GGuest UserExcellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.
YYokkkyyyNice room and Onsen
I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park.
- Room is quite spacious and comfy.
- Bathroom is small.
- A space for little closet is good.
- Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging.
Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.
GGuest UserThe location is great, right in the Sakae shopping district, close to Hisaya-odori subway station, and easily accessible from Matsuzakaya department store. There are plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel. Sport Alpen is right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast is also quite good. There was a slight hiccup with Ctrip regarding children being charged 1000 JPY extra per day for breakfast, as the information on Ctrip was incorrect.
AAnonymous UserI came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.
AAnonymous UserI stayed for 3 nights, for my opinion the hostel facilities are quite new and very clean. Although guests are required to leave between 11:00-15:00, but everything is refreshed and spotless when you return, almost like check in again each day. However, it would be better, if there were more space available for packing.
AAnonymous UserI had a very enjoyable stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Nagoya—I enjoyed visiting Nagoya Castle, strolling through Hisaya-odori Park, and trying the local restaurants and cafés in the Sakae area before returning to relax for the evening. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.
CChennianwangshiThe location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
GGuest UserStaying in Nagoya for one night before heading to Hakuba, Nagano. The hotel is conveniently located not far from JR station. I booked a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together – it was quite spacious, even if you might fall into the gap in the middle. What really impressed me was the bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. That's a huge plus, and honestly, I'd book here again just for that bathroom!
GGuest UserI like this hotel because it's so convenient for shopping and dining. The place is quiet at night.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant in front of the hotel but it's not really buffet style. There are 3 sets to choose from. There's a salad and drink bar.
Parking is at a shopping center around the corner but there is a parking lot directly in front of the hotel which you can unload your bags: 300yen for 15mins
There's a coin laundry on the 8th floor. It's a wash/dry combo which is very good as it saves time and you can even set a code to lock it to prevent theft.
Hotel will provide you a discount ticket so make sure you ask for it before you exit the car park. The discount ticket is worth at least 1000yen if you are parking overnight.
HHailey bbThe room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya.
