Stayed here for a business trip and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The service was professional and efficient, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. It's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Yangon.

Convenient location for getting around, with restaurants nearby at night. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Burmese tea. You can see city views from the upper floors.

The environment is fantastic, and the breakfast is abundant, hygienic, and delicious. It comes with a swimming pool, gym, and other amenities. There's also an in-house buffet for dinner, and outdoor BBQ options on the lower level. Overall, it's a great experience.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

The Inya Lake Hotel is a bit dated but very well-maintained, quietly situated in a beautiful park. The service is excellent – ​​from the porters to the reception staff (Dan Dan!, Min, and Kaung deserve special mention) to the room service. The breakfast buffet is superb, and the restaurant in general is very good. There's a lovely pool with its own café. You could easily spend days here without ever feeling the need to leave.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I needed to cancel my second night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Myanmar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall. Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries. Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property. Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids. Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements. Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.
