The service was excellent. The front desk guy helped us extend our check-out time for free and arranged a car for us to Budva. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also very convenient—the meals were delivered to our room, so we could enjoy delicious food while admiring the view from the balcony. Overall, the experience was great! Except for the slightly poor soundproofing of the room, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

A good hotel in general, the view from the room was beautiful, the airport and the Gulf of Tiwata is visible, in the area with the pool is chic, music plays and bar works. You can also use the sauna. A little bit to pull the cleaning service, in the rest everything is good.

And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too! By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems. 4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems. 5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!). As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

I don't know why there are so many high and low reviews online. Anyway, I feel it's pretty good. The facilities are also OK. It's a standard three-star small hotel. After all, it's at this price. The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. I booked a mountain view room and was given a sea view room with a balcony. I am satisfied! You can go swimming in the sea at the door of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a dock for cruise ships. You can take a boat directly at the door of the hotel without going to the old town. Of course, if you want to go to the old town, you have to take a bus at the door. It's not that close. The breakfast is also good, but the seafood restaurant nearby directly gives English menus. It's more expensive, not quite at the level of Montenegro, maybe because this is Kotor.

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

The hotel is in the most central location of the town, but it is very quiet. Although the building is old, the interior is very good, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
