GGuest UserMy mom has been wanting to go to this hotel for a while now so I decided to give her a surprise treat. We loved the atmosphere and that there was so much to do in terms of activities. They had water activities, gaming room, surfing pool, slide etc. We had a really good time. The only disappointment was the food, it was like a challenge to find something that we really like. The food was really a hit or miss and most times was a miss. That would be my only suggestion for improvement really. The drinks were just ok, nothing special. The coffee shop was ok as well, loved that it was 24 hours. Would return if the food is improved. The welcome party was also warm and inviting with the rose and champagne, that was a nice touch.

GGuest UserFor the price it was good. The online images give a far more positive impression than exist. That said, I would return having adjusted my expectation. The location is quiet but not the easiest to reach because of the very narrow road. They do have an access via Main Road which they should consider reopening

AAnikaMy hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The nightly activities were fun, the room service was also great. We had a variety of restaurants to choose from each day for lunch and dinner. There was a pool bbq everyday and so much more. We stayed at the luxury side of the hotel which was all inclusive. I would recommend this place as I would definitely go back.

GGuest UserAn amazing bijou resort recently opened. Staff were polite attentive and helpful. Surroundings/grounds were lovely. Rooms had hand painted murals and were very clean and tidy, with bespoke furniture. Very well thought out. It’s a hidden Gem, and I’d love to go back and spend longer. Good place to relax and unwind.

GGuest UserThe hotel beach is very good, the room is large, and the sea is outside the window. The hotel is also convenient for renting. The white skin and blond male staff in the bar are very warm and the hotel's seafood is great!
Insufficient: cleaning is not timely, the waitress is lazy, change two bath towels and bath liquid, even if the garbage is dumped, the room is not wiped or swept, and the mouth will be tipped, hope to train.

Cependant, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalé plusieurs fois, ils nous ont d'abord envoyé un bagagiste (2fois) . Après avoir insisté le manager est venu, a constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de gaz puis Rien. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, notre demande a été rejetée. Nous avons donc passé 3 nuits à dormir dans la chaleur comme les photos en témoignent.

KKC GordonCheck in was fast and easy. Room was clean and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Had a little issue with the Tv remote however the young lady at the front desk quickly resolved that issue. (Thanks Shaunna-Kay)
Breakfast was included in the price. Food was tasty and staffs all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay.
