Stayed at Pacific Regency Beach Resort, Port Dickson recently. The location is great with direct access to the beach, and the swimming pool is huge which is perfect for families and kids to enjoy. However, I was quite disappointed with the room cleanliness. I noticed insects and some spots/stains on the bedsheet and mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Cleanliness is very important for a comfortable stay, so I hope the management can improve their housekeeping standards. Overall, the facilities and location are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs attention.

Had an amazing stay at Hibiscus Lexis Port Dickson.The overwater villa was spacious, clean, and offered stunning sea views. The private pool added a touch of luxury and made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It was a perfect getaway for families and couples alike. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again👌🏻👍

I was at the Lobby informed Conceirge of No bedroom slippers in the room. He mentioned it has been sometimes that the Hotel does not provide bedroom slippers. Klana Resort Hotel should provide bedroom slippers upon Guest's request. It is essential for Muslim Guest

This hotel is great, but most of it is open-air. So, if you have a baby who can't handle the heat, be sure to bring a fan, guys. The lobby and coffee house are open and don't have air conditioning. I was a bit stunned when I first arrived. Moms carrying babies will definitely break a sweat 😅. There are indeed elevators. However, even with a stroller, it's a bit challenging to get to the room because you have to climb stairs 😅 to reach your room. That part is a little tiring. But all the staff are really good, top-notch 👍🏻. Anyway, happy kids make happy parents too! 🤗

Brought my family to PD and booked this hotel. Its very convenient because beach is connected. There are kids pool and also adult pool. The room is also good size. There’s a balcony. Easy to dry clothes after swimming. Food is good too

My family and I recently stayed at Lexis Port Dickson (Lexis PD) on 6-7 June 2026 and encountered several issues that I promptly reported to the manager, Mr. Wan and the front office representative, Ms. Foo, who assured me that improvements would be made and that a follow-up call would be provided. Upon arrival, I found dead cockroaches under the sink cabinet and noticed a urine-like odor in the room; housekeeping only addressed the issue after multiple reminders. The room also had maintenance problems, including a balcony door that could not close properly, a malfunctioning minibar, and later a non-functioning television, although the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved these issues. As we returned to the hotel late in the evening after our activities, we did not request a room change as it would have caused further inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep well due to the strong smell of mothballs, possibly from recent pest control treatment, combined with the persistent urine odor. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the attention given by Mr. Wan and Ms. Foo, I hope the hotel will improve room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort to provide a better experience for future guests.

The hotel does not provide basement parking, which is inconvenient for guests with cars. Additionally, the dining experience was unpleasant as groups of tourists from China spoke very loudly in the hall, disturbing the meal atmosphere.

Very nice resort , chilled and really enjoy the vibe ! 4th times I stayed here. Staffs are friendly and helpful

The bed is very new and super comfy to sleep in. However, the room soundproofing must be improved. Room is clean but lacking that perfect 'clean' kind of smell iykyk. Breakfast selection is good but not great, it is up to par for the price, not complaining. Overall highly recommended!
