Super father the hotel, smells rich when you enter, very good food and the hostel nor is it said its spectacular view ☺️👌🏻 the very comfortable rooms.
I would certainly return to that hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The environment is good, breakfast is relatively simple because of the epidemic, the overall feeling is good, and the traffic is convenient to enter and leave. It takes more than two hours to drive from the beach, and it feels very close. There are also steak restaurants, Starbucks, and the overall room is still relatively quiet.
I went in the somewhat low season in October and everything was wonderful, at reception and when they gave me the room super fast, everything was very clean and very attentive, the rooms are not the biggest but they are good🤝🏼
The hotel is simple and has a family atmosphere. It is located in a central area where one can easily move to different tourist and entertainment points. I am pleased to mention that the people who work in the hotel are warm, friendly and one feels in a hospitable environment; I think that is the best feature of the place. The only thing that I see as negative is the mention in the hotel regulations where they prohibit introducing food and drinks in the recreation areas; which is disappointing. Apart from that, it is a good option to spend time with the family and get to know this wonderful city.
The service of the hotel is very considerate, the environment is new and clean, it is very convenient to have large shopping malls around, the nearby places that I don’t know, the hotel will accompany you, like it
LA comida en el hotel es buna sin embargp el metodo de cobro no lo tienen bien afinado ya que me cobraron cosas que no confundi y lo que dicen en la publicidad del hotel no esta clara en especial con el buffet

GGuest UserAt our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel),
We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back
GGuest UserThe hotel is part of the Balderama group which runs the Copper Canyon tours. The hotel is old and needs a bit of renovation. The staff is helpful but not particularly fluent in English. The had no problems storing our luggage after check out. There is a room (business centre) on the first floor that we could relax in and wait for our departure. The breakfast was good food but the service was chaotic. The dining room was very noisy.
GGuest UserThe hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute.
There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful.
We definitely would stay again!
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
JJenelle.MThe pool was packed with children.
The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food.
The food was mediocre.
The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross.
Overall wouldn’t go back again:(
GGuest UserThe location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.
CCarmen Yesenia PerezThe hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
GGuest UserClean, beautiful, near the beach, good service, hot water bathroom and comfortable beds, a little hard cocktails, breakfast included my reservation wasn't so good, it's better to eat out if you want something special, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, but it is very comfortable and comfortable.
