Hotels With Breakfast in Budva, Montenegro

My husband and I visited Vivid blue for a couples break. Right from the beginning we had an amazing experience. On arrival Ranka(I apologise if I’ve spelt this incorrectly) the manager gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room. She showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful- they went above and beyond. The hotel itself was immaculate and the room we were in was very clean with an amazing view. The balcony was lovely for spending evenings relaxing. The pool area was also very nice. The food was lovely, the only con would be that the menu is the same everyday. I would highly reccommend this hotel and will definitly return.

My room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was also very well equipped with a TV, mini refrigerator and coffee machine, which made me feel very convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and provided all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Overall, the facilities in the room were very good, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied. The service at the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to answer my questions and provide useful advice. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious, varied and had different choices every day. The service at the restaurant is also very good, and the staff is always very thoughtful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in AMI Hotel. Stayed in sea view villa room, which was very big and beautiful with ample balcony and amazing view. Room clean and comfortable. Hotel staff nice and accommodating. Parking in hotel garage convenient and easy. Breakfast was good with tasty food and a good selection. Spa and an indoor pool nice and clean. We didn’t have any spa treatments. Petrovac is small but pleasant town much quieter and cleaner than Budva, without hustle and bustle. The only downside of the hotel is a gym: small and purely equipped. Not suitable for 5 star hotel.

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

The hotel environment is good, the view of the sea view room is great, and entertainment is available, the front desk service is very good, and a two-hour late check-out is also given, and the sauna and swimming pool facilities are also very good. The location is a bit out of the city center, but you can walk through a beautiful park to stefan island. The breakfast is self-service, and the taste is okay. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, but it is a pity that it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ctrip marked that there is no private bathroom is wrong. The jacuzzi and shower are separate. The hotel can change the mark to avoid people misunderstanding because of this. I almost canceled because of this, but I believed the picture.

The slight chaos of Budva town in the approach to the hotel, in part caused by the development of more hotels, gives way to a tranquil and premium feeling hotel. Throughout our stay the understated effort from the team in their commitment to ensuring we had a great holiday was obvious. The standard rooms, while not enormous, are spacious and well appointed, clean and modern. We had a sea facing balcony which was lovely for the view and to watch the daily rhythm of people enjoying the town. The hotel location is ideal, near the beach and the pier from where you can catch a boat to many other beaches or tours, and just 10 minutes walk to old town, which is the highlight of the area and where we spent every evening soaking up the sights, foods and drink. Particular highlights of the hotel are the location and service, the pool is lovely if not amazingly child-friendly (though our 4 year old was fine). Sauna is good and gym good enough to keep you going while on holiday. The ice cream place attached to the hotel is phenomenal. Breakfast is decent though could be improved-the buffet area is cramped making it difficult to circulate if even a little busy, and while lots of the food is good we’d have loved to see more fruit choice/better quality fruit, and decent coffee - the machine coffee available is really poor. The other thing we would recommend to the hotel is to make irons and ironing boards available. It’s really unusual not to have this service and an alternative of €5 per item to iron for you is too high Overall we would absolutely recommend the hotel, and if you want somewhere that feels like it “fits” locally when so many super modern giant hotels are popping up, then this is a great choice. The team, all the way through to the management, responded quickly and effectively to any issue, and they set a really high standard.

The hotel environment is great. Free underground parking directly leads to the room level. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel upgraded me for free when the room type I booked was no longer available. The balcony where I stayed can directly see the winding mountain road and the sea.

I was really looking forward to staying here after reading the reviews. But OMG. The room does not have tea and coffee making facilities. If you want them you have to ask as there is not enough kettles to put in all rooms. A nice lady delivered the kettle and cups but no tea and coffee. I asked if it would be possible to get a couple of tea bags as the shops were shut, and I was told no. What a Joke. Also the safe in the room did not work they came up looked at it and said it needed an engineer. Never said when the engineer would be around to fix it. Went down to dinner, and the buffet presented to us was for hot and cold food, yet the hot food was as cold as the salad. The walls are marked the only place to put your case is on the floor, no good if you've got a bad back, sockets are made of cheap plastic, and the lamp shade is dirty. Maybe it's under new management!

Great hotel! We stayed at the Splendid hotel for 8 magnificent days! Gorgeous hotel with wonderful facilities- Indoor pools are heated, huge outdoor pools, beautiful private beach and the srevice was amazing! Everything we asked for, they acommodated rightaway. Highly recommended!

We visited Hotel Majestic café today with high hopes of enjoying some refreshing ice coffees and deserts. However, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff seemed disinterested and their service was quite rude. Not only did they bring our orders incorrectly (which can happen since we are all human) , but they also didn’t pay attention to our requests or even acknowledge us properly. When we tried to address the issue, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Such behavior left a sour taste in our mouths and significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable visit. It’s disappointing when a place that promises a relaxing experience fails to deliver even basic courtesy. When we tried to complain they laughed. Ignorance must be a bliss . I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

This is my fourth business trip to Budva but my first to this restaurant….. I have been missing out!!! The staff were friendly and welcoming on a cold Montenegrin evening and the heaters were a godsend. The menu is extensive but we finally decided on a fish plate for 2 and seafood penne pasta. I thought the fish plate was superb, as did my work colleague. The pasta dish also got top comments from another colleague. Looking forward to my next trip to Budva and Fontana already!!!
