The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well-equipped, charging does not need to convert plugs, the hotel opened by Chinese compatriots, feels very kind, much better than the room of the four-star hotel in the city! Breakfast is OK, the restaurant's Chinese food recipe is rich and the price is slightly more expensive.

The hotel is right at downtown, with a very nice bar at the 5th floor. Room’s very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very kind hotel. Chinese owner and Chinese is the main front desk. The interpreter RIJA was very kind and helped me with color 々. I asked for a transfer from the airport and arrived at the hotel with peace of mind, and when I asked about the bus reservation to Morondava, he helped me arrange it! I was really grateful. Mr. LIU at the front desk was also very kind. I was planning to stay for 2 nights, but there was no bus vacancy and I decided to leave early the next morning in a hurry. I couldn't eat the breakfast I was looking forward to and wasted one night, but I was able to flexibly come back from Morondava and transfer there. I think the room is large and the location is good.

A convenient location near the airport, there is a free transfer, meet with a plate. The hotel itself is in colonial style. The rooms are simple but tailored. No living in the room was not seen. It was surprising that there was no soap - even soap and gel for the body (nothing at all). The room was a refrigerator, a teapot, tea bags, simple vent. We had a room with a terrace - a huge, square terrace on 22. The pool area is pleasant, good lying, out of enough, clean little pool. The area with a small garden is patched. Breakfast is very minimal if you come after 9 a.m., there is little to eat. In general, a medium-sized hotel corresponding to a low price.

Впервые в жизни столкнулась с отвратительной ситуацией - когда хотела заселиться в отель по предварительно оплаченной брони, мне в отеле заявили, что я должна оплатить отель, что они не получали оплату и вообще не работают с онлайн оплатой. Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле! Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель. Хотя сам отель, номера и пр. вполне ничего

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

Close to the airport, there is free drop-off. The restaurant on the first floor can be eaten in part cash and some credit cards, so the local currency can be emptied here before leaving the country, and the airport cannot be used.

Good value-for-money hotel in central location. Pretty decent restaurant. Friendly staff. A couple of minor downsides: the curtains in my bedroom window weren't sun-blocking, which means that, unless you're wearing a sleep mask, you'll wake up pretty early, if you're sensitive to light; the music in the common area is generally made of lame and syrupy love songs - I wish it was mainly music by Madagasy musicians. Other than this, totally recommend!
