This was our first time staying at this hotel. The location is in the heart of various tourist attractions and across the street with access to the famous Doctors Cave Beach. The parking was very odd if you have your own transportation do I park acrossthe the street in one ofthe hotel guests designated spots. The is no elevator which the staff took some of our bags up to the second floor. The amenities were accommodating to the small size of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were more of a traditional look but still meat our needs. THE FOOD!! The best part was the FOOD. Every meal was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

The staff was quite friendly. Simple check on process. My room had a great view and my bed was comfy. It was quiet and relaxing. One thing I would want to see is soaps in the bathroom and a more thorough cleaning process in the shower.

The exterior and the interior are beautiful, sea view, clean.
Suggestions: the room requires maintenance, sound isolation needs improvement. You can hear conversations and activities from the neighbors.
The pillows can be upgraded.
Overall good experience, the family was polite and attentive.

The environment is clean and their commitment to an eco friendly environment is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a preferred choice. Wait! did i mention the service, it’s like the staffs are handpicked. Courtesy, professionalism, politeness and warmth is just simply top tier. Shout out to Tashana Reservation agent. GGuest UserThe room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings.
Staff were very friendly especially Mrs Beverly. She was amazing!

GGuest UserThe hotel was great value for the price, excellent location on the hip strip. If room is at the back then you’re away from the noise in the strip.
The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide access passes to Doctor’s Cave beach which a lot of the hotels in the area does. Harmony Beach Park is free and it’s an easy walk

GGuest UserOur stay in Montego Bay for half a month was really amazing and worth every penny. The staff are very friendly, kind, polite and helpful, which expresses our gratitude to us and we generously recommend it to the staff. Some of our favorite things are the cold wet towels on the beach, the fruit kebabs on the beach, and the staff came to clean our sunglasses on the beach. We also appreciated that the bed was rejected and the room was straightened at night. Turndown food accompanied by turndown is also very good. Compared to other beaches and escape bay beaches in the area, the beach is very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The food and drinks were very well prepared. This was the best holiday we have ever had.
