This hotel is a favorite among foreign visitors, and for good reason. It's located right across from the seafood market, with direct access via an underpass from the hotel entrance. Plus, there's a JR bus stop right next to the market entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the tourist spots. So, the location is truly excellent. The hotel's free coffee is delicious; I had two cups every day. On the second floor, there are free drinks and a complimentary alcoholic beverage, though I didn't get a chance to try those. The room layout is quite unique, with a corner sofa and a three-part bathroom that's incredibly functional and prevents any usage conflicts, maximizing efficiency. They also have an electronic foot massager, which is a real highlight for travelers. I'm so glad I booked for two days. Soaking in the spacious bathtub and then getting a foot massage really helped relieve some of my fatigue, leading to a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be staying here for two days again next time I visit Kanazawa.
This hotel was truly the most delightful surprise of our trip! Not only is the location excellent and the service great, but the rooms are also well-equipped with all the amenities. They clean the rooms daily, offering very standard international service.
Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality.
room spacious & clean, have free coffee, can get ice from ground floor, near 711 & family mart
washing machine and microwave in room was nice to have :)
area accessible, 12 min walk from kanazawa sation
we walked to Higashiyama Chaya, Samurai District, Kenrokuen Garde, 21st Century Museum
will stay here again when we bring the family to Kanazawa
My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025.
The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English.
As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site.
The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower.
The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night.
At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.
Room is big and comfortable, the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly.
A special shout out to front desk staff, Sasaki, who helped me liaise the return of my lost camera bag with JR Train lost and found, and proper handing over of instructions to colleagues on the receipt of my camera bag at the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to all staff. 🫶🏻
Very satisfied! The location is convenient, right in the city center, just three bus stops from Kanazawa Station. There's a hot spring on the top floor where you can relax every evening. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, with two options to choose from. You can either go to the nearby Omicho Market or have breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. Since I only stayed for two days, I chose one option each day. At the seafood market, you can pick between two restaurants: one serving seafood bowls and the other offering blackthroat seaperch kamameshi. I chose the latter, and it was absolutely delicious. On the second day, I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, where there was a wide variety of choices, and I could assemble my own beautiful breakfast set using different containers!
🛏 The room had three single beds, which was very convenient and comfortable for a family trip.
📍The location is excellent, on the east side of Kanazawa Station. When visiting Kanazawa, it's best to stay on the east side of the station because the bus stops are there, making it easy to get around during the day. The tourist information center (where you can buy Kanazawa day-trip bus passes) and the Hokuriku Shinkansen entrance are also closer to the east side.
🎁 There are two large department stores on the east side of Kanazawa Station, which is handy for shopping while in Kanazawa.
🍚 Breakfast is a fixed Japanese or Western set menu, and the dishes are the same every day. If you want a Western breakfast, you need to take your hotel meal voucher to the front desk in advance to register (basically, the front desk just writes down the Chinese characters for 'Western food' to complete the registration).
📦 Microwaves and vending machines are located on the 8th and 2nd floors.
Conveniently located, with direct access from Kanazawa Station's East Exit underground passage A8. The lobby exudes a classic, old-money design, and surprisingly, the in-room toiletries are La Mer. A minor drawback is that some of the furniture designs feel a bit dated, but thankfully, cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The self-service breakfast on the hotel's second floor is top-tier, highly recommended.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in front and to the left of Kanazawa Station's East Exit. The hotel name is also clearly visible, making it very convenient for transportation. The design is sleek and modern, and the rooms are comfortable and just the right size. The only minor inconvenience was adjusting the water temperature for the shower, as you have to manually mix hot and cold water to get your desired temperature.

__cmb439226831010****The room was decent, and I could lay out my suitcase. It's a Dormy Inn hotel, with a hot spring on the top floor and free noodles at night. All the amenities are just like other Dormy Inn properties. I booked a room with breakfast because I read reviews claiming it had the best Japanese hotel breakfast ever, which turned out to be my biggest regret... The breakfast was, frankly, meager. I've never had such a poor breakfast. It was pretty bad, with only the steamed egg and persimmon being palatable. There were just so few edible options. Next time, I'd stay here again, but definitely without breakfast.
TTidu_tingbuxiadejiaobuExcellent value for money, and just a 2-minute walk to the station. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan. It's perfect for business travelers, but if you're on a leisure trip, you might struggle a bit with luggage space.
GGuest UserRooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing.
Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top.
Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off.
Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end.
Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself boasts a fantastic design, and its location is absolutely superb. It's right opposite the seafood market and just a few minutes' walk from Higashiide Coffee, which meant I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and coffee there one morning.
It's a bit of a distance from Kanazawa Station. While the hotel does offer a shuttle service, it only operates in the afternoon. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel from the station, but this was perfectly acceptable.
Overall, it's excellent! I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel made me really appreciate Kanazawa. The room is very spacious, like a studio apartment, and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. It's perfect for buying fresh ingredients from the market and cooking your own meals (though I didn't actually get around to it). It offers the spaciousness of a Western hotel combined with the meticulous details and cleanliness of a Japanese one, all while being incredibly good value for money.
The parking garage has direct access to the lobby and features a self-service payment system, costing around 1800 JPY per day. Breakfast was included for one person; my companion tried it once and described it as quite American-style and pretty average.
I'll definitely make this my go-to hotel for all future visits to Kanazawa.
