We had a very enjoyable stay, the facilities were all excellent with everything you would want. The location is great, only 5 minute walk from the waterfront and nice restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is run by a kind family with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend staying here!

Overall picture is ok. There is no refrigerator in the room. The mezzanine floor where the kettle is placed is not strong. The pool is clean. The reception staff is ok.

We have been staying here for 5 days and everything has been amazing. The food and desserts are absolutely delicious, the nature around is beautiful, and the place is very clean. The staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful. There are fun activities like billiards and table tennis, which make the stay even more enjoyable. The people here are very kind and welcoming, you really feel at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I stayed at Montagne Residence over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend Montagne Residence for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway.

I stayed here for a training trip. Although it was a bit far from the training venue, the hotel's central location in Kampot made it incredibly convenient to access nearby restaurants and supermarkets, so I was very satisfied with the location. The room I was assigned was spacious and airy, which was lovely, but on the other hand, the shower stall was extremely cramped and inconvenient to use, which was a shame. Additionally, the old air conditioner was quite noisy, and a large number of ants appeared in the middle of the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep. However, the front desk staff were excellent and their warm hospitality really made up for it. Given the superb service and convenience, I really hope they can improve the hardware aspects like air conditioning and hygiene management.

The portier, who is also the entire hotel staff, was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming to us. The location is great—not too central and near the port, but also not too far; the market is just a couple of minutes away on foot. Our stay was very pleasant, even though the weather wasn’t (raining and a little bit stormy). The bathroom was a little bit adventurous because of the weather, as it had an open roof—but we knew that. We would recommend this hotel, and we are coming again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown. I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.
