking, but there is an agreement with a garage 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay. The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative.
Structure from the strategic position for work trips in the province of Cuneo.
The staff is young, friendly and professional, the rooms are modern and very clean, provided with everything necessary for the stay.
The international breakfast is rich and tasteful, very recommended!
The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.
Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
A very decent and clean hotel. Although its older structure, they have kept it well. The staff is friendly.i would only ask for the windows to be improved for noise and better blinds. Otherwise a really good location and safe area and heating was great.
I insert a negative review, being that I stayed here for a night, but rather than sleep I spent a night in white, being for too many noises and crashes and moving chairs and tables at 3: 30, four nights no one said anything to avoid night noises
The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions:
1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!
DDoc TanyaThe hotel is located in a beautiful place, next to the boat port, comfortable to ride on the islands, near a pedestrian path along the lake, can be reached in 20 minutes to the Streza center, where there are many restaurants. In the hotel it is clean,it is certainly a little old. But the view of the lake is very beautiful. Breakfast is ordinary with hot dishes, delicious coffee. Overall I liked everything
TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.
GGogoWangFor a temporary one-night stay in Turin, it is a good and cheap place. Small but beautiful, the surrounding is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by mountains in the distance, and the weather in Italy is also great, which fully shows its beauty!
The breakfast is quite good, except for the lack of green leaves, everything else is there, which is great.
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.
GGuest UserHotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.
KKate CoddaireI wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. In a quiet neighborhood where a 2 minute walk in a residential area brings you to self service laundry, a grocery store, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the more busy piazzas with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty of hooks and a large desk area, along with a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table.. Bathroom supplied round soap and shampoo. Front desk was efficient and stored my luggage after checkout while I explored the town further. Short walk to train station. Included breakfast was cheese, meats, hard boilded eggs, croissant, yogurt and fruit and a Coffee machine.
GGuest UserConvenient location near the metro stops, friendly service, good breakfast, including a savory selection. I'd say it was a comfortable stay. The room could use some updating, like a small piece of baseboard missing and a repaint in the bathroom, but it's decent and warm. They let me leave my luggage after checkout. Excellent value for money.
