The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.
Our stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
The hotel is in a great location, with the pier and shopping mall just outside.
Although the room is a bit old, it is very clean and decorated in a unique Navy style.
There are not many guests, and it is very comfortable to lie in the pool.
The doorman and most of the staff are very dedicated.
When checking out, a cleaning fee was added to pay. Although I was told that this is optional and can be removed, it feels bad to be forced to pay a tip. (The front desk said that it is mentioned in the hotel manual, but I don’t think everyone will read the manual carefully)
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, although it doesn't offer a great variety, was simple but tasteful, perfect for the day to begin.
The staff were very helpful and helpful and always available to meet my needs, which really added to the quality of my stay. The view from the roof was simply beautiful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the landscape.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to get to the room when you are tired. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to everything, which allows you to discover the local attractions quickly without having to move too much.
However, there are some disadvantages to mention: electrical captures were not always working properly, which was a little frustrating, and sound in the rooms leaves to be desired. I could easily hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms, which affected my comfort slightly.
In general, if you are looking for a well-located and with a good service in Los Cabos, the Hotel Colmena Marina is a good option!
We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help make our stay special.
The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed every part of our experience and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! ❤️🏝️✨
A great base for local trips. A good hotel with amenities, a kitchen and obviously beautiful sunsets if you enter the top floor and look out through the window. However, above all I was taken by a very helpful service.
I have the most positive experiences we have in this place.
Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool.
Loved this place. The only complaint I can come up with is that we only spent 1 night there on our way down to La Paz. We'll spend more time there on the way back to Canada in the spring.
This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!

KKarenI stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

GGuest UserThey need to update their APP for booking in the restaurants they have for the night, the menu was completely different from that I saw in the APP, the badly prepared drinks, like they do them with the cheapest, we test several and all badly. The food, more or less, is missing more variety in the menu, your super friendly staff, all super careful and friendly shoppers. They make a great difference from foreign customers against nationals which I saw quite badly, it's good Hotel and above all it has a very good location.
GGuest UserThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Amazing
JJeneenThe service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!

Great
GGuest UserA bit far from the beach, few sea view rooms, not all-inclusive hotel, only breakfast, very average, not recommended, after all, come here to sunbathe and enjoy the beach, if it is a business activity, it is still recommended, very clean, quiet! There are windows in the corridor where you can see the sea
